Went there for lunch, we liked the food so much that we went back to have some snacks later on.We were surprised to find something like this inside the Sawgrass Mills. We ordered chicken club avocado sandwiches and salads and everything was so great, well-balanced light, and, considering the options available, pretty healthy too.The pastries were great too, especially the chocolate and the regular croissants.

Perfect, fluffy-yet-crispy, flaky croissants. No matter what u put in them, ham and cheese or egg and cheese.. Theyre spectacular and the staff is super friendly 😍

Food is good customer service is terrible. The manager is fantastic.One of the long hair girls who works there gives me a terrible customer service experience. I told her I want a tart (Strawberry Tartlet), and she said they dont have it. And I asked again. : like the Tart; it has an egg in it. She told me they never had that and assume me: I dont know what you are talking about and give me an attitude. I came back to ask the manager and have it, so I told the manager her behavior, and when she confronted the manager with an excuse be like: this mask this and that.Also, I asked her for a fan. I didnt want the cold ones, and I grab the one from the display(I didnt know its just a display). And she asks me to PUT IT DOWN and gave me a cold one instead. 😅🤣😂Tart is good and yes there is egg in the tart.

Waited in line for over 20 minutes just to get 2 Lattes. Organisation is horrible and nobody seems to care. And for waiting that long you pay 13 bucks!!!! Really???? For what ??? They did not even know how to make a real Latte. Tasted awful. Once in a lifetime experience never need it again. Id rather stick with 4 Donuts and 2 coffees for under 10.

Had this after not being here in years. The quality and service were both garbage! We stood in a line that was just the 3 of us together for over 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged us and this was only when I asked where we needed to place the order. My best friend had the club sandwich and the chicken was raw; my chicken quinoa salad was absolutely tasteless, it was like steamed chicken no salt or pepper, boiled quinoa, some greens no cucumbers or tomato as advertised and pretty terrible; honestly McDonald’s and Wendy’s salads are far superior (not saying much) ! There was one decent employee who helped me find some dressing for the salad and a to go box for a pastry . The dressing didn’t help that salad. This was a total disappointment and this place won’t get my money again !

Eggs Benedict delisioso 4.5 could do with a little zing but was perfectly acceptable. Day 2 had a yummy smoked salmon with Brie.

The place is beautiful and has a very spacious dining area. They have a wide variety of tasty pastries but all this feels very detached from European experience at same chain greatly due to music! We came to enjoy a quiet, elegant lunch and the music was just so annoying and loud.

Great resting cafe in the sawgrass mill mall.I like their atmosphere in here. Good resting area with lots of seats. Desserts are great! Music is not so loud and it is outside of the Main building. So you can have a good time to chat with your friends and family.

The coffee was great but the waffle not so great.. a bit cold and lack of taste.

I ordered the waffles with bacon and eggs and seriously the worst Ive had in my life. Those continental breakfasts they give at hotels are better than this. The waffles are super dry the eggs dont have salt and the bacon is razor thin and cooked in a weird way. I gave 2 stars bc it looks clean and the servers are nice. Food is half a star.

Their sandwiches and service are pretty good. Desserts look and taste marvelous. The only drawback is their price. Its a bit expensive for small bites (around $25 for a set).

There’s a lady black manager there that’s extremely rude. I witnessed her snap on a customer and talked badly about them to other customers. That’s not the way to handle any situation no matter what it was about. Love PAULs food, but I left after that disgusting scene.

Salad was amazing but it could not make up for the rudeness of the hottest taking our order. Every question came with a belabored response.

We’ve been here a few times, mostly for breakfast. The last time we ate lunch while waiting for a tire repair. We ordered a prosciutto goat cheese and fig sandwich and a chicken club sandwich, a coffee, and a pastry and it was $40.... Asked for 2 waters and were told they only offer bottled water, so spent $3 on a water bottle. When we were ordering, the cashier, Felipe, asked us if we wanted potato wedges, avocado, all these things but did not mention that they cost extra. The only reason they get away with this is the steady stream of tourists. The chicken sandwich had one slice of chicken and reminded me of an in flight meal I purchased on a Delta flight, except that the airline sandwich was larger and tasted better. The potato wedges were not hot, the ‘fig’ in the prosciutto sandwich was a plastic cup with a jelly fig spread. The prosciutto was warmed... very odd. Very disappointed in the quality of the food and the up-charging by the cashier. What restaurant doesn’t let you have a water cup for free?

Long wait. Mediocre menu. The waiter/bus person appeared disgruntled at have to do his job. Had to ask to have the tables cleaned. He picked up nasty napkins from the ground then served peoples food wearing gloves that I did not see him change the entire time we were there. Food was overpriced. $7.00 for a small coffee(which was watery). Do not recommend.

Complete breakfast was small, but good. They should provide more variety of preserves. I may come back for pastries and coffee which btw was ok.

Love their huge macaron with a delicious cup of cappuccino.. my go to when I’m craving sweets.

Fruit tart was tasty and the hot chocolate was good, but the Fiji water tasted like tap water for some reason. Also the food and drinks are overpriced: $15 for a tart, water, and hot chocolate. Also, the hand sanitizer smells weird, and the chairs looked dirty.

Really hard to find this place and the breakfast was mediocre. Bacon was thin and overcooked and the bread was not toasted. Nothing fancy or French about it. Wife got the Nutella and strawberry waffles. I wanted none of it because the waffles looked store bought and not made in house. Not worth the trip.

Very slow service, manager Andree said she does not wear a protective hat luke ither servers because she is the “manager”, you have to take a look at her hair all over the place and not groomed. $15 dollars for a salad?????? Food is ok but not big deal. Will not come back here ever. J

I ordered the alpes salad with no blueberries. I received a bowl of greens with feta and rotten avocado and something they call chicken. Nothing else. I said no blueberries but they also didn’t give me strawberries or walnuts and no roll! Server was surprised I wanted strawberries. I didn’t notice immediately that I also got no bread and no walnuts and I didn’t bother to take the stress and go back and ask for it. I did get one and a half strawberries after I asked for it. Lunch today deserved no stars. Their desserts have been good in the past so I left two stars for that. No stars for service. Paul in France is nothing like this.

Horrible services and noone follows directions when ordering the food. The eggs I ordered came out very cold and came with veggies and cheese that I did not ask for and told them before ordering that I did not want it. When trying to talk to someone about the order all they did was give attitude and not be helpful.

Used to come here every time when at Sawgrass, but this time has been very disappointing! The place has lost his French ambience to COVID I believe. Customer service was the worst I have received in the past year and the food was a 4 out of 10. Not sure, what happened here, but the price value isn’t there anymore !!!

A cashier denied to take my order because, I’ve complained about the wait and the staff just talking and laughing while we were waiting. The worst is one of the cashier asking customer if they can pay cash instead of CC.I have suited Pau while I travelled overseas, but I never seen anything like this. I ordered online. They sent me a piece of bread with some cheese on it instead of croque-monsieur (so missing the honey, the nuts, pretty sure they didn’t even use the correct cheese that I ordered). They also forgot to send multiple items. The few things we did receive were subpar and completely unworthy the price. On top of this, we had to wait over an hour just to get a piece of bread with the wrong cheese on it. Incredibly disappointed.

I visit Paul Bakery for the Macarons. However, last time I tried the Chicken sandwich and it was good, it is nice to have a sandwich that doesnt just taste like fast food. It is not very cheap, though, but macarons arent cheap, anyway

TERRIBLE!!! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. WORST SERVICE ALMOST MADE ME CRY. I rarely handout bad reviews, but this is something that I cant just let pass. The service here is TERRIBLE. I had the worst experience yesterday, after I dealt with who appeared to be the supervisor, for a return of two bottles of waters. Then I unfortunately left my phone there and when I came back to pick it up the lady told me that next time she would be calling security as “she is not a baby sitter of phones”.

The guy at the cashier has a very nasty attitude, they pick up stuff from the floor and give it to us while we’re eating!!!

However, horrible customer service, the server (Kayara) and the other black server (Johanne) need to learn how to be kind and professional with customers.Johanne touch the Macaroon with her naked hands and put it in the plate!!Kayara was really rude just because I was asking her about the price of something, like if she was doing me a favor!! In addition she didnt steam my latte appropriatelyI will not come back because of their attitude, they dont even smile!!

We met with friends at this place for a meeting. my friend recommended this spot. Well, it was very successful. The staff members were very polite and we had a great feeling. The food was just great. We enjoyed every moment and we shall definitely come back again. we highly recommend this place.

Food took over 30 minutes. No soups. Burger was burnt and did not have the corresponding toppings (sautéed mushrooms and onions)

I must say your establishment looks very professional however your staff doesnt represent your brand. My husband and I both got dirty wine glasses and when asked to replace it the gentleman at the cashier said that thats how it is after it comes out of the washer. The dessert was good but no one offered me a knife or fork at the cashier and when I asked they point me in the direction of some flimsy plastic cutlery.Poor service we will not be coming back again.

Feel robbed!!!! Way overpriced. Pastries are ok, coffee drinks horrible. Total bill was $65 which included Machiatos for $6.50, that tasted like dirty water. Avoid this place.

Great little French restaurant! I came here with a group of friends after shopping and Paul’s provided a great little atmosphere for us to relax at while providing great service and excellent coffee. I’ll be make sure to come back again the next time I’m at Sawgrass.

Got a latte here that was to die for! Quick service and friendly staff that help you find exactly what you’re looking for! Jojo and Paula were awesome! And the kitchen gave me the best hollandaise sauce I’ve had in a while!

At the first moment you arrive in that restaurant the personel give you a nice feeling. Very comfortable hosts, it is a happy restaurant to pass time with friends or with your date. heavenly meals, specialist chef, modest pay and professional service. Highly recommended.

Surprised about the bad reviews here, but I rarely visit this place during busy times. We love coming here in the morning for breakfast. Coffee is excellent, and bakery items are very good. Love their sandwiches and quiche too. I have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful. Its not cheap, but in my opinion the quality is worth the price.

Coffee is way too bitter. It’s really unorganized the service, you have to go to the cashier to to go back through people just to tell them what you want and point at it. Food is A little bit above average, pastries are real good. You need to be able to order and then go through the line to pay not go back and forth through people just to point at what you want and have them explain it to you while everyone is not sure if you are cutting in line. This place has the right concept but bad coffee and bad service.

My daughter and I absolutely love this place ... Every time we go to Sawgrass Mills Outlet Mall our first stop is PAUL and a jolt of their fabulously delicious Coffee and of course a pastry!!! At the end of our shopping we returned for their freshly squeezed orange juice and specialty sandwich made with their crusty fresh artisan breads...I had to also buy a loaf of pumpkin and a loaf of olive bread to take home💗 PAUL is part of our experience

Usually go to the one in Miami Beach but this one was bigger and faster service. we went with 10 people and got serviced quick. same quality of food so it was delicious. pastries are the best!

Food is good. Service is horrible and you have to wait forever before they bring what you ordered even though the place was empty at 10:30 am on a Sunday. I have never been to a Paul where people appear to be mad that you are buying something from them... unbelievable... it’s as if they are doing you a favor that you’re allowed to buy something here. I don’t recommend coming to this Paul Bakery.
