6 people in line, been standing here for 7 minutes with no movement. No call for another cashier, and an obvious problem with the customer at the register, with 3 more customers behind me. Employees knowledge of the store is very poor despite the small size and leisure crowd. Wouldve been faster going to Walmart next door and waiting in a black Friday line 🤷🏿‍♀️

What a great tool store! Its smaller then the big shops, but had a clean and smart tool layout. And the prices are great. Ill be going back.

Visited this store recently for ball bungees and there was the most helpful female employee who was just phenomenal. She walked the store just asking everyone if she can assist and was very knowledgeable about products and location. 👌🏽 We will be back! Keep up the great work! Don’t lose her! 🔐

Holy Smokes... This store has been open since January 2020 and I never went there. Stopped by today for a set of combination wrenches and WOW..... What a beautiful place. Incredible selection of almost everything that you could ever need for any DIY project you can imagine. Spotlessly clean, organized, helpful staff, great prices, and so many things that I need and some things I didnt know I need but do now. Just stop by and see for yourself. This is a Toys R Us for Men and Women,,,, but mostly Men. Lol. If they had a snack bar Id still be there. Im truly impressed.Oh, and bilingual staff. English/Spanish at least.5 stars ☆☆☆☆☆2 thumbs up 👍👍

Excellent service, was asked several times if I was in need of help by several different employees! Excellent to see that. But I paid for two years of membership and that was supposed to be a free gift and 20% off biggest item.... On top of member only deals.. etc. Unfortunately Harbor Freight does not keep their word on deals msde prior..

U know I never gave harbor freight a chance because I love home depot, but its a great place to buy a tool, just to try it out or for small projects.

Staff members were great. New cashier Mike, was nice and I will be there again.

I have been to this store many times. I moved to the area and wanted to give them a chance. Over 7 times I have gone to the store for their specials and they never have them. Today on Fathers day I left my home so I would not miss out on several only to find out once again, it was a wasted trip. The employees are great but Im not giving them any more of my time and money. Back to Home Depot.

Harbor Freight is always a good place to buy tools. They carry an ice line all the way from a very low-cost item to a high-end item for the same tool.

Great prices for the quality. I always look for the special offers. Be sure to save your receipts for returns because their return policy is not as liberal as Home Depot

It has most everything anyone wanting hardware could hope for. Its not a huge store but big enough to carry what youre looking for probably.

So disappointed to see so many items not in stock. I wanted a simple trailer tongue jack...out of stock st the Sunrise store. Employee said they MAY have one in Hollywood. Ho humm... Ill call before making that ride

As a woman that has her own set of tools for crafting, this is the best place to find 98% of what is needed to do the job. Great prices for mens toys too, hubby cant walk in and come out empty handed either.

Picked up a solar panel kit inverter & battery to use while truck shell camping. They have excellent prices on a variety of stuff & always have sales. If youre on a budget like me, or like perusing tools etc check them out sometime.

First time there, walked in and I was greeted at the door and asked if I needed help I showed the associate what I was looking for he took me to where the item was located then he grabbed a shopping cart and loaded for me then asked if there was anything else I need it now thats customer service, I wished I would of grabbed his name so I could give him props on this review but thank you for your great customer service I will definitely will be back there again for future purchases.

I’ve purchased a few needed things from this store. So far they have all held up. Customer service when I go in has always been top notch which is why I keep coming back. The store is well organized and clean. I’ve had to call the store a few times and I think phone etiquette could be better which is why the 4 stars but other than that a solid store that people should check out when needing some off brand stuff.

What can I say, its Harbour Freight. Sometimes you get something that is really good for the price, and other times well you get what ya pay for. The staff here is about the same, sometimes ok, but sometimes why you bothering me.

Finally I got my motorcycle jack Im a happy camper i also used a super coupon took 20% off additional to the low price Harbor Freight always has something you may need.

You have no idea how excited I was to find out a Harbor Freight was built walking distance from my home. I used to have to drive all the way to a farther location. And the staff there are the friendliest and most attentive then the other two locations Ive been too. How cool!

It’s tools, it’s not too expensive, the quality is ok. The employees are friendly and helpful. When you step into this store you have already made the decision that you don’t want to pay two or three times the cost that other stores charge. With that in mind you have to understand that the quality may not be up to the same standards as those other stores, but it’s good enough. Especially for the price. Just like those other stores, Harbor Freight offers extended warrantees on many of their items.

Near to the house. Been here a few times. Take your time and walk around and you will always find something to get.

The prices here are unbearable there are items that are 70% less than Home Depot it’s for the sack same item also their in-house brand He’s very good for the price

Fully stocked; not that crowded; great prices; helpful employees and now closer to Tamarac.

It was clean and well lit. My biggest problem was that the isle signs were in Spanish if you were walking down the middle isle. This made finding ANYTHING quite difficult as I am not bilingual. The least they can do is put the signs in both English and Spanish. Ive never had that problem with Harbor Freight. This is a new store. I hope its not a new policy. This store is also smaller than other Harbor Freight stores hence had less selection.
