Dropped off my Macbook pro due to a cracked screen, and they were very cool to work with, made the process seem quick and painless. Told me typically the turnaround is 7-10 days, which I mentally prepared for. But I got a call today to pick it up, 3 days after dropping it off! AMAZING. Great service, will definitely use them in the future.

Here is work scammers!!!I have problems which covered Apple repair programs, but associate of this Apple authorized service trying do some business, they give me estimate for repair $800 and told me it’s not covered Apple repair program. I decline repair, and when I pick up my MacBook have visible damage plastic, associate not even apologize for it, they told it’s not affecting to work process your MacBook 🤯 After I find appointment for Apple store repair and they did all repair free because it’s COVERED Apple repair program! I wish I read the reviews before I dropped my laptop off here. All I needed was a simple battery replacement. They lack communication skills. I called after 6 days of dropping my laptop off and they tell me that my battery is still being shipped in by Apple. Ok fine. 3 additional days later I call to ask about the status of my laptop— they say that they did not even order my battery. Are you serious!? I work from my laptop. This was a huge inconvenience and complete negligence from the entire staff. I picked it up to transfer it to another tech that reassured me he can fix it within 24 hours! Save your time and money! Do not come to this location.

The keyboard on my 2017 MacBook had some important keys that werent working and would get stuck, making typing for my job and schoolwork incredibly difficult. I took it in to Simply Mac at Sawgrass and received the best treatment from the lead service technician Sebastian. To my surprise, a keyboard replacement was actually covered due to a failed keyboard mechanism for my model, and within 3 days, I got a brand new perfect keyboard at no cost!! I cant thank Sebastian and Simply Mac enough for making this a seamless and pleasant experience!

Never, never, never go here for service! They are dismissive, unprofessional and lack basic customer service relations. I called Apple and informed them that they need not send customers here to be disregarded and disrespected. The manager, or service repair man, barely paid me any attention and directed me to the apple at The Galleria stating that all he does is repair and not replacement. The Apple rep told me that they can do if they are willing; obviously he wasnt. The two young women in the stores were just as horrible as the man. While on the phone with the Apple rep, one of the young woman rudely informed me that Apple cant force them to do exchange, which is true. However, this is the first and last theyll be seeing of me! Unfortunately, the store in Boca Raton was fully booked. Next time Ill wait for an appointment there! Its a pity that there arent any options for zero stars!

Don’t waste your time making an appointment then driving all the way there, finding a parking stall and then trying to find this store, it’s not worth it. Staff is uninterested in listening to your laptop issues and more focused on attending to the parade of customers entering the shop. I did not get any of concerns addressed, and the recommendation was to completely reinstalling my OS wipe out my HD without explaining the measures that would be tajen to preserving data. If u have an issue with your device, better make app with a real App Store

Ordered a pink Apple Watch Series 6 for my wife for Christmas on December 22nd. I sent an email on December 29th asking about my order since it hadn’t been shipped yet. They said it was programmed to be fulfilled on January 2. I assumed the holidays we’re the issue so I let it go. I emailed again on January 5 after verifying my order had no progress, and they said it was programmed to be fulfilled on January 6. Today is January 7, and the order still hasn’t been shipped. I had enough, told them that it was clear that the watch was not in stock and they were stalling. Requested the order to be cancelled and they did refund the purchase within a few hours (hence 2 stars, not 1). Just bought the watch off Walmart.com (yes, they have Affirm) and it’s already shipped and on its way here. My wife was so excited at first and it broke my heart to see her excitement deflate as Simply Mac kept stalling. Glad Walmart came through for me, and they gave me a discount, $379.99 instead of $429.99 on Simply Mac for the exact same model. Just upset about my wife.

Now there is now way to reach them to find out what is going on with my computer because no matter what button you push on the automated recording, No one answers and Voicemail is Full.I am literally going to have to drive 25 minutes to walk in to speak to someone in person. If you can find the store (it is impossible to locate from google maps directions) you will be happy with OneClicks fast and effective fixes. They saved my Mac! They need to put directions with directions for once you arrive at Sawgrass. Say what wing it is in and what stores it is close to so you can find it on Sawgrass directory.

Don’t waste your time or money. My Macbook broke and i took it here to get it fixed. It was $80 to even get it checked out and $750 to get it fixed. I decided not to get it fixed because I felt like that price was ridiculous. I bought a new computer from the Apple Store, then brought it back to One Click Sawgrass to get my information transferred. They told me that it’s $250 to get my photos transferred and $500 to get the rest of my stuff transferred. Obviously I left. I checked online to see what Apple charges for a data transfer and it’s FREE. Don’t trust these people with your money or time. Absolute scammers.

This place is terrible, you get overcharged for anything, much better to do it at the Apple store. Not only do they over charge you customer service is horrible. They had my phone for 10 days because they were supposedly going to send it in to Apple after I told them I approved them to send it. I call to go pick up my phone after waiting the 5 business days I was told and turns out they hadn’t even sent the phone yet. Terrible place, do not recommend to anyone.

I had my MacBook Pro completely crash on a Friday afternoon. Trying to get a quick appt. at my local Apple store was not possible. My regular Apple IT specialist was not available so he recommenced OneClick. From the first time I called, Sebastian was great -- he listened to my issue, provided general information about their process and explained thoroughly how I could bring my computer in that same day. I had a serious main logic board fail, but within a day, my computer was diagnosed and the new part ordered. By the following Friday, the part was received and my computer was repaired. And the best part was that Sebastian communicated all along the way. I appreciate the attention to customer service and to working to resolve my issue as quickly as possible.

If you need help with an Apple product, just make the 30-40 minute drive to an actual Apple store. As an Apple customer, the Apple store should take ownership of the product and make sure they resolve the issue if possible. Only reason I went to OneClick was because it was much closer and more convenient but that backfired.I went here for a battery replacement and they refused to replace it because the salesperson (not a tech) assured me the battery was fine and the problem was maybe something else. I had an appointment set by Apple customer service who had already determined that the battery needs replaced based on the symptoms.

Sawgrass Mall is huge and requires quite a bit of walking if you want to access all the shops. However, it has almost all the stores you can think of under one roof, so thats great, especially if youre a tourist. Absolutely awesome.

If you still decide to work with OneClick, be aware that the so called tech guys never pick up the phone nor keep inform on your repair status! There is a clause in the agreement you sign when you drop off your device that says if you dont pick up your device they have the right to KEEP it!. If you need your computer repaired, DO NOT take it to this place. It is worth the drive to go to Apple store in Fort Lauderdale instead. At least, you will find competent technicians that know what they are doing.

I had an appointment today, Tuesday August 20th at 10 am. When I arrived, I said “good morning” to the only guy at the front (a skinny one with a long necklace). He wouldn’t answer so I said “good morning” again. He looked at me very upset and said that he was busy! I told him that I had an appointment and wanted to know what to do, but he only got angrier and told me that the person he was serving had an appointment too. I couldn’t believe my eyes. They sold me a computer 20 USD more expensive than the real price. They put the receipt inside the box and handed me the bag. I suspected that the tax calculation was wrong, I came back half an hour later to show the mistake and ask for a refund of the 20 USD, the girl tried to give me several excuses, then she spoke to the manager and returned saying that there had been an error in the system and they couldnt refund, but that I could take some product for 20 USD or less. This is a crime to the customer. They do this because they know that most of us are tourists and are just for a few days in the city. My suggestion: do not buy in this place, they are dishonest.Me venderam um computador 20 USD mais caro que o valor real. Colocaram a notinha dentro da caixa e me entregaram a sacola. The team at One Click were beyond helpful. My MacBook Pro was basically bricked and they were able to reinstall the OS in under an hour and did it free of charge. Regardless of other reviews, this tells me they are customer focused. The team at the Sawgrass Mills location went above and beyond. Ive used the apple store support for years and while they are terrific, you have to compete with long lines and crowds. If you want fast service, without the long lines, One Click is your answer.

Went in to the store to have my phone looked at because it was giving me problems with my email configuration and other apps. Within 15 minutes the specialist was able to fix the problem and gave me tips on how to save battery life, camera features etc. Not very technology say but the specialist gave me an easy walk through. My vintage iMac declared its independence on Independence Day 2019. A phone Apple Genius said it was probably too old for Apple to repair. He gave me OneClicks phone #. I called and got an appointment that day. Sebastian and Cory, wonderful tech gods, diagnosed the issue, ordered the part, were able to do a backup, and I picked up my computer on 7/9. As Cory said would happen, all of my data and applications are as they were before the fail. A huge relief is an understatement. I am grateful and happy beyond words. This is a nice store front, and the staff was very friendly. The service provided was completed well. So why 2 stars? The time of service as well as the communication from the store was deplorable. I dropped off our computer on Nov. 21st the they expected the service to be complete in 7 days. After receiving no updates from one-click, I called and was told that the tech was out. I was told that he would call me back. A few days went by with no call back. Upon calling again I was told that the tech was out. Finally after nearly 3 weeks we got our computer back with the completed service of data recovery and a new hard drive. I wish I would have gone to the regular apple store. It is unfortunate that a nice store, friendly staff and completed service were undone by very poor communication.

They said they are going to close the store in 30 min for whatever reason when the mall closes at 9.30 pm and can’t replace the iPhone battery as it takes 2 hours2nd attempt: on Saturday I have been there at 6 pm and I got the same reply. when asked they asked me to come back on Sunday 1 pm and they will replace the battery for sure. I confirmed twice as they don’t want to misout again.3rd attempt: Sunday 1 pm- there are no technicians available today come back tomorrow. This place is terrible. They never answer their phone and they do not follow the instructions that you give them. I sent in my computer to get s hard drive replacement because it was giving me problems and it was too slow. They decided to not do the hard drive replacement but to downgrade my computer because apparently my Apple product cannot hold the Apple software. They called my computer ancient and blamed that on being the reason why it was slow and that’s why they had to downgrade it in order for it to work at an okay pace that is still excruciatingly slow. My husbands laptop is 2 years older with the highest update and runs perfectly. They just didn’t want to go through the inconvenience of looking for and ordering the part that I needed to be replaced. Lazy people, terrible store, terrible service. I am picking up my laptop from this location and taking it to another one that had much better customer service and technicians that do what you ask of them

Scammers. went to replace a battery of a 2013 mac and they tried to finesse me out of $500 saying i had to replace the motherboard (this model the battery is separate). Ive gotten a battery replaced by apple before and know the price. (battery is around $50) + an installation fee. confronted them about it and they did what scammers do and charged me $69 for the appraisal.

I called this store to ask about apple care, Cory answered all my questions and advised me to come in to verify my apple care. I want to give a negative rating to “One Click”, an Authorized Apple Store.I bought a survival case for my daughter’s IPad for $70.00, but she does not like it. I tried to return it but the store manager at Sawgrass Mills Mall gave me a store credit for this purchase instead of returning my money because of the company’s policy.I went back to the store to buy some accessories with the store credit and the store manager told me that the company changed their policy without telling the customers and now they do not give store credits anymore and told me that I have to speak with the General Manager at Wyndwood (Valentina) if I have a complaint. Valentina said that I have to choose a $29.00 screen protector if I want to redeem my store credit (of $70.00) and didn’t give me another option for the remainder of my original purchase.I do not understand why I have to lose the rest of my money from an Authorized Apple Store because they (“One Click”) changed their policies.I don’t recommend buying from “One Click” as they don’t’ care about the customer.

The worst way to experience Apple and their products. I dont understand the need for this type of store. Its a waste of space and money for the Apple company. I need a repair with my IMac and was directed to come to this location because of the short distance to my home. Waste of my time. I now have to wait another 2 days to go to an actual apple store. The manager hasnt training his employees on customer service or knowledge of the Apple product. The employee had to walk behind the counter open a back door and ask verbatim what I needed answered. Stupid place, got an appointment with apple, told me to go and swap the battery and this place, and they told me they have to charge me becouse everything is fine. Get a better place for your apple support.

Believe the one star reviews! Made appt. via Apple to come here for battery replacement (the $29 deal). Guy 1 checks me in, tells me to pay half now and the other half at the end when I pick up. Tells me it takes 1h30m. So I walk around the mall with my son and return after 1h25m. Guy 2 asks how he can help. I tell him the above. Guy 3 comes out and says that Guy 1 left the store but he apparently texted him pics of the inside of my iphone and it has a 3rd party screen and they cannot do anything b/c Apple wont allow it. Ok, I accept that. It was a refurbished phone that I got via my insurance. Kinda pissed they kept my $15 but more pissed that if Guy 1 saw the 3rd party screen, he should of called me right away. If I hadnt come back at 1h25m and Guy 1 had left the store, was anyone gonna call me? Theres a reason theyre not working at Apple.

Made an appointment to get my laptop fixed. They took it into the back room for a technician to look at and after 20 minutes brought it out and said software diagnostics came back clean, it was a hardware issue and just needed to be replaced. After a 2 hour phone call a week later with apple support, who called Oneclick, I was told Oneclick never actually ran diagnostics on the computer so I need to bring it to get diagnostic testing done. At first Oneclick tried to deny to them me ever coming in, only after forwarding my appoint confirmation to apple support did they admit to the appointment and me coming in. Then what were they doing for that 20 minutes if they lied about ever testing it??? A complete waste of time. Drive the extra 15 minutes and go to a real apple store.

Im very disappointed with the service I had going on Saturday at the at the store they say they are specialist however when I entered and ask a question about my Apple device he was very this concerned and did not humor or the fact of making attempts to try to fix my problem his name was Daniel and Im very disappointed in his approach as well as his final outcome I was also lied to as far as the specialist would come in the store and I believe the specialist was already in the store who was the store manager and I would like to speak to that store manager. Apple should do better considering the store is called One Click specialist hence the word specialist some of my files are corrupted and once I receive my product no one advise me about the errors or some of the missing files they did not show me they just handed me my device and told me good day not good business very disappointed wont sleep well

Great customer service, friendly and fast! I was pretty upset after a waiter at a restaurant spilled salad dressing all over my iPhone. The next day the earpiece was nearly inaudible. I call the restaurant manager who was willing to help but he needed to understand what was wrong with my phone and the cost to repair. A nearby AT&T referred me to One Click (which I hadn’t heard of until today). I checked the reviews were middle of the road and hesitated. But since it was nearby at Sawgrass I headed over. Skeptical, I explained my situation, to Gehez Encinas, expressing my frustration over the extra effort I had to expend. Gehez didn’t judge. He just asked for my phone, examined it, then used a small brush to stipple and whisk away the residual gunk blocking the earpiece speaker. He and his coworker tested it out then asked me to verify the results. I could hear through the headset loud and clear!! Problem resolved right?! Not so fast...I wanted Gehez to perform some type of diagnostics, you know...just in case. He gladly abliged and ran diagnostics on my phone, which turned out fine — I just need to upgrade to the latest iOS software. Gehez was professional, courteous, competent, and friendly. At the end he charged me a whopping $0 and bid me a good day. That’s right, to my surprise a good deed I’m happy to be the beneficiary. And no good deed ought to go unreviewed so One Click Sawgrass and Gehez get 5 stars!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Stay away !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I purchased a pair of earphones and a charger and they were defective.None of them worked. Earphones broke after a single use. Shameful !!!!!I have been an apple loving customer for years and this place should not be allowed to use the word AppleNot genuine apple product for sure. My guess is they buy rejects and sell them to turn a profit. Crooked store. Stay Away !!!!!!!!!!!!! Zero stars if I could !!!!!!

POOR SERVICE!!!! I went with my MacBook for help and for them to help me figure something out. The technician was friendly and wanted to help but the other lady was interrupting him telling me they couldnt help me, that I had to restart my computer!! WHY RESTART IF YOU CALL YOURSELVES APPLE SPECIALIST all your employees should know how to help instead of GOOGLEING HOW TO DO IT (the first person that helped googled how to solve the problem)1. First person google the answer2. The lady told us the technician was not there and 2 minutes later he comes out of the staff only door3. Lady interrupting the technician who was willing to help4. Telling me to restart the computer because why!? THAT IS THE EASIEST WAY TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM INSTEAD OF TRYING TO FIX IT!!

I came in for them to check the speakers on the XR they told me 2 hours wait for a diagnostic test which we all know it don’t take 2 hours for that but they know nobody is really going to wait 2 hours in a mall I advise you to go directly to the Apple store this place is a waste of time
