I left my information on home advisors to get an estimate for a front door I had to replace, I was contacted by a sales representative named Terry...He came to my home and gave an estimate, the price was step, however, I agreed as long as the work was completed up to standard a city code....he came back the following week for my deposit and promised someone will call me to schedule an appointment ........No one ever called to schedule an appointment. I attempted to resolve this matter myself and all I have gotten is the run around from the check is in the mail, to accounting is closed to not answering my calls. Home Advisors Complaint Support Team has tried to resolve this matter on my behalf, however, they also have been give the run around. Therefore, Home Advisors has placed a block on Sawgrass Window and Doors account from participating in their service until my issue is resolved.. Upon further investigation the sales rep is in fact the owner Terrance Antonio Simpson who resides at 4723 NW 4 ST PLANTATION, FL 33317, and is also the former owner of Triple Ts windows and doors which had countless of cases in small claims court and a number of complaints that they took clients deposits and never came back or called to do the work..More than likely he changed his company name to Sawgrass Windows and Doors, so he can continue to scam people out of their money .A friend who is a computer genius has traced back the IP address for a fair number of these reviews to the same server....Terrance Simpson AKA Terry has no intentions of doing work on your home his only goal is to take your money and run.........

I had Front door installed. They did an excellent job. The installer was very professional and very neat. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again. So if you need anything done for your windows or doors please give them a call

We broke a window putting up hurricane shutters the night before the storm and they were able to send over the nicest repair guy. After an hour I had a new bedroom window and a new favorite window and door company!

Lack of professionalism (installed wrongly my sliding door/it cant be fully closed, isnt straight) and punctuality is not in their dictionary... from two-three weeks, turned up to be two-three months.

Thieves!!! Purchased a door that was installed improperly, botched job! Charged me 2 times for the same door. Had to have door replaced and still won’t give me my money back! Please do not use this company.
