We go into the Sawgrass store on an implies and make appliance purchases for a stove and dishwasher. First, the salesman advised if we don’t take immediate delivery he can’t promise we’ll get the products. Call me crazy but if I’m paying for the products you don’t hold them for my convenience. I guess not. After a few hours we decide we not going to do the kitchen makeover. So I all the store with the ticket number and ask to cancel the order. No problem I’m told. I’m told I’ll receive an email confirm. Nothing comes. Call the next day, same response. Call the third time, same response. So I decide to go to the Dania store where I’m told no cancellation was ever made and my card was charged. Dania store promptly took care and issued an immediate refund to the card. Long story short, stay away from sawgrass store and use the Dania store.

The store experience was great l. The sales person Jain was knowledgeable and great to work with. That was only to get the product ordered. The customer service is the worse that I have ever dealt with. They act as if they are doing you a favor after you spend thousands of dollars at their business. They cannot answer the most simple question. I would not recommend them unless you carrying out your products from the store.

I was looking for a range hood that was out of stock everywhere and randomly called the store; Shamila answered and checked the inventory, which said there was none available. I was okay with that because I understood the item is on backorder at most stores. She took my information and said she would personally walk and look at the inventory and not rely on the computer. I receive a call back in 7-10 mins with the good news. I will be calling her first for anything home. She is an asset to this company and could be to you also.

My experience with The store is being a nightmare.The sales man Roy was nice until he did the sale.I bought the full set of kitchen appliances which they told me were in stock. When they did the delivery the stove was missing, and fridge was defective. The second delivery they scheduled never showed up, l wasted the time I took from work! Finally The new fridge was delivered, to be defective again. The leg from one side of the fridge is missing! and the fridge doesn’t cool enough!Roy the sales person that I tried to contact many times told me that was my problem the defective brand new fridge and they were not responsible. The very unprofessional manager from the appliances sales department did not want or have the decency to speak with me when I called! They transferred my call from one department to another. Nobody wants to helping me! I feel they have no respect or consideration with me. I had been a Brandsmart customer for many years, but this so negative and unpleasant experience is the one making me to take my business somewhere else. I deserved to be treated with respect and appreciation! I had a bad experience at the store in Deerfield. Very rude service, so much so I just walked out. My husband called the Sawgrass location and Shamila was so helpful thst we ended up getting the washer and dryer thst we actually wanted!!! She was so kind and she and others around her seemed as if they actually enjoy their jobs! She made me feel as a customer should be made to feel. This is lacking in today’s world. I will go out of my way to drive to that location any day! Thank you Shamila!!!! Her manager Ans even the finance person who took my final payment were all nice.

Terrible customer service. After the salesman over at the computers section realize we weren’t including the extended warranty, he left us and dissapeared. Never talked about the real product warranty with apple and denied the interest free financing for it.If you dont add warranty you’ll get treated like garbage. Thats their catch! Buyer beware!!!

I visited because I had to replace a broken tablet for my daughter and I was taken care of in the customer service department without any issues. The nightmare began when I went into the electronics department to purchase another tablet through my warranty. A very professional young man named Zion went above and beyond to assist me he went through the proper protocols to make sure the tablet I wanted to purchase was in stock until he went on a goose hunt looking for 3 tablets that were supposed to be in stock but missing. I didnt give him a hard time because I felt that maybe there was an error so I asked him if he could check the same tablet in another store, but unfortunately all the other stores were sold out! He and the nice lady working in Cashier got the Supervisor (Mr. Ramsey) involved. Mr. Ramsey seemed nice but his body language that day said he didnt want to be bothered. I understand if youre overwhelmed or just having a bad day, but when dealing with customers who has been shopping with BrandsMart for over 15 yrs at this location, you definitely have to be more professional in every aspect. However, were in a pandemic and many people are being affected in so many ways. So, when me and my husband were speaking with him this is the level of respect we gave him as well as others because we understand! So Mr. Ramsey tried to argue with me and my husband (after going in the back and checking for the same tablets Mr. Zion told him hed already checked for several times) that theres an error in the computer and they dont have these tablets and theres nothing he can do with no compassion whatsoever! I explained that this is terrible customer service and if I had the money I would just purchase the more expensive tablet that I originally bought when it was on sale, but the price was like $100 difference. I was so unhappy at this point that I said forget it I will just purchase the more expensive tablet because its for my daughter who needs it for school and at this point I felt that I was being ripped off! When my husband told Mr. Ramsey that someone must be stealing their merchandise and wanted to speak with someone else, Mr. Ramsey excused himself for a second walked behind the cashier, opened the display case that the cash register sits on and brought the exact tablet we were all making fuss about! He did this while our backs were facing him and thought we didnt see. When he brought the box over it was dirty (as if someone or something had slightly stained it) but he quickly opened the box to show me the tablet. I then questioned him and asked why is this already open? He said yes because sometimes customers want to see the tablets before they purchase them! This made no sense when there are plenty out front on display. I then asked him to please check everything and turn it on ( because at this point me and my husband were very skeptical and started to just purchase the more expensive one) he then tried to also make things right by giving us a 24 month full warranty even though I only paid for 1yr. I wrote this review and gave it 4 stars because I dont know what goes on behind the scenes at BrandsMart because I dont work there I am just a consumer! I am only trying to be as honest to write this review for the sake of others and hopefully prevent the same nightmare I recently experienced! Although, I dont appreciate how things started, I do appreciate how they ended! My daughter has a great working tablet and I didnt have to pay nothing more, but just the warranty coverage fees. Also, I do believe in giving people a chance. Thank you Mr. Zion, Mr. Ramsey, and the wonderful Cashier who assisted me and my husband that day.

I bought an ASUS laptop from this store in December. The HD died in April. I sent it back to ASUS to fix the problem. I get it back and it dies again a month later. Brandsmart wont work with me to get another laptop. Scam company

I purchased a television which Brandsmart delivered. Excellent time frame and plesant delivery service. Unfortunately the television was damaged. I contacted Brandsmart and they arranged a second delivery to do a swap. The second delivery and swap was so easy.The whole time I was expecting a hard time but never experienced one.I bought from Brandsmart in the past and will definitely do so in the future. I highly recommend Brandsmart.

My landlord made a purchase at the 12801 W Sunrise Blvd Sunrise FL location on 5/5/21. Delivery was set to be for 5/11/21. NO ONE has called me to let me know the time frame they will be at my house. I think they forget people arent home 24/7 nor as they going to rush home when brandsmart decides to call when they are there if they never provided a time frame. Ive been trying to get in contact with the customer service department for 2 HOURS. First time 21 minutes on hold. 2nd - 6 mins. 3rd - 2 mins. 4th - 9 mins. 5th - 11 mins. 6th - 14 mins. 7th - 7 mins. 8th - 5 mins. ONE ONE HAS PICKED UP THE PHONE. Why do they have a customer service department? I have a job and a boss that I have to report to if I will be leaving early or coming in late. So to be clear, brandsmart thinks its ok to not update their client on when delivery will be? So if they call me when THEY ARRIVE they expect me to speed to my house to meet them? And if i dont make it in time what happens? Ive never experienced and it wont happen again. and ill make sure no one that i know goes to them for anything they need. I will make my issue known so that people looking to shop here go elsewhere and provide their hard earned money to a company that is well ran.

Horrible experience. Cashier had an attitude like she didnt want to be at work that day. I purchased a scooter that their system showed was in stock. I waited outside in the heat at the pick up area for about 25 mins only for them to come back and tell me that they dont have the item I ordered in stock. Wont be going back there.

Went there to get a window AC unit. The price was amazing the salesman was good and the people at the counter where I paid were very nice. Especially anybody in a mobile home if your central AC and has broke and can afford to get it fixed. I would recommend the LG 10000 BTU my home is 1600 square feet. I have to one in each side of the house. And it cools my house down colder than the central three-and-a-half ton unit I had and my FPL bill every month has gone down since Ive installed them. I would Definitely buy the LG or the Arctic King 8000- 10,000 BTU Great deal $260.00 for the 10,000 BTU LG

Store will sell you a Tv not validate that it works, and if you bring it back the same day because it was broken they don’t want to do the exchange. Go to Best Buy, Amazon anywhere that’s will happily take care of a customer. This isn’t not the store to buy technology at. They have archaic rerun policies.

I was shopping over the 4th of July weekend for a package of 4 appliances. I had a package in mind when I got there. My salesman Carlten Pierce was friendly and acommating, answering my questions . He made my shopping experience very pleasant. I was very happy with the very low price of delivery also removing my old appliances. Im am looking forward to delivery.

I typically have a very good experience of brands mark and this one was a little unusual I got my issue resolved some very happy to say that unfortunate a product that I bought were just not that great and a promise 65 TV they did resolve the issue really fast some happy to report that and usually everything I bought in purchased and I have purchased more than 15TV from brands mark never had an issue oddly enough everything is always great

Everyone here is knowledgeable about the items in their departments, but when you go make sure you know what you want and you choose your rep. Otherwise you may buy more than what you went for. I have never had an issue, but they will up-sell you crazy. If you are an Xfininity customer, stop by the tent they may surprise you.

Brandsmart always has good prices. Carries a lot of off brand stuff to allow it to do so. Not a place to go if you need assistance/advice but if you know what you are doing you can get very good value. Note that often TVs are the prior model compared to what another big box retailer might have. But again, good prices if having the latest is less important than price/value.

Last August I bought an electric stove brand new, I bought a warranty, two months later the stove stop working, the technician supposedly fixed it, the problem continue, technician went back to fixed it, it didnt fixed it, on December 24 the oven blew up, I called again they sent the technician again he said needed a part and ordered it, the stove doesnt go hight, it takes hours to cook, technician brought the part and find out it was not the right one, I have called many times and as per today February 16 they have not fixed it, I will never buy another thing in branddmarrk, and do not recommend this store and their merchandise. Under lemon law they should have change it

Bought 4 86 inch lg Tvs, Install 2 no problem the 3 rd was damaged picture is bad they would not take back, repair or anything. I am stuck with tv that should had one year warranty. Adam the manger no help he is full of it and the general manager no better then Adam .Own lots rental properties over 50 bought all my kitchen appliances from there. I guarantee you that I will not spend a dime with this bunch of A holes.

With at least 3 vendors coming up to me rude and aggressively as I was on a very important phone call, asking if I wanted to sign up for this or that made my shopping experience a bit tense. Although I found what I needed and purchased the items I will never come back here. Shopping was not made easy due to the harrassment of the outside vendors. Management needs to train them on their approach.

I always like to visit this store when Im at the mall. The staff are great, always ready to assist, prices are comfortable and theres also financing options for more expensive items (ie: laptops/tablets etc.). You can find there almost anything in the electronics field mainly from top brands. Although its big, its easy to find yourself there.

We spent about $7,000. On bedroom set as well as couches and appliances. Salesman was good. Prince the store manager was great. THE DELIVERY GUYS were awful. Very rude and intimidating to my wife while i was at work. Had to have my brother get there and back her up because she was getting nervous. As soon as I walked in their tune changed. The delivery guys left all the foam packaging all over the community and left the boxes. I had to get out there and clean it ASAP before the association fined me. They refused to install the fridge and forgot my side table outside. I went to the store after and was told there was nothing they could do. Just beware!! The salesman tells you before you buy that the delivery guys are terrible and they were not kidding. Should have listened to them. They bullied my wife untill my brother and I showed up. Dont leave your women alone at home if your expecting a delivery from Brandsmart!!!!

This place s a mess, they have some name brands mixed in with piles of cheep electronics. It is not well organized. The staff seems like they would rather be anywhere but there and good luck getting a simple question answered. If you dont mind buying cheep knockoff electrical products from a cluster of a store this place is for you.

Very good Memorial Day sale! The staff reminded me of telemarketers. Everyone working for a commission. Be careful when purchasing electronics because they will add in fees at the end, especially for warranties.

Multiple devices blasting mostly rapcrap at loud volume and flashing lights all over the place sent me into a panic attack so severe that I couldnt retrace my steps to get out of the place. All I wanted was an air conditioner. The only saving grace, which earned them one star, was the kind assistance received from the service desk to place my order. There was a short wait at the loading dock as the competent personnel efficiently retrieved prior customer orders. Because of the experience walking into the place, I wont be returning to this store.

Ridiculous line setup and horrible return experience.. you have to wait in one line that is separate from the regular entrance return your item then go inside to wait in another line and get your cash back ...they take your cash without ID but need ID to give your cash back which I didnt have with me so it was horrible experience all in all

This concept is great, just able anything you need for your house at excellent price, stores are huge so you can spend all day looking & testing products. Is crowded & a bit messy but staff is usually knowledgeable and very helpful.

The brandsmart atmosphere in general can be overwhelming and the purchasing experience can be a hassle. Customer service can get crazy too. But its a system that works for mass merchadisers so if you are willing to put up with it their prices can be tough to beat. Also, Its best you have a mid level manager contact (and upper level if possible) for when things dont go well. They usually will make it right

One gentleman walked me around the store to find the drone section and was very kind. After I found the item I wanted I was plucked by a random diffrent sales man from the regerster to check out at a comptuer and Im being approved for a credit card without my knowledge and waisted my time. And the manager was called over and nothing was done. Then I requested they take the sales man to not take commision and the regerster lady refused. I beleive its illeagal to apply for a credit card with out there knowledge. Bad service except for the first gentleman who helped me find what I was looking for and got nothing out of it.

Worst experience. Customer service is difficult to deal with. They are like in the stone age. When I purchase a washer and dryer there system was so inefficient. Took 3 hours just for customer service to set up an appointment. You need to take so many steps to purchase something. First you go to the salesman. Then you go to the register to pay then you go to customer service to set up delivery. Not smart. Also I went to look at a television today. The salesmen are like sneaky vultures. Worse than car salesman. I was originally just going to buy the tv mount here because I learned my lesson with these guys but the salesman said he would get me a better deal. I wanted the samsung 82 qled tv that was $2999. Every store has the same price for the tv. Whether you go to best buy costco or directly from samsung. I told him i was getting it from samsung for $2999 delivered. He said oh I can get for a hundred dollars cheaper so I said ok sound good. What is you best offer. The guy checks the computer and says$3380 delivered with tax. The tax was only $230. So how is this cheaper than $2999 delivered??? He said let me talk to my manager. These guys think Im stupid playing these car salesman games. I just left and I learned my lesson. I will buy from samsung. I have tried to give these guys opportunities because they have competitive prices but they always find a way to let me down. Well you get what you pay for.

This store consistently sells goods that are markdown for the people who cannot afford to go to Sears etc. However, unsure if their goods are always the best.
