Cary Cary Cary is the bomb. I walked in the store at Sawgrass Mills outlet in Sawgrass Florida and there were three reps. I went up to the register to the rep that was there and she did not acknowledge me. Cary was with a customer at the time and once she was done she came and helped me. I told her I would be back in two days. I went back and my card was being declined because they thought it was a scam. Cary was patient with me sat through the process of me calling customer service and waited until my bank cleared the amount. I’m so happy with my 4CT. Honestly if it wasn’t for Cary I would’ve walked out the store. The other reps didn’t make me feel welcomed. One thing I hope they learn is to never judge a book from it’s cover. Cary was very warm and welcoming. You can tell she’s loved while I was there a customer came in to show Cary her newborn baby. Cary had sold her her wedding ring. Cary is an asset Zales I hope y’all know that. And take care of her.

Do not spend your hard earned money here. I was a victim of this retail store. Think twice about buying anything from here with intentions on it being real gold. I spent over $1000 buying a bracelet instead of earrings I returned it two times already from discoloration finding out that the jewelry was fake was extremely embarrassing; the store did swap out the jewelry after the third visit, advise everybody to get the warranty and to stay away from here if possible. Who knew you can be robbed while the robbers has on a nice suit and a smile.Disgusting first and last experience.

Was shopping for a peal necklace for our 35th wedding anniversary. The saleswoman showed me exactly what I was looking for and made the purchase easy and hassle free. Took me all of 15 minutes to find something my wife absolutely loves. Thats what I call a great shopping experience!

Our experience at Zales at Sawgrass this weekend was awesome. Cary was an expert in helping me and my fiancé select our wedding bands. She carefully decided with us and provided us the encouragement that we needed. She didnt push us to buy immediately, but it felt that she was truly there for us to help us find our wedding bands. She treated us like family and even held our rings while we looked at other options in another store.There was an awesome sale during Labor Day and we were so happy with our shopping experience. It was a clear difference between this store and another store that we went to. The other stores options were more expensive (for similar style bands), the sales representative was unknowledgeable and making recommendations that didnt really listen to what we need and what would fit my current engagement ring.In the end, we went with Carys recommendations and I found the perfect wedding band for my ring and my fiancé got his wedding band. I didnt have to spend an arm or a leg for the rings and they even cleaned my engagement ring while shopping! Im so excited to get my ring and we thank Zales, and Cary for this awesome experience.Im happy to refer my friends and family to Zales for their jewelry needs.

Walked into the store almost 30 minutes ago and no one has even greeted me. I went behind a gentleman that was being cashed out at the register and stood in line behind him as I figured that the cashier/employee would be able to assist me since I am standing in the line right in front of her. I saw another employee walking by and wanted to ask her if I was standing in the correct area to pick up my ring. I said, “hello, excuse me.” She yelled, “I am already with a customer!”, and kept on walking by. Either this store needs additional employees or their current employees need to be trained in Customer Service.

Browsed through here for a few minutes! The store is a little small from the inside and narrow but very well kept and easy enough to get through while you walk. The inventory is neat to look at, just as clean as the store and the displays are clean to! Didnt get anything and didnt need any service so no comment on either! Id give it a walkthrough again if I had some spare time in the Mills!

Evelyn helped me pick out a beautiful diamond necklace/earring set for my mother’s 50th birthday a few months ago. She was the sweetest person ever. She helped me find discounts I could use to get the best price possible, and she was was quick enough to get me back to work on time during my lunch break. Great experience!

Irina was the BEST !!!! She helped me find a wedding band for my fiancé. She did the impossible and helped my fiancé and I find my wedding band (not your typical bride and wanted something different). She was very patient and attentive. So thankful that we finally found the perfect fit for us with her help.

I have been to this Zales a few times for purchases and semi annual cleanings/inspections, and I have never had an experience to complain about. I visited today, however, for my December inspection and was mistreated. While it was very busy with last minute Christmas shoppers, I expected that when I finally received assistance it would be worth while. I had the intention of making a new purchase, but I was rudely rushed along after submitting my pieces for inspection and was told by the associate that she did not have the time to answer my questions about the piece I wanted to purchase. Needless to say I left without making my new purchase and will be looking towards others jewelers for my future needs.

Drove 30 mins to this mall to have my ring resized after it was purchased from a different Zales. I walked in and right away things were a little off. The older lady that wears blue eyeshadow and a Louis Vuttion mask, took my ring for an “inspection.” I asked for it to be resized and she said “they didn’t say that.” ...... I sure did because I didn’t even know what an inspection was. Then, she threw me the set of sizers which, the other Zales I went too, helped me pick a size. I couldn’t even read it and asked her to confirm what size it was and I wasn’t even sure if this was the size. She wrote down 5.5. I asked if they had a 5.75 because at the other Zales they did. She said no. Completely was useless, rushing us, didn’t even help me when asked, overall worst experience. I asked for my ring back because I didn’t trust her. She lied and said Zales doesn’t carry that size and I know they do because I’ve seen it previously. Skip this one, worst experience ever.

Shopping at Zales is always a great experience. John and Evelyn are the go-to people. They are the best and treat you fantastic. Im not rich but they treat me like royalty. Love this place.

Stood around for a few minutes waiting to be greeted. no one said anything so i walked up to an employee and she said (very rudely) that she was with someone. do not recommend just because of the customer service. if you spend a large amount of money on something, you want to be treated nicely. they will not do that

Nobody is more helpful than Cary. She helped me find the best ring for my girlfriend. Cary is full of joy and has knowledge about everything. Zales also has a great credit card service with no interest for a year. Go there and ask for Cary. She wants the sales but understand the nature of the business.

I had a very bad experience today, i went there yo buy 2 watches and a ring and I was chocked how rude the manager was. Wow how come a rutable brand hires mamagers and sale associate like that? The manager refused to talk to us and every time I had a question I had to ask the SA to go and ask her, and I dont want to forget to mention that the Sa refused to help us or go and ask manager about our concerne.I will never goback again or buy from Zale even though I got 2 rings from them in the past

Bob the assistant manager was very professional and really helpful. There seemed to be a shortage of people working at the time I went, but within 10 minutes of getting into store I was being helped. The workers acknowledged me and informed me of having a couple people ahead of me.

Nobody ever answers the phone so I decided to buy our engagement/wedding rings at Kays jewelers! I guess Every kiss does start with Kay!!!

Terrible terrible experience! Please avoid this particular store at all cost! I dont know if all Zales stores have such bad customer service and poor command of the company policies but this store, from first hand experience is the worst! They care more about making the sale than helping to correct any issues that may arise and would rather defer you to corporate customer service which takes years to get anything resolved! They are also very quick to give you a Zales credit card whether or not you need it for your purchase, especially Cary (or Karen). In my experience I didnt need the credit card and she inadequately explained to me why the card was being processed for me. After I told her I dont need the card for my purchase she told me it was too late because Ill be getting a card in the mail in 7 days and only then can I close the account. I now have that as a closed account on my Fico credit score impacting my score negatively. Comenity Capital Bank which is their provider also wont help take this off my score now. Its been 3 months since my incident and Im still filing paperwork to try to have this removed from my credit score and this is all without the help of anyone at Zales. Not even the corporate office. Horrible store! I would stay away from them if I were you and if you absolutely must, go with cash and claim your purchase that same day.

Such a nice bunch of people, we’ve shopped at Zales numerous times in different locations and they’ve always had exceptional customer care, good product and they go the extra step to get customer satisfaction. We will continue to be a loyal customer.

There was lots of confusion on a Mens ring that I purchased. I wasnt getting the proper help I needed. Carol, the store manager took charge. She treated me with respect, very helpful and was beyond understanding. Not to mention, she was extremely nice to me. I will stay a customer at this Zales as long as she works there and is the manager. Carol keeps the store running smoothly.

One of the Jewelers (heavy,older lady, 53ish, and wears too much make up) tried to steal one of my rings, when I asked her to clean them. She hid one of my rings inside her jewelry wash bin. The lady kept arguing that I didnt give her the ring. I had to call the manager out because the jeweler insisted I was lying. The manager had her empty the bin and I was able to retrive the ring she kept claiming she didnt have .

Staffs are very friendly and welcoming.

REALLY A DISAPPOINTMENT THIS PLACE, THEY SELL ALLEGED ROLEX WATCHES WHEN IN REALITY THEY ARE SELLING YOU A COMPLETELY COPY WATCH, THEN THEY TELL YOU THAT THEY CANT DO ANYTHING, THIS SHOULD BE REPORTED TO THE AUTHORITIES THE PERSONS IN THEY STOLE
