Was assisted by a physically challenged team member and can honestly say was the best service I have ever received at any Home Depot. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and went out of her way to make sure I found the products I was looking for. Will definitely only shop at that location because of her exceptional service!

Incredible bad customer service. I was at cash register to pay for two items using cash. The cashier never looked at me because another employee (who was off the clock, purse on her arm) was talking to her.Cashier just continued her conversation. I was standing there holding out the items. She finally noticed me and took my items. She simply continued her conversation. I was standing there holding my money out for her. She never looked. I grabbed my stuff and went over to self checkout. She could not figure out what happened.Way to go. Spoke to the Asst. Store manager, he did not seem concerned at all. I almost had to beg him to want to look into this matter.
I want to first start by saying this store has the absolute worst customer service in the history of customer service most of the managers are incompetent, all the associates lack common sense and are quite lazy. They donβt even care about helping you. I placed an order for ship to store, the arrival date kept changing, I spoke to a few associates in store who kept transferring me all over, the manager I spoke to today was rude and just as bad as the associate who transferred me to her. I get a txt that my order has arrived at the store, He tells me my item isnβt there, the manager I spoke to says itβs there but just on the truck. The only person that went the extra mile was Ms Cheryl, who I thank. Everyone else can kick rocks. How do I ask for customer service and the electric dept answers? Ya I wouldnβt waste my time going here anymore.
Beware if you are exportingThey started out great helping with my export items. Now it is a struggle to get an email response never mind trying to get my material shipped. Extremely disappointed.
Have never had to write a bad review but due to the unfortunate experience I have had with this company and I needed to make sure I informed consumers of my experience which has been the worse ever.Β I purchased a washer and dryer which was scheduled to be delivered Saturday, September 18th.Β I went to the store personally on Friday, September 17th to confirm the time frame and no one was able to give me any information.Β Nevertheless, I stayed home all day waiting for the delivery and no one showed up or called me.Β I called the store 3 times and no one was able to give me am update or information on my delivery.Β Finally, someone who answered the phone said they can reschedule for the end of month which makes no sense so I asked to speak to the manager as no one was able to explain to me what happened and the manager just hung up the call.Β I called again and the manager said he will call me back and I have YET to receive a call.At this time, I want a refund for BOTH appliances and I will take my business somewhere else.Β My husband and I have spent allot of money at home depot since we have investment properties but I will make sure not to give them another dime.Β They need to hire people who want to work and assist the client; not ignore them or hang up on them.I need someone to contact me right away!!!!
I went into the store around 8:00am to pick up some fasteners for a project I was working on. For some reason the checkout staff were not all on duty and Barbra was the only one managing the self check out terminals. Barbara was absolutely incredible helping all of us get our items checked out and out the door. As a manager myself I was completely blown away at her poise and grace under pressure. It is a pleasure to be served by employees who work like they owned the store.
Home Depot online purchases are awful. I donβt know what the heck is going on there and I had the biggest issues buying a washing machine. Never try to buy a major appliance on their website. Just go into the store!I went into the Home Depot on Sunrise blvd. with my issue and Rob from the appliance department was absolutely amazing!!! Considering the issues I had with my purchase he was not only fantastic about fixing the problem but he was so nice the whole time and never made me feel like it was a bother. I personally would have been annoyed if I were him but not for one second did he give me anything but amazing customer service. He got everything squared away and I left so relieved and happy. Home Depot is very lucky to have an employee like him. I hope this review finds its way to management so they can at least thank him for his work and keeping a customer. You better believe the next time I need a major appliance Iβm heading straight in store to Rob to help me.
Listen under no circumstance is this an ideal place to shop. I swear customer service doesnβt exist there unless you find the assistant manager mike, (shout out Mike). I promise you this place has to be built on an old Indian burial ground or something. In closingβ¦β¦.Go to Lowes PLEASE.

Home Depot has been dropping the ball for the las few years. They lack customer service and knowledge. They fill their stores with third party vendors that are annoying and their staff do not think or question when the are doing something. Example, I returned a bifold door that was warped, i kept the hardware because everything was installed already. The employee did not asked anything, gave me a refund to my card and put the door on a cart. We went to get a replacement door, all of the were on the top where you need an associate to help; i had to ask 3 times until finally they sent a girl to help. The bes part, at that moment another employee was bringing the door back to the shelf, to be resold.... with no hardware... See picture, this is why I switch to Lowes. Went to Lowes looking for a specific color of paint... 3 employees came to help us.
Had what I was looking for after driving 90 plus miles from Naples because they were out of stock. Store personnel were nice and friendly.
We bought hurricane windows in 2019In February 2021 my son realized he cannot open the window in his room, so we called Home Depot to get it fixed since it is a fire hazard.It is August on 2021, and we are still waiting for HD to fix the window. BTW HD subcontracts people to install the windows and do the fix, and they are under staffed and they probably hire the cheapest labor they can get (after charging us premium price for installation and windows), so far they have not been able to fix the window that they installed incorrectly. I am totally frustrated. We bought at Home Depot because we thought they had good customer service, boy were we wrong! Never again. We need a new door and we sure wonβt be buying from home Depot

I have purchased multiple times ecertificates for home depot using my points from discover. This is the first time at the sawgrass mills location where the staff and manager were not accepting this type of payment. This was a waste of time please train your staff better. I will be purchasing the same items in another store.
Their selection is pretty good and Ive never heard of anyone i know having problems with ordering supplies and furniture for renovations. but there is always a sever lack of employees and the few that are there rarely speak clear English and often then not arent all that helpful. So three stars sums up how I feel pretty well. Get your act in shape please homedepot.

Things seem like they are back to normal here. Whatever covid precautions they are making (aside from masks) must be completed quick, because I havent really noticed any extra precautions. Overall I feel just as safe walking in this store as any. So hats off to Home Depot
Home Depot in Sunrise customer service is fast and good. However, some crew mementos can do a better job in serving for customers.
This is one of my favorite have to go to stores where I can find just about anything I need for the house, car, garden and projects. Its a rarity thatI cant find almost any kind of tool that I need. Not all Home Depots are the same when it comes to asking for help. It solely depends on the area its in.
Andre and Traylor were so helpful and attentive. When I tell u Andre helped me for over 2 hours and never complained and trust I had them working hard. The store was organized, with great friendly great team members with an eager to assist attitude. Five βββββ stars for Andre (I think. Hes a team lead or MOD) and Taylor they are truly the epitome of exceptional customer service. I want them to get some recognition as they really made my experience very pleasant.Thank you both.

Every worker my mother, sister, and I encountered there, was rude and unhelpful except the woman that handles the paint department. Sheβs amazing! The woman that works in the front with the short blonde hair yelled at my mother when she pulled her mask down to take a drink of water in your hot establishment. Thereβs a certain way to talk to customers, right or wrong. The woman who attempted to help us get artificial grass was lazy and unhelpful. She acted as if we were bothering her. Iβm sticking with Loweβs.

Waited over 25 minutes to have someone assist me at Home Depot in the appliance department. My husband and I came ready knowing exactly what we wanted to order, so we made it super easy for the salesperson. We spent close to $3000 for a fridge, easy money for Home Depot since I didnβt need assistance in finding a fridge, already did my own measurements, and helped her with what needed to be added in my order for installation. Iβm so disappointed with the poor customer service, no apology. I then try using a $20 coupon off $200 but the salesperson didnβt know how to manually key in the code. Apparently, the salesperson in the appliance departments called out sick, how is there only one person in the whole entire store that knows about appliances, and wheres the manager??? The lady that assisted us was very kind but this was not her area of expertise. As a courtesy and for the amount of money we are spending, they should have given me the $20 off after easily making almost 3k. I will be making a survey on this location and reaching the manager. Horrible customer service, I just hope the installation goes well.

Worst Home Depot I have honestly been to. I went to pick up an order today and I stood in the pickup line for probably 10 minutes before the older woman even acknowledged I was there and then she walked away. I understand if you are busy doing something but at least have the decency to acknowledge a customer and tell them you are doing something and someone will be with them. But nope she wasnt doing anything and just walked away. Then I purchased a wet vacuum and when I got home to use it, it was already used and had tons of dust inside it. All I can say is check the items thoroughly before you leave the store so you dont have to make another trip there. Definitely wont be going back to that store again.
I went in for one specific item, which I found pretty easily. I also picked up a couple of other items I wasnt planning on. It was a short wait for the self checkout.

Every one is always so friendly and helpful. Even through these trying times pleasantries are abundant. We tried locating a window lock, seems we walked right passed them. I finally decided to ask and we were told exactly where to find them.

Great selection of items at good prices. Needed assistance with an item and an employee went out of their way to assist me in finding what I needed.The only problem I occasionally have are boxed items that are missing pieces. I would like to see all boxed items sealed. If they have been returned ard are back up for sale, they should be clearly marked.Now Im going to have to return this and explain (to an understandably suspicious employee) why Im returning an item that is missing something.

I ordered a new brand or style of laminate floor that was not in stock. Got called twice that the order was ready for pick up. I went both times to include waiting at their pick up entrance for an associate to bring me the floor. In both instances I was told the there may have been a mistake but the item is still being shipped. I was called by the automated system and an associate that they would ship to my house for free because of their error. I waited all day on the promised date of delivery did not happen. I call the store half an hour before when they stated would be the latest delivery time. I was told there was no such schedule since the item was not even set up for delivery. I ask the associate to cancel my order she told me it has to be done in store. Went to the store and because the in person associate was so helpful decide to reschedule. Turns out they cancel the order without requiring I had to do it at the store. Needless to say three trips still no floors. If it is not for tiny items I will never go to Homedepot again. They know the demand and dependence individuals have for their service and Im sorry is all you will get when you are inconvenienced. I waited a month and now will have to seek the services of floor and decor

Grand time at the home depot! Got what I wanted and Ray, Jairo, Megan and Tamara were very helpful along with one guy I didnt catch his name, but he was a great help with making sure I didnt get the first or second grill pre-assembled that were both badly damaged. Jairo made me promise hed get an invitation to the first barbecue!
Bought a grill and had to have them put it in car. Very slow process.

The Home Depot Store, located at 12525 W Sunrise Boulevard, Sunrise, FL 33323, USA, is an incredible and huge store that sells several different items for buildings and general renovations including major renovations of buildings.There you can buy a lot of nails and screws as well as machines to help the builder or guy who wants to fix something in your house. For example, in these times of electric cars, increasingly taking to the streets, Home Depot offers battery charging machines, which are sold within the specifications of various vehicle manufacturers.I sincerely recommend this store, which has good prices for all the products they sell. It is also important to mention that the place where the store is installed is very well served with a good parking lot, and also close to important state highways. If you decide to go there, you will be satisfied with this decision.

I asked for the manager to complain and first they argued with me to not demand the manager which was shocking but then when they called the manager and i heard them getting screamed at bc he or she didnt want to be disturbed I realized this location just has terrible management. Today I decided to go to this Home Depot to get some new blind. My foot is currently fractured and as a result, I got one of the motorized carts. I eventually got to the location where the blinds were located, however given the circumstances I required some assistance in order to get the desired blinds.First I ask a person in paint for assistance as there were no one located in that section of the store where blinds were located. That person indicated to me that he works in paint and he will try to get me someone to help. He announced via the phone that assistance is needed in that location of the store. I then proceeded to head back to that section of the store, waited about 25min. No one showed, which was quite frustrating. Again I tried to get assistance by asking another individual whom at the time was assisting another customer. Again they told me that they will get someone over there. He proceeded to call on the phone and advised that someone will be coming there shortly to assist. Again I waited about 15-20 minutes no one showed up. My goal was to solely to make a purchase of that said blinds and I was determined to do so. Again, I went back to paint told the initial person that helped the first time that no one showed. He responded that he doesnβt know why no one showed up. At that time he was assisting another customer. With the build up frustration I decided to leave, I spent approximately 50min in the store desperately trying to get some assistance in order to make a purchase. After all said and done, this was in fact quite a negative experience and I left in frustration furious about the entire situation. In summary I was quite disappointed.
