Awful customer service. Nowhere on the website does it say you have to make an appointment to visit the store. I get to the store and no one is even in the store shopping. One of the customer service associates said I could not shop because I don’t have an appointment. I explained that I have a baby shower tomorrow and would I be able to just grab a couple things because I drove from afar to come. Rudely he said no because you don’t have an appointment. Mind you, nobody was even in the store and I drove far to even come here. You would think customer service is everything and you would do you best for a customer who has driven out of their way to support your business. Ridiculous. I would give 0 starts if I could.

Found this place on Google. I was in awe of all the candies and definitely needed help. I did not need to ask as Stacey greeted me, got a cart and helped me with my choices. I could not have done it without her. Stacey was pleasant and professional. A great combination. This will be my new spot.Did I mention that the selection and price was great?

This will be my third time going here I absolutely love their candy and choices my only suggestion is later hours for those who work, trying to get here to shop is a bit harder and no opening options on the weekend kinda hurts those trying to get to the store. And second maybe frequent buyer rewards or coupons would really rock. However REGARFLESS THEY ARE TOTALLY WORTH IT. Everyone loves the candy buffets I have every year people rave about them thanks to bulk candy wholesaler they make it possible. I wont be going anywhere else💝

Stay far away! We purchased candy from the Broward location and the candy expired in 2016!! Yes, a 6! When we asked Kirk the owner was unbelievably rude...the health department will be hearing from us on Monday morning. So scary to know that products geared towards children can be this unregulated!
