I have always ordered professional lighting from ADJ and Chauvet since I started my business. Both companies provide phenomenal lighting and atmospheric products but when a piece of my Chauvet equipment was damaged I had to order a replacement part. Somehow the part ended up never being delivered so I contacted customer service. I spoke with Jude from the parts department and received OUTSTANDING customer service. Judes positive energy was radiant over the phone and he made this issue the least of my worries. Knowing the amazing customer service I will receive from Chauvet, I will definity prioritize them when considering future purchases.
