I always have a great time shopping at the Vera Bradley Factory Outlet in Sawgrass Mills. The store is very organized. The staff there are always friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Normally you get 50% off of the entire store, but they sometimes have additional % off sales. Prices are reasonable. I usually buy more than I planned!

We were at VB yesterday and they had great sales! The customer service is amazing and they knew their stuff! When we got to the car my daughter realized she lost her blanket that she has had since she was born. I called into Vera and it wasn’t there.. right outside there was a animal kisok and she went and looked for me because there was no way to contact the stand in the middle of the mall. Whoever you are THANK YOU. You went above and beyond and saved the day!

This location of Vera Bradley is my go too. I’m always buying something, for the first ever I felt so disrespectfull as a customer in this store! The manger is super rude when I had my right to exchange my bag which I just bought but decided on another print later on and she was all attitude and also the cashier which was all like how did you pay that price, why they gave you an additional 10% like I’m jus here to exchange the print nothing else. I asked for the manager and she didn’t want to speak to me and later on the cashier just walked away because I said they were being unprofessional and someone else ended up helping me.

Fantastic deals..... I got a $75 purse for $18. The store was clean and filled with product. Ill be back for more.
