Where do I ever start with the amazing service provided to me. I thought my problem was a simple wire that needed to be replaced. After replacing the wire my technician noticed bolts were lose for the track. A complete safety issue. He secured those and then realize that the motor was shot (20 years old motor). Would go up but not down. He quoted me a great price and was able to do the repair right away. My door is super quiet and works amazing. After he left I had a question about the sensor and he come back out as soon as he was finished with the job he was working on. It was 7 pm and he came. That is what I call excellent customer service. Hard to find this kind of company now a days. He explained how to work the new keypad and programmed two car remotes. The service was beyond stellar and I definitely recommend this company !!!!. five stars all the ways!!!!!!!

Gal came and checked our old antique garage door opener said it has met its match. He said it will be cheaper in long run instead of changing the mother board to buy a whole new unit so we did. The unit was at a great price and I checked the unit out on google as he was installing it. It was a great unit along with the an install price also. It had other features that we didnt need some people like to punch a code outside to open the door if you go for a walk or something else we decided just to get 2 remotes instead. He had everything with him already. Finished the job in a timely manner. I was not in a rush. So time was not an issue. I rather have a service person take their time and do an install properly and he did. Gal definitely knew what he is doing a perfect salesman and installer. He was friendly and courteous. He gave us a call before he came and that was great also. So definitely choose this company if you need an install done right.

USA Garage Door Inc did a mediocre job and have absolutely no concern about customer satisfaction. When I complained about basic craftsmanship their response was simply to pay more and more for work I already had paid. The technician was a nice guy but inexperienced. When I called, the lady was nasty and trained to be dishonest. I was generous in giving them 2 stars.Motor replacement. April 2019. Still rattles and not anchored properly.I don’t recommend this company, mostly due to their work ethics.Yakir

Had my garage door spring replaced this week by USA Garage Door, Inc. Job well done! Very satisfied. Connected with them via American Home Shield (AHS) on a Friday afternoon. USA Garage Door scheduled my service appointment for the next morning (Sat.) The service tech, Gerry Yarin, was prompt, pleasant and professional. Upon identifying the necessary parts to complete the repair, he provided me with a cost estimate, which was in line with what I anticipated. The job took him less than an hour to complete, and the garage door is once again working perfectly. Terrific job!

I would not recommend this company. Technician advised he would fix my garage door for $400. After taking the garage apart he upped the price to $550. Very disappointing.

Recently I moved in to a new home and I got directed to Usa garage door inc for a service issue. When I contacted them over the phone they were helpful and pleasant to talk to. I got set an appointment with Gal to come to my home. At the day of the appointment I received a call in advance just as I requested and 30 mins later Gal arrived. Gal was a really nice guy. And knows what he is doing. I felt safe letting him fix the issue. This company is number 1when it comes to quality service!!!

This company was assigned by American Home Shield. However, tech advised upon arrival that I spring was too small for door. Spring and door were install 12 years ago with no problem. When I called them back, they did not send anyone until the next day (door could not be moved) and then demanded that I buy a new door from them at a price that was much higher than the avg price for a door because my door was not repairable. I decided to call another garage company and they actually came and fixed the issue and said USA GARAGE DOOR, INC. performed the work incorrectly and ended up paying more money to fix their deficient work. USA GARAGE DOOR, INC. will not stand by their work and will perform work that is deficient to demand more money later.The OWNER is a FRAUD, the Secretary at the office is also a FRAUD, they stop answering your calls.In response to your statement:1. I called you and gave you the opportunity to come by and fix the issue, your technician said he could not come until a day AFTER and I waited until the day AFTER for you.2. I called a Handyman, late at night because your company did not have the decency to come and fix the MESS they left behind. This Handyman helped me lower the door at 11pm at night because you certainly did not care.3. The Invoice I sent from the handyman clearly said May 16th, but you are so FRAUDULENT you decided to change it. SHAME ON YOU!!!4. I did give you the necessary time, in fact The NEXT DAY your technician did come and said I needed a new door and that my door was not repairable and the special price he gave me was $500 more than everybody else. When I said I was not getting a new door your technician got upset and left my house without fixing my issue leaving me a door that could not be operated.5. I then called another company, which came and certified the SPRING REPAIR performed by USA GARAGE DOOR, was done incorrectly which cause the door to fall off its tracks and damage the tracks and rollers. This is the why had to pay another company for damage to tracks and rollers.6. I then spoke with your OWNER who said he would come by my home, and I waited for him for 3 more days, where each of those days he said he would come, but he never did.7. The work performed by USA GARAGE DOOR, Inc caused me $400 worth of damages. I only find it fair for me to ask for you to assume responsibility - WHICH YOU NEVER DID. You may try writing responses like you are a reputable and ethical company, but you are far from being that.8. I gave you all the opportunities to fix it at your cost, but you wanted me to buy you unnecessarily a new door. Apparently this is a tactic that some in this industry use and certainly USA GARAGE DOOR did it with me. AGAIN, SHAME ON YOU for trying to scam people like me!!9. The refund you offer was a joke!AGAIN, to anyone reading this review, USA GARAGE DOOR INC has 4 claims in the Better Business Bureau (BBB) - (LOOK IT UP) and many unfavorable reviews. They will perform deficient work and then take your money and run with it. They are no longer part of THUMBTACK for a reason. I have read many similar reviews.There are many other companies out there, I should have paid attention to the bad reviews, they were right. Find companies with better rating, dont risk your hard earned money.
