Danna is very knowledgeable and professional. She is also very skillful and resourceful. I am extremely glad Danna came to the rescue. Walked through here for the heck of it on a whim. The store is as small as it seems but very clean and easy enough to walk through! Inventory was clean as was the displays and neat to look at while you walk! Didnt want or get anything and didnt need any help so no comment on either of those! Still fun to walk through, at least to me!

Couldn’t even look at the displays and some lady with a turban and tattoos drops her tablet directly over the section I was viewing had not even been in the store thirty seconds and already got the used car dealership vibe. No thanks.

Take your money elsewhere. Employee not only had a tone with me, but was also careless with the item I was purchasing to the point of sliding it across the counter and dropping it on the floor, twice. Granted it still looks fine, but no customer wants to see their expensive purchase being mishandled like that.

Oof service has dropped.. if you arent coming into this location to make a purchase then good luck 😂 returning customers get little to no help and have to argue just go get their warranty backed up 👍 I shouldnt have to argue with you... I paided my warranty.. FIX IT... FYI this has happened to me and my fiancé multiple times here.. otherwise I wouldnt feel a need to warn others!

I bought from Kay jewelers for over five years now, but you should never buy from this store! They sell items as new, but that are actually used. They sell you warranties that are lies that are told by multiple managers. They won’t give you your money back even after they say they will. They don’t care after they get your money. They said you can call corporate to cancel warranties, which is a lie. These people will say whatever they can to take your money! Don’t buy from this jewelry store!

During Christmas, I visited this location and the store was packed. There was no number system or ticket station but I still stayed because I wanted to inquire about an item for a gift. Each sales Associate that worked great yes me with respect. I felt warm and at home even though I was just asking for the price. Finally, I was helped by one of the associates and she was pleasant and friendly and gave me a great discount but I didn’t make the purchase. I wanted to make this review because I felt like I was at home from the moment I walked in.Thank you Sawgrass Location.

This place needs to take classes on how to greet their customers! EVERY SINGLE TIME I walked in there I had to shout out for help. No one greets you, no one bothers to acknowledge you standing behind the desk (they see you buy they won’t even bother to walk over to help you)... seriously, don’t even bother. Ugh, I hope I never have to go back! I dropped off my ring about a week ago and told me they would call me once it’s available for pick up.... a week later and no call.. I HAD TO CALL THEM!

They advertised a chain as 14YG 22 rope chain I liked it so I bought it.one month later I get it tested and it’s 10.16 karet!!! They said they are going to make up for it so I will be writing a review soon! Sooooo 12 days later the manager of the store sorted everything out and apologized for issue and upgraded my chain to a 14k wheat 22” rope chain! After that I felt more comfortable and looked around the store and found a beautiful 3/4 karet diamond cross Valued at $1299.99 he’s going to honor me a special discount for icing on the cake! Terrible customer service. Was looking for a necklace. Came twice in the store. Did not get help. Associate was seating down. No effort to help. I came the second time to see if maybe it was a snapshot. No difference. Take your money elsewhere

Horrible customer service. If I was not already set on an item I saw online, I would have not purchased it from here. As I walked into the store, I saw 3 associates standing behind the counter near the cash register, not one greeted me. I stood at the section where the item I wanted to purchase was and again no one cared to to acknowledge my presence. I had to ask for help aloud. I purchased my item, however, I was looking at purchasing something else that would have had to be ordered. During the ordering process, the associate noticed the store getting a little busy, she ended up making an excuse that the tablet did not work and immediately started helping the other customers. If you want great - professional customer service do not come here.

They might be a big name company but the salesmen and woman that sold us the ring at this store are liars. Do your research on diamonds and make sure you get the certification. They will try to take advantage of people and on top of that lie to your face. Picked up the ring and they tried to not deliver on the insurance certification. Went into store and got it and found out they lied to us. Everything from diamond quality, diamond color to return policy. Just avoid buying from them to save yourself the trouble of disappointment and heartache. My gf was originally so happy we got this ring and the quality to find out they LIED about everything. When asked for their corporate number to file a complaint they refused to and wanted me to speak to their regional manager instead which they gave a false extension. Do NOT buy from them. If youre getting an engagement ring for the person you want to spend the rest of your life with do you really want to risk it coming out in the future that you were wrong about the diamond itself? I had them resize it, seems like they altered the diamonds too. I think they switched out the SI1 diamonds for I3. The diamonds look more dull than when we bought it.

Orlando and Abraham are so attentive! Those guys are the ones to go too! They know their inventory and know exactly whats going to work! They are the ONLY REASON I chose to go to this location.
