After a very frustrating experience at other Verizon locations, This place was a breath of fresh air. Isabel and Orianna were amazing and really helped me get a great deal on purchasing a new cell phone. I was able to get the exact phone that I wanted (an iphone 12 pro max) at a reasonable price with a ton of accessories as well. They even helped me put on my screen cover and switched all my info from my old phone. It was a great experience and I highly recommend this Verizon store in sunrise. I will definitely be back for my next purchase and for more accessories.

Isabel is a gem! I wanted to find the best deal on my daughters phone which was damaged and the insurance deductible was more than what the phone cost. I also wanted to upgrade my phone. Isabel was patient, helped my daughter put on the screen cover and everything, and went over many scenarios until I felt good with the purchase. I went in to switch to Verizon, to trade in my iPhone 11 for the iPhone 13. The iPhone 11 trade in value is $800, the price of the iPhone 13 128gb is $800 on Verizons website. I was told I was being charged instore for activation fees and tax on the phone, it ended up being $130.I receive the bill on the way out the door and see I was charged $880 for the iphone 13 128gb, I try to call verizon to dispute this and was told to go back in to get a refund because this was incorrect and was told by isabel that the store fees are added with the final price of the phone, this is hiding the fact that there were store fees because when i went to another verizon to put my significant other on my plan with the same trade in the representative clearly stated that we were paying a store fee and it was shown on the bill Store fees.I have no problem paying a store fee but the fact that its hidden under the final price of the phone is not transparent at all and shady. I requested a refund of the fees because they were never clearly explained and not brought up to me till after the fact when I looked at the bill and received a partial refund.I was also lied to when I was questioning Isabel about the Verizon phone protection which is an extra $17 per phone per month, she told me you have to have the protection for atleast 4 months which when i spoke to verizon was false.Isabel was nice but this store needs to make it clear and stated on your bill that you are paying fees, and that it is not required to have the phone protection if you dont want it. there is no transparency here.

On the 30th of April I visited this location hoping to upgrade my phone. Prior to being welcomed by Isabella when walking in.. I was oblivious to Verizon’s current promotion with cracked phones. Following with the differences between my then current iPhone alongside the 12 pro max.She then sat down with me to go over my phone plan asking if I use everything I pay for leading her to make a somewhat customized phone plan for me!I felt as if I was a student walking into Isabella’s classroom with the immeasurable level of knowledge she possesses.

I had an excellent experience here last weekend. I was in to upgrade my iPhone, and it couldn’t have gone more smoothly. Orianna, the manager, was super professional and efficient. Luis and Nathalie also helped a great deal with all the “paperwork,” making sure all my data transferred properly, and teaching me a few important things about the phone. The three of them were super friendly and professional and worked together like a good team does. I was in and out in well under and hour with my new phone set up and ready to go. Very happy, and this is now my go to Verizon store. I just hope those three are always there when I go in. :) Highly recommended!

Nathalia and Estefania where the best they really were trying there best to help Me in my situation even stayed pass there work schedule to make sure I left with a phone. Horrible service. They are misleading and just looking to make a sale. You ask for a supervisor and they refuse to give you one. Shop at a Verizon corporate store instead. Do not shop with them as they charge more than a corporate store and you dont find that out until you get your bill.

I went to Verizon today to switch providers. I was greeted by a very nice young lady by the name of ESTEFANIA. She is excellent at what she does, shes very helpful, very patient, and takes the time to make sure that you as a customer is happy. ESTEFANIA is a standout employee and needs to be commended on the pride that she takes in her job and the outstanding customer service she provides. I also met NATHALIA who came in later and was very nice and made sure that all went well. ESTEFANIA gets 10 stars in my book. This Verizon store is outstanding and has outstanding employees.

Was having several problems that calling customer service couldnt figure out, so decided to go here for face-to-face and met Frank... best thing I ever did..! He took my phone, fixed the bad connectivity issues and then also figured out why I was having problems receiving calls when out of country.. Great help.. highly highly recommend... Dishonest, rude, & no customer service.I was trying to switch my phones from sprint to Verizon and purchase two new iPhones. They said they were out of stock and would have to order the phones. It may take a week or two to come in. Frank promised to give us a call to let us know how long it would take. We’ve been waiting for over two weeks and no one has ever called. My wife has called 3 times to ask about the expected date for the phones to arrive and no one knows.finally today Samantha said they weren’t able to order the phones. When my wife asked why wasn’t she told this before she had no answer and rudely told her to call another store. With no apologies for what happened. Why didn’t we go to another store in the first place? Becuase they lied to us and told us all the stores were out of stock.When I called the other stores todaytheh said it only takes two days to order but they haven’t been out of stock at all. This was such a strange experience I really don’t understand what the intention was and it all seems very strange. Why can’t you be upfront with the customer.Very disappointed we waited so long for nothing. I had expressed the urgency to Frank when I initially walked in because our phone had water damage and was dying. I needed to replace it before it stopped working completely. Well as of yesterday it no longer turns on, I currently have no phone for my business.Frank and Samantha seemed great in the store did not expect this at all.
