I saw on the internet that you guys offered curbside pickup so I called your sawgrass store and asked how to do it. We try not to go into stores right now and we needed the item fast for my sons birthday, without waiting for shipping. The girl that answered didnt know and gave me the manager. She said no worries and she would assist. She asked me what we needed and told me it would be ready once I got there.We went there 10mins later and called. The manager picked up, told me just come and park in front of the store and I will meet you there. She showed me the item from the front door of the store to make sure thats what we needed, took my payment and brought it all to my car. Wow, what service. Thats a 10 out of 10 and makes me want to come back and tell my friends and family the same. Thanks guys for having such a great manager, just sorry I didnt get her name. She really made our experience amazing.

My daughter and I love to go to five below to see what is in stock. Good place for inexpensive phone covers and accessories. I recently bought a small weighted blanket for 10 bucks - what a deal! Cute stuff for teen rooms or dorms. Makeup, exercise items, toys, books and more.

Interesting concept. Clean and organized store with a little bit of everything under five dollars. It has candies, home decoratiins, seasonal decorations, small electronics, exercise clothing, yoga mats and interesting storage and things that are great for a college room.

So many things for such good prices.

This store have almost everything! 5$ cases for phones, screen protectors, wires, headphones, cool clothes for boys and girls etc...

I love shopping at this store, it is very clean and spacious. The employees are very professional and helpful.

My shopping experience was fine until I was ready to check out at the register. The store was full and there was no one at the register, so I stood waiting for the clerk to arrive. Once we made eye contact, she walked up and recommended that I use the self check out service, by saying you know you can use the check out service. So I didnt respond because I felt it was inappropriate for her to even tell me that. Then she suggested I use it again, then I said no thank you I would like for you to check me out since Im on the phone. She again said, I just want you to be aware that you can use the check out service. So I asked her was it mandatory that I use self check out and she replied NO Then I said, well why do you keep insisting that I use self check out if it isnt mandatory and since theres no line here. Clearly she didnt want to work. I felt discriminated against. She said her name was Kristin, but Im sure because she wasnt wearing a badge. She definitely needs better customer service skills. Im highly disturbed to have such an experience with feeling as if Im being forced to use self check out

Looking for kids headphones for school. Found the perfect one at $5. Cant beat this place.

So this review has nothing to do with the store itself but with an employee who works at the front desk. She pretended to help me with finding out how to return an online purchase and absolutely did nothing. The second I walked up with a return from a different store she immediately said no returns after 14 days, which isnt true!! I called a different location and they told me if I have the receipt then absolutely no problem and there IS NO TIME LIMIT! So this girl should get taught a little more about returns and the policy,etc.. Will not return to this location again!!

I love this place they have great variety and its well priced. I recently found a 4ft Christmas tree for $5. They have holiday stuff and great gifts for the season for all ages. This place is like mini amazon.

Small, inexpensive, fun things. Specialty candy items (king sized, tubs, tubes, straws) kids toys, cute things for the home. Self checkout. Disorienting shopping experience, carts are larger than isles of merchandise.

Five Below is a fun place to shop with a wide variety of better than a dollar items. As a chain, all stores that Ive visited are clean and offer a good inventory. This is a new store with a new floorplan and DIY checkout features. The new layout and signage and overall look of the store is great. I was greeted by a friendly young lady who offered any assistance if needed and even asked me about my familiarity with the chain. I guess she wanted to know if I was familiar with the brand or to better assist me. Anyhow on this trip I came for some cellular phone accessories. Being a new store, it had a generous variety and I found exactly what I wanted. I also purchased ear pods for my wife (who often misplaced hers). Something new Ive not seen/noticed before was a section of books. I found some fun journals that I purchased as gifts for some people that I knew would enjoy those - including a couple of animated how to and template books. Two of my employees just got new phones, so upon my return to the office told them of this new store and the updated inventory. Both went after work and purchased cases, screen protectors and spare chargers. Ill be back here for more Five Below!

Friendly staff, good merchandise and great prices. But they only have self checkouts. I will never shop at a store that does not care enough about its customers to have a cashier to help them!

What a different and cool store.. went with my wife and 3 daughters.. never again... everything they could possible want is there... great store...

My experience was horrible. After I completed my shopping I proceeded to the check out line. Since the store offered self-check out I started to scan my items. I notice I was being watched intensely by the clerk who was monitoring every item I scanned. Then she proceeded to approach me asking if everything was okay. I asked her if there was a problem, she replied no. The store was full of other customers who were never approached or profiled. I will be passing the word to my office and everyone else that will listen no to shop here unless you want to be racially profiled.

What a fantastic way to make money without having to charge so much. Nice store and I love the carts you put your finds in while you are shopping.
