Horrible experience. I ordered two drinks, got one and was waiting for the other one for 15 minutes. When I say something, the girl gives me something different. This is by far the worst Starbucks ever. I have gone to many and every single one is nice and people try to attend you fast, but usually if not possible they will say something to let you know your order is coming. At this place, they did not even acknowledge me even when I was standing near the pick up area. This is what happens when you don’t train employees well. Safe to say I will never buy from this location ever.

Wait for more than 15 minutes, wrong beverage, not a good system to know when your drink is ready, workers are too young without good training. The employees are bilingual and thats why 3 starts.

This location is ALWAYS slammed..Always have multiple languages to deal with..and STAFF IS ALWAYS PATIENT, POLITE, PROFESSIONAL! We locals appreciate you♡♡!!

Awesome place to start with a pick me up. Whether a latte or freshly brewed ice tea with a baked sweet. This is the place to stop and grab something before you stroll through the mall. The line moves fast, everything is made just as you order. The staff is friendly. I truly enjoyed myself and felt like I was at my local Starbucks while on vacation. Great price and fresh items. Order a Cafe Mocha Latte Grande and warm brownie. My order was ready in less than 6 minutes😏😛🦸

Received horrible service. Also came the day prior was able to use military discount then the next day we went we were unable to use it saying that they dont offer it so why allow me to the day prior?? Also told me after they made my drink that they didnt have my ingredients for my order.

The new sweet potato chips are to die for!!! One of the best sweet potato chips in the market and at a very affordable price, this is now my new favourite at Starbucks. If you want to simply stick to coffee, ask for a cappuccino with sea salt flavour as a topping and you wont be disappointed. Absolutely delicious!!!

I dont know What happen to Starbucks i went for a frozen chocolate but the chocolate taste like nothing it was just ice with a very little of chocolate

A bit small for my taste, theres not that much space to sit down, place could add a couple more tables and chairs. Great site to chill while others shop. Also more electric outlets to recharge your gadgets could come in handy for customers, specially tourists. Staff is pretty cool and the Flat Top White is always a winner!

Very busy, very small, but the blond manager is great! (Sorry I dont know her name!) I visit often, and have only had an issue one. They ate quick to make your order, and will gladly remake your coffee from my experience!

The staff and ambience is good

Often packed, but not the workers fault, its a busy mall. They do their best to get everything out quickly. Very friendly. I dont remember the persons name who helped me but I had gone through the drive through at a nearby location that had done my drink incorrectly, but the line was long and I had to be somewhere so when I got here, I did what I had to and came to this locations explained issue to the cashier about adding what was missing to the drink (still full) and she not only said they will do it, but noticed the ice had melted and offered to do the whole drink over. Its the small things that make a difference! Thank you!

I honestly wish there were negative stars to leave just for places like this.. worst customer service Ive ever witnessed and experienced. Not to mention how unorganized and dysfunctional the layout is for the store. They need two door ways for a safer and more efficient process of to go orders and foot traffic. I am so disgusted by this location every single time because of its lack of structure and efficiency. I wont be recommending or referring anyone to go here but to avoid it at all cost.

A great experience. The Baristas politely greeted me when I walked in. I asked a couple of questions to one of the Baristas and she was very helpful. They were happy and said to have a great day when I receive my coffee. The store is small however there is seating out front of the store.

I loved this location throughout my visits; It became my go-to coffee run, or lets say Matcha run! I always order my green tea drink (frapp) with soymilk, and they never make me feel like a weirdo! One time they ran out of soymilk and they apologized profusely. Great customer service. The place has great ambiance. This mall is a tourists magnet and you see people from all over the world!

The Carmel frappe was so good.

This is one of the worst Starbucks stores ever. It was not just a one time experience. I ordered the caramel frappuccino which is my favorite and all I got was a coffee flavored crushed ice. First time I thought it could be a mistake from their end. But it happened again. I cant be fooled third time so wont visit the store again.

We ordered a $9 drink and it came out bad. Instead of soy milk i had regular milk in my hot beverage - that made me sick. I didnt have to wait for a long time, in and out so that was a plus.
