Outlet location at Sawgrass Mills. They are observing Covid-19 rules with masks required to enter, markings on the ground for one-way paths and distancing. They also have a maximum store occupancy so you may have to wait outside for entry if busy.They have good deals at this one with items clearly marked for discounts. Its setup boutique style so its easy to shop and see everything. The staff greeted us and offered help if needed but didnt stalk us around which was nice.Overall: A+Good discount outlet location. Observing guidelines.

There arent words to describe what its like walking into a Michael Kors store and seeing clearance stickers on every wall - the closest feeling I could compare it to is pure joy. I walked into the store and was immediately greeted by an enthusiastic sales person, which made the whole experience pleasant. There are a lot of different style and color options for whatever occasion youre looking for and they update the inventory often. I got a cute little purse and wallet for $126 and almost fainted at the cash register. This is my second time going there and I always leave happy. Highly recommended!

We visited the MK outlet store at Sawgrass to change a bag I had bought for my bestie. It was her birthday and she wanted a different style. It had been a few months since I bought it in Washington but visited her in FL just now. Anthony, the stock manager, was a treat. So helpful and got it all done in a breeze. Special mention to the lady at the payment counter as well. Customer service par excellence.

They do not even deserve one star. Horrendous return policy. Went to exchange a gift. All tags were on the bag but I did not have a gift receipt. They would not exchange it. They do not stand by their product. For such a large company you would think they would take it back and allow an equal exchange. Shame on you. Horrible customer service. The girl at the registerwas very nice. The manager was not.

My boyfriend and I walked in and no one greeted us (despite the workers being right at the entrance). But they made sure to say hello to the other non-colored customers who came directly after us. As we walked throughout the store, no one offered to help. We were only acknowledged and told “bye” as we left. Never coming back here since they like to discriminate.

This store is located in the very popular Sawgrass Outlet stores in Sunrise, Florida.Amazing number of brand named outlet stores,movie theatre,and great food courts and variety of resturants. I was looking for a Micheal Kors wallet and was thrilled with this store. Huge selection of MK product line,and great prices. Discounts applied to many things were 60 to 70% off plus an extra 20% coupon given at door. I was a very happy shopper that day.Staff were helpful,nice,and very professional.

Friendly staff, and was in and out in no time with my purchase that I had to make or would not be out. I greatly appreciated the speedy checkout during the pandemic.

I came to the shop when I was on holiday in Miami, I bought a bag with the matching wallet and some other stuff. The staff was really welcoming and funny. I left the shop really happy and satisfied (even more because we dont have any Micheal Kors for Men in Europe).Then I drove to Orlando right after visiting Sawgrass Mill, and arriving at my hotel, I realised they gave me the wrong wallet (which was not my type, and more expensive than the one I wanted).3 days after, and just before flying back to France, I stopped at Sawgrass Mill once again to ask them to change my wallet.The staff was totally different from my first visit, they were all aloof and rude. I went nicely to the desk to tell them what happened (I was not really angry, mistakes happens.. ), one of the Staff member told me that the discount that I had 3 days ago were not available anymore and told me that if I wanted to change my wallet I needed to pay extra.I asked to see the store manager, she told me that it was her and blamed her colleague for the mistake without apologizing to me. She made me pay the difference.. She handed me my bag without my wallet, I had to tell her to give me the right wallet, she was totally lost and didnt manage the situation very well.. I was not expecting this from such a big brand.Well, that was my first and last experience in Micheal Kors shop.

Well since I’m an absolute MK aficionado, I will never pay full retail price for MK again!! Everyone needs to go to Sawgrass and save hundreds, orgo broke on sales, however you choose to see it (glass half full ...). Their sales are unbeatable, unless you go to TJ Maxx of course and get lucky to find something, which I have, especially in the clearance section. But I digress, MK outlets have as much as 90% off retail and so with the holidays just around the corner, this would be the best place to shop for your MK obsessed loved ones! I promise!!!

The customer service in this store is very bad,rude and unprofessional!!!I had a gift and I try to exchage it.I was told that I cant because they dont have my size.So I asked to exchange it for something else and again Robert,that was his name,went to see what could be done,returned and said he cant do nothing for me as 30 days passed and I cant return nor exchange.So I asked what he would suggest,he just threw his hands in the air and carelessly said:Oh I dont know this is not my policy.I insisted on some sort of solution and he called his supervisor Jenny telling her-Jenny please come to the front......I TOLD YOU.....She never showed up and for the 4th time Robert went to the back and came telling me he will give me a gift card!I would never imagine having such an experience in Michael Kors store,so dissapointed!Do not shop here!

Im not a complainer at all, but saturday the 16th i went to the store and the workers were so busy talking to each other that they didnt even bother to ask me if i needed a sizeOnce i interruped their conversation, they didnt stop until they finished and went for my size which was 6 ... brought me a 6.5 and i said “sorry i asked for a 6” and she said “well we dont have it. Just 6.5” and continued walk straightThis girls need retraining or manners course because they made me feel i was annoying them by being there buying there 200 dollar shoes and 400 dollar purse
