I probably should have reviewed the first time I came in, staff was helpful and knowledgeable. Second time was a charm as the repairs on my bike and service were subpar. Paid for one service and it came with an up charge for free. I received no courtesy call to explain the need for additional work which is pretty standard at least in the automobile industry. When I asked the gentlemen why the difference in price, he simply said something to the effect of “I got a great service,” looked at the receipt and asked for payment. Nice! Gears also came back with issues I didn’t have when I took it there. The hunt for customer service continues.

I always go to them for work on my Juiced HyperScorpion eBike. They installed New Handle Bars, added NitrogenGas charged 320mm RFY Shocks, and upgraded to 203m brakes on front and back 📈 Somebody cut me off as I left the bike shop and I went 30mph to 0mph almost instantly and luckily avoided a crash. Guarantee I wouldn’t have stopped in time with the stock brakes! Shout out BIG WHEEL CYCLES!

Excellent Service!! I just moved into the area and while moving my bikes were severely damaged and lost. Dominic asked all the right questions and explained availability in great detail. I visited 5 bike shops in the area and Big Wheels Cycles is my new Cycle shop!!!

My rear MTB wheel was rattling due to a loose cassette and hub. I took both wheels in for the repair and tubeless sealant. Was greeted by Dominic. He was very courteous and informative and asked that I leave the wheels. Just a few hours later he called to let me know the wheels were ready. I installed them on my bike and the repairs were perfect. I was very satisfied with the same day service and great customer care. The cost was reasonable and they were very honest. I will return to Big Wheel Cycle again.

The bicycle shop is definitely been there for a long time Im not too sure who the owner is but the guy who actually works on the bikes does a very good job hes crazy is his kind he will work with you with the price so dont feel intimidated I only wish that some of the bikes on display big could have a little more wiggle room because theres one in particular I want but I dont have the funds for that one as of yet. Working on it well see what this year brings her birthday is coming up so we can only hope. Other than that the staff which is one of the guy showed me a few things hes a bicycle guy so his wife to pick his brain if you have a question

Went in to get a peddle for my dads Walker and Karen was fantastic. She researched it online and took time to help me even though I couldnt get it from her, she cared enough help. And I even got a bike. And after surgery she knew what I needed. You for sure need to go there. They care about their customers

They picked up our electric bikes from the Marina, after being on a yacht they needed some TLC, they communicated with the manufacturer, they replaced and fixed what needed fixing. Karen and the entire team is very professional and knowledgeable and will deliver the very best. They under promised and over delivered and within budget. I was service by the manager karen. I am a mountain bike rider and i have taken bikes to different shops. This is by far the worst shop in this area. I suggest you find a different one. She gave wrong information on prices, she did not do all the work i requested, when i got home the gears change by itself, she was rude, sarcastic, and unwilling to take ownership for her mistakes. FIND ANOTHER SHOP

I purchased my Cannondale Adventure bike at the shop on East Sunrise. Karen, one of the owners, assisted me with the best bike to fit what I wanted. I have had the bike 6 mos now very happy. I forgot to get the free 3 month adjustment. I went last Saturday and they did not charge me. The staff are always very helpful. Its best to purchase from a shop that knows their products.

Next customer service, this family owned store is just that a family owned store, that means they run their business by really wanting to please the customer.Now, I have to disagree with one of the comments made earlier, about customer service, this store to me has been in business for more than 10 years, their part of the community and they know what they are doing,Every time I took my Bike to get serviced, had a question about improving my performance, and overall questions about cycling from shoes to how to clean my chain, checking air pressure, etc.They showed me how to take care of my bike and gave me tips to ensure I am safe on the road. No customer can be a returning customer if they are dead, due to inexperienced bike mechanics or faulty fixing.So lets talk price, their prices in the area of doing a complete tune up, to accessories is competitive and comparable. Remember, they are a business and it may seem high to the inexperienced biker. However, Ive been biking for the past 5+ years and I have seen my fair share of bike stores and this store makes it a point to have quality tools, experienced bike mechanics and passing down the experienced that is not written down in books to everyone who comes into the store.(1) Price: compatible(2) Customer Service, experience, knowledge of bikes, tips, and known in the community.(3) Trustworthiness(4) Never tries to up-sale you on product and servicesSorry for the long write up. Didnt had what I was looking for..bmx bike.

Went to this location to take a look at what they had. Wanted to buy a new bike because mine broke on the weekend. I walked in and spent about 15 minutes just looking around waiting for someone to acknowledge me and see if I needed help. There were NO other customers in the store. Being an African Amercian man, I felt very unappreciated and not welcomed. I will take my business elsewhere.

BIG WHEEL CYCLES IS A RIPOFF. THE MOST EXPENSIVE BICYCLE REPAIR SHOP IN TOWN. Put my bicycle and 2 new tires in car so my wife could take it to BIG WHEEL CYCLES for the tires mount, bleed brake and handlebar neck extension purchase & install. TOTAL COST WAS $175. They would not help my wife get the bicycle out of the car. They did not screw water bottle back on handle bar or reinstall handle bar bag. I picked up the bike and went over the bill and got $35 off because they charged me to bleed 2 brakes when only one could be done. The rear brake was NOT centered and would hit the brake pad when rolling. THEY GOT CAUGHT RED HANDED. THEY LIED!!! Looking at the accessories and bicycle prices, BIG WHEEL CYCLES IS THE HIGHEST PRICE IN TOWN. WOW! OUTRAGEOUS! BIG WHEEL CYCLES IS A RIPOFF!!!

Francisco has also helped me with 3 repairs, one that I thought was major, but he was honest, ordered the part I needed, and charged me a fair price (much less than I thought it would be). Their store is well equipped and can do special orders.

Went in to inquire about car mounts for 2 bikes. Had no idea who was who since everyone was chatting away like drinking buddies on the back patio.Eye contact was made a couple of times with EVERYONE but want until we wondered off to another side of the store attempting to find things ourselves, that the lady finally acknowledged us.She asked what car I had, didnt recognize it at all but still made a recommendation on what was the right fit for this unknown/unseen car. Not that it mattered either way since they only had 3 selections for bike racks in the bike shop.We took our business to the other bike shop by Sunrise Blvd where we were greeted immediately, asked for assistance and they took the time to go outside and look at my car to measure and make recommendations.Gave them 2 stars because it did provide us an opportunity to discuss business etiquette with the children, so thats a positive of sorts.

Hit something hard..blew a butyl bladder under my gatorskins..ordered a 5 pack on amazon..went and they put it in quick..been a few months..no issues..10 bucks..or something like that was the cost for the labor.

Be careful when you buy from this place there return policy is sketchy, I bought bike gear from them before I never had a problem till I bought a specialized inner tube that came defective, I went back to the place and the attendant automatically assumed that I wanted my money back and told me they dont give money back, honestly I didnt want my money back I just wanted an inner tube for my bike I told him, so he ask what the problem was, as I began to explain he cut me off and assumed it was my fault the tube was bad and said I didnt know how to install it and I did wrong, very condescending fellow as if fixing a bike was rocket science, Ive been riding bikes all my life I know how install a tube I told him so he asked if I had a receipt, which I didnt but I purchased it with my debit card and I had my phone with the transaction number and date purchased another excuse came out of his mouth, well the owner isnt here so I cant do an exchange and I said why does the owner have to be here in order for me to get a working inner tube, and he said because hes the only one that can do it, so I told him to call the owner and let him know what the problem is and he said hes not going to anything because you dont have a receipt and again I told him I dont want money I just want a tube that works and I explained to him that if I purchased something from a store and its defective you just take it back and exchange it for one thats not defective and his reply was a smirk with this is a mom and pop store not some giant company, by this time I was upset, so I said what can you do for me and he looked at his coworker with a confused look and asked him what can we do, hes coworker whom I wish had attended me with my issue said just give him a new tube and grabbed one from the shelf which made him more confused and as he turned to me he said you know this is coming out of my pay, me being the person that I am, said when does the owner get here so I can wait for him and he said he only comes on Fridays and Saturdays I should have stayed quiet because it was Tuesday so I said Ill be back Friday and as I was leaving I could hear him making comments and mocking me and at that moment I made my mind up not to back Friday or ever again and went straight to Walmart where I have returned faulty items with no questions asked, with or without a receipt because I use my debit card.

Really good prices but very understaffed I went on a saturday around 3 pm and there were only about 5 people in the store but of the 3 people working there 2 were in the shop working on bikes and 1 person helping people. With that being said it took nearly 10 mins to get helped. Although once I got helped the staff was knowledgeable and friendly as well as apoligized for the wait.
