The girls in the printing department of the Sawgrass store have gone ABOVE and BEYOND to make my prints look fabulous. I couldnt possibly be happier with the service I have received from these great women.

I’ve never been in a Office Depot where they make me wait hours to get a copy. Nobody comes to help. Worst service ever. If I could put no stars I would. They do not treat you with respect.

Printing area is huge, but theres only two employees. It took me 20 minutes to print two pictures. Staff was helpful but not really.

At Office Depot destroying sensitive client information the proper way. They have great prices and great customer service.

Carolaine was an absolute doll, her work ethic blew my mind! I wanted to print out a presentation for my business and I had no clue how to do it and she guided me through the whole process and she made it so easy and her patience was immaculate! Because of her, I will definitely be coming back to her for help! PLEASE PROMOTE HER!

Very huge and clean, very friendly employees.

The personal are fine there, unfortunately they give miss information about there in store stock. They told me they had one monitor in stock, they did not say until I ask what he was doing that the one they had was the on display model. They leave it on all day and only wanted to take 10% off.Why do you only have one in stock and second why would you miss lead a customer.This is why more people are going to online ordering, that and there prices are a lot higher.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. A woman, whom I believe to be the general manager, was very helpful and attentive with me, other customers, and her staff. The store was crowded as it was 2 nights before the first day of school, but she, and the staff with whom I interacted, were doing a great job. Overall, I left happy. Notably, they stayed open well past closing.Update:Went back, same employee standing at front, was extremely helpful. Store was run very well, front to back.

This is by far the best Office Depot in South Florida and I have been to a lot of them from WPB to South Miami. The staff is very kind and do try to solve any customer concerns. The copier area is the best and they dont act funny like the other stores when you have to use their computer (timer, thumbs down). Just an FYI tip, please save all of your documents in PDF format because they have a basic version of MS Word so, it might get out of formatting. Although there are times things get back up, the staff in the copier area are very apologetic about the delays in time. Luke Buskirk is the Store Manager and is a good guy. Try to look for him if there are any problems. He went out of his way to write me in an effort to correct a problem that occurred on the corporate level.

WE WERE THE ONLY CUSTOMERS IN THE STORE BESIDES 1 OTHER LADY AND WERE IGNORED FOR A FEW MINUTES BY 2 FRONT DESK EMPLOYEES..THEN WHEN FINALLY SHE APPROACHED US...WE TOLD HER WE NEEDED TO MAKE A CUSTOM FAMILY CALENDAR...SHE ASKED OTHER PEOPLE WAITING WHAT THEY WANTED AND KEPT US WAITING MORE...VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE..WE ARE GOING TO COTSCO!!

There were a total of 2 customers in the store which included myself and another person. I saw a total of 4 employees and I was told to go checkout at the print station. The print station clerk was helping the other person with what seemed like a substantial print job so I asked another employee if she could help me and she directed me back to the busy print clerk and said the other registers were closed yet their lights were still on. Because of the lack of adequate assistance to help me with making my purchases when the number of employees doubled the customers in the store, I decided to not purchase the items and left the the store empty handed.

Vershella’s multi tasking is second to none. She is an asset to this company. I usually hate this company because they squeeze tight on payroll and it is always a long time before you receive service. She took care of nine people while I was standing in line waiting for pictures. If she doesn’t get a raise or at least a promotion it would be a disservice to Office Depot.

Extremely friendly staff! They dont always have what I need in stock and other times their prices are way above Amazon. But its definitely a clean store and your questions will always be answered.

Ducked in to score a couple of printer cartridges (I have proposals to deliver!) and a laser pointer so I can drive Buddy-Cat (my shadow) crazy.Whilst carrying my old printer cartridge into the store to make sure I got the right thing, it leaked on me, and I subsequently gave myself an ink mustache. That was cool, because I really cant grow one myself.One customer service fellow took me to the laser pointers, another one fetched my ink cartridges for me, while a 3rd went and got me a moist towelette to clean up my ink-failed face folly. WOW! Impressive. Really.Nice way to up your customer service game. This was, by far, the best experience Ive EVER had with an office supply store visit out of hundreds of such sojourns. STRONG!Good stuff, very, very impressive.Keep it up!Cabeza IMPRESSED!

Carolaine is the absolute best!! Not only did she multitask with multiple people, she was efficient and got my Wedding invitations done beautifully, in no time at all. If you ever need to print anything go to her, she made my Wedding invitations perfect, I couldnt be happier!

I love this location. Great customer service, clean store, stocked, and responsive to the patrons needs. Twice I had a problem with getting service on a product purchased at other locations. Members of the management team assisted me even though I did not purchase the product at their store! Had they not intervened, I would have taken my business to another company. Thanks Sunrise management!

Will NEVER GO BACK...NEVER. Not the only came in town. Stood in line at copy area to have one copy made. Only two copiers at store. One copier was not working and the other was asking for a code. The woman behind me left. The woman being helped was taking up both of the associates time. As I walked out (without my copy), one of the two floor associates asked if they could help me. Seems they we standing at the entrance watching the entire time but lack customer service skills of initiative. Had to rate 1 star to post. Does not deserve this

Came in for custom coping service waited but despite 2 people in the copy center no one spoke or talked to me. Waited for 10 minutes and left. Going to try FedEx

Employees don’t know what an ergonomical keyboard was. (Simple) Did not offer to help me, told me to look around. Not the place I will ever spend my money!

Asked Michael Rodriguez for help, his response was if it wasnt on the shelf then there are none in stock. I just drove from the Coral springs store where they said that this store had stock. Being frustrated I waited on line to get help where ironically Michael started to work the registrar. I asked him to check his computer which he finally did and said it was in the clearance section. Well I finally got my item, why couldnt he have help me from the beginning. Michael if your not happy and dont like helping customers your in the wrong business.

Needed a simple print and cut job. Office Depot in Weston always does the job in 15 minutes for me. The associate didn’t have time to cut them for me so I asked the manager to cut them, who was doing nothing. She said no. Guess a $300 order isn’t enough for a manager to help out.

Awful copy and print center. Have been doing my lamination jobs with office depot for years and also at this store. Went and no help because of my quantities. Was not willing to help in any way by even doing partial. 100 laminations should not be such a big deal. Went to another store and no issues at all. Perhaps they could learn a little about working with the customer. Manager was no help. They are like on automation.

This location always has somebody standing by to help! Its great for when Im in a hurry!

Easily found the Epson cartriges I was looking for. Cashier helped me get a TI-36X pro calculator.

Printing area is dreadful. They do not pay attention to you and take longer than anyone really should. I have gone several times to try to mail something. All I had to do was input the address into the computer, everything else was done. 2 minutes after inputting the address, I had to wait 20 freaking minutes because the one associate decided to make copies for someone and cant leave the copier. Another time there were 2 associates, the one who helped me left me at the computer waiting again for over 20 minutes to help someone else, while the other was in the back making copies for an order placed (no customer there). Not to mention the one who is usually not paying attention to customers, NEVER WEARS A NAME TAG.

Today I come here at 3:00 pm but wating 1and half hour. Two staff black people work not pair .The first the lady ask me what you need .I answer I need print my documents.She give me the email to send for her but she does not work for me.i am waiting for one hour and half until the some else (the guy) ask me and let me wating, Terrible!!!!

Ordered online a specific product. I show up and am told by the rudest lady ever that they just couldn’t find it. They had 6 in stock when I purchased. By the sound of it, she just didn’t feel like looking. This was a terrible experience and is more of a reason why Office Depot and Max will go out of business soon.

If I could give 0 stars, I would, but the only reason I would even entertain the idea of giving this rating one more star, would be solely because of Jeremy at the printing section. Not only was he the only one of two who was happily trying to help people despite there being around 6 people and being left alone by his coworker, but he still managed to be kind and get us out of there. Hamlet on the other hand was very disrespectful and his customer service was appalling. He mentioned, “being DONE with this day” and some other cuss words that I, as the customer, really don’t need to be hearing. And to make matters worse, he was outwardly belittling Jeremy. Myself and another customer felt extremely awkward just being there watching this man’s attitude. He went around slamming paper and printer doors, just further making everyone more uncomfortable. If you work with people, it’s okay to have bad days, what’s not okay is taking it out on the customer, situation, or coworkers. It’s unfortunate that this is the closest location near me, other wise I would love to take my business elsewhere.

A poor shop with a poor staff who have no idea what is customer service and sales of quality, be careful to buy the purported offers and not buy insurance they sell. They know that the items they sell have no warranty or parts and then when you call to NuVision they tell you you have to spend $ 100 to repair a screen of a tablet that these people sold for 119$One star is toó much for them but is the only way to help others to not buy nothing un this store or any office depot shop

I rated this office depot 5 months ago when I had just moved close by to here and as months have passed this place has gone from bad to absolutely the worse place I have ever been to be able to ship or have anything printing related done. If you plan to get anything done at this office depot please give yourself between 30 min to an hour because it an eternity waiting for everything. 10-15 min waiting on line for a an agent to tell you to use a computer which that turns into waiting 10-15 min waiting for a computer to free just so you yourself creates a template for a shipping label or to print anything out. Then once you have conquered these obstacles, you are then slapped in the face by having them tell you that now you must face a 20-30 min waiting on the normal paying line because the printing area cant charge anything. Its an absolute waste of time. At this point Id rather drive an extra 5 min and see the pleasure of my wasted time getting things accomplished at the USPS / UPS / FEDEx near by. Im telling all my neighbors and friends to avoid this place. Do yourself a favor and do the same!!!!

Was using this location for the Copy and Print services - I put the orders in online and get an email when they are ready to be picked up. I have an issue every single time.... with service or the order being lost or not ready. I am going to a different location now to avoid the hassle.

The physical store isnt had. How were the associates look like they all hate their jobs. The line was way to long but they still rung everyone up at the pace of a sloth.
