Got in and out quick. Ate at the restaurant. Good everything was easy to get and love the put up all dishes and tray on cart. Found what I was looking for, small shelving. Parking was close. I bought some oatmeal filled cookies that are absolutely Delicious.

I absolutely love my kitchen. The Ikea cabinet doors are quality and the installation is extremely easy!

Theres something for everyone! Please be kind to the staff. You know how crazy Christmas shopping is! Imagine living with that kind of clientele 365 days a year. Hell on Earth on man. The Ikea bags got kiddie sized! Its super cute. Most things are out of stock unfortunately but heeeey, thats worldwide due to the pandemic. We ended up getting the perfect dresser at a great price, but for all of that stuff, finding just 1 thing that we liked wasnt that impressive. Also, all of the art is black and white and/or muted tones, I personally prefer more color.

From being one of my favorite places...to a total nightmare... right??Blame covid.. supply chain...and just being .. whats the word..IDK. Very long lines on restaurant.. instead of opening the 2 line... No breakfast anymore.

Again IKEA can satisfy quick makeovers or entire home furnishings. The food was perfectly cooked and delicious. Those meatballs area a staple of IKEA the world over. Now their male and female restrooms were disgusting. A little more attention should be given to such a bacteria infested room in any public situation. Much more now with COVID-19 still lingering around.

It had always been a wonderful experience visiting IKEA. It is well organised and the flow of different sections is seamless.

Huge store offering everything IKEA offers for home. It will take 2-3 hours to calm visit all the areas in this two floors store. The staff is good and there are attention to use of mask inside the store.There is a inside restaurant with good menu to stop by and recharge, also additional food area at the exit.A lot of parking space and connect to the local mall, with Starbucks and many local shops.Reserve at least 2-3 hours when visiting the store.

If you want to buy something at IKEA you better hope it is convenient for them and does not clash with any of their rules or protocols.I tried to purchase an item online and the website would not allow it even though it was in stock. I contacted them through chat to try to make the purchase. I was told that because the store was low on stock they would not ship to me. I was also told IKEA was “first come first serve”, which made no sense in that context.Getting no satisfaction through chat I tried to call the store thinking that by speaking with a person it could be resolved. Ha! IKEA does not make it easy to speak to a person. After rummaging through their menu options I was connected to someone who duplicated the drivel I received from the person on the chat.

They have a decent selection of home product. Not the best quality but cheap.Food at the food court taste like hospital food. 🏥

Once I made my purchase, I had to navigate a large, heavy, cumbersome carton and my dad who was using a wheelchair to our car. Enter JASON (from Security) - who wheeled the cart as I wheeled my dad. He then put the carton into the car (and helped me figure out how to release the back seat for more room!). I offered him a tip and he very politely and professionally declined.JASON is the epitome of an upstanding citizen and employee. He helped alleviate what could have been a very stressful situation. I am so thankful for his help - wouldn’t it be a better world if everyone was like Jason!THANK YOU JASON!

Found so many pieces I love. They layout gives me great decorating ideas. Nice big place so easy to social distance and move around. Ended up buying a cute waste paper basket and a bunch of clothes hangers even though thats not why I originally went there. You have to grab a warm cinnamon bun on your way out, so fantastic for only $1.

I bought a top mattress that end it up being defective. The mattress will have this horrible smell, I call customer service and twice they assure me they will give me a full refund. When I arrive to the store they told me the opposite, I can only get credit refund. I been a long time customer and Im absolutely disappointed at the way this was handle. Not a customer anymore.

We have been coming to this store for years now, great customer service, lots of items for home decor, and many ideas to beautify your home.With this times we are living now they have taken every step possible to make sure customers are safe.They rotate their inventory periodically which is great, prices are moderate and parking is so easy.The also have a “deli” on the way out to get some munchies after you shopped, and I al sure that once we go back to “normal” the full restaurant will be open again.

Just received my order this is my first time ordering from ikea. I was charged a delivery fee and any other furniture store they all assemble the furniture for you when charged a delivery fee. If I had known I would’ve picked it up, I am pregnant I can’t be assembling things at this moment. I called and customer service said I have to pay additional money for them to assemble it. I have ordered from rooms to go, el dorado, and the list goes on and they all assemble once charged the delivery fee. I am very disappointed.

What a mess this store is. We went to eat at there Rest. Long lines, only had one side open. Went down to Bistro, only one line open and the workers were rude and slow. We left and did not even shop. Do not waste your time. They have raised there price on everything. Best to get quality Furniture At a reg. Furniture store. I will not go back

Wow! Its an All Day Family Fun Affair at Ikea!! Youll be mesmerized by the all different selections, but mainly the beautifully decorated rooms, closets, kitchens, and more. We were like.. YES! I want each room to look like this! Cant wait to go back and shop some more.

The food was good but the workers were a little mean if I may say but everything was ok 👌

The store overall is clean. Staff is helpful on the floor and are all masked. My only complaint is trying to return anything to this store is a nightmare. I live an hour away so I try to come during the day or when they first open. The staff is polite and helpful but I always wait for at least 45 minutes. The last time I was in line for an hour. There are multiple return registers but generally only have 1-2 open when I’m there. I understand that during covid staff may be short but if the line is that long, I’m not sure how there isn’t someone that you can pull over to returns.

Its ikea 🤷‍♀️ so, you know what to expect mostly. But theres spots under construction and cut off, which made it a little confusing walking thru and i felt like i missed things, but wasnt really sure what i missed or how to get back to see it. It was a pretty successful trip regardless.

We have had 3 great trips here!!! We even got good customer service. A very nice lady printed out the couch with attachments we wanted. Plus did a price check for me on a couple blankets.I mean Ive never gone in for one thing and walked out with that one thing... we always walk out with ten other things!!!So I need to make sure I have a couple hundred to hand them when we shop here! IKEA is great, a veritable theme park of consumerism where the goods are as though a theme park of model homes, a World’s Fair quality display showing not the home of the future, but of the now. With the goods as tangible in show (you can literally touch everything) as they are affordable, I love IKEA for the fun of it as well as meatballs. That being said, they always have a thick cloud of lingering cigarette smoke right next to the entrance, and for all their Scandinavian progressive thinking, the lack of foresight in not putting no smoking signs near the entrance, or at least having designated smoking areas farther than five feet from the only exit and entry, is telling of a blind spot in culture. In this way, they are lagging behind progress, long established science, and culture. While a cloud of cigarette smoke tacitly encouraged by their lack of planning might be welcome to a foreign market, most Americans nowadays aren’t into having their lungs polluted by other’s selfish habits without their consent. This could be a great family adventure if not for this smoke, and watching little babies breathe in the lingering cigarette pollution because those so inclined to smoke aren’t being told to at least walk a short distance away from the choke points (pun intended) of the only doors to enter and exit, well, while the rest of the operation might be 21st century, this lack of planning for optimal public health is nothing but twelfth, and if I wasn’t such a kind and forgiving man I would be want to go a-Viking on the smokers who’s nicotine needs seem to surpass other’s concerns for consent, liberty of choice, and the right to clean air (especially for the old and the very young). If IKEA cares, they will encourage smokers to walk away from the only entrances, both in and out. If they don’t? Well, I’ll take my business elsewhere (and so will their target demographic, health conscious people with expendable incomes). Please do better IKEA, I believe in you, and I know if you address this one issue a visit to your stores could always be as sweet as the lingonberry.

To get my kitchen with Ikea its been the worst nightmare. Dont waste your time. The kitchen department has really bad costumer service as well as traemand.I had to wait two months to get everything delivered, and now six weeks to schedule installation and a month to get a counter top????

I went to the store and many, many items were out of stock. Unfortunately this wasn’t indicated on the showroom floor. Impossible to find an employee when you need help!I needed to exchange a curtain rod and it took me 1 hour, there were only 5 people ahead of me . Only one person in Customer Service. People were furious. I asked to speak with the manager, never showed up, nowhere to be found. She was too busy to speak to the customers!This store is a chaotic, unorganized, please hire more people ! The few employees working seemed on distress. Clearly poor management,

Wow! My first trip to IKEA and what an adventure. Tips: 1) Shop what you need on the website first, the place is overwhelming. 2) Check online to see if the item is in stock. 3) Check to see if you live in the delivery zone. 4) If you need assembly, check and see if you live in IKEA zone.The budget prices are amazing, product service team is exceptional. I don’t live in geographic zone, but advance research online resulted in us renting a truck for the journey.

A great place to shop if youre setting up a new place on a budget. We purchased built-ins for our closet and an entertainment center. Everything looks great and for a fraction of the price of other big box stores.You have to plan it out, then pick up all of the individual pieces in the warehouse part of the store and then assemble it yourself. For us it was 100% worth it. Cost about half the price of going elsewhere.

IKEA always has the stuff you need at a great price! And you just have to get the cinnamon rolls whenever you head here. Theyre the best cinnamon rolls Ive ever had, and especially when theyre fresh!

Ikea has it all. Oddly today though they didnt seem to be interested in helping us buy any of it. Ive been here dozens of times prior to coronavirus and the staff has always been incredible... Today, not so much.From the front door through checkout things were incredibly slow and nobody wanted to be helpful. Its never happened here before, but today it was all less then stellar. Sad really. I loved this place.Also be prepared for an insane amount of people. More than I have ever seen before here. That likely is partly why the delays were so painful, but not the whole reason. I will say there was one woman in the lighting department who was awesome! Super helpful without us even having to hunt for the help. She was just amazing. I wish I had her name!

For a brief moment, Ive left the hell scape we call the united states and entered paradise.everything works! and things are cheap! and they are quality!I loved every second of it. Ill go again just for the experience.Theres: 4 directional wheel carts, paper bags, plastic bag, boxes, theres the cheapest restaurant Ive seen so far(with extremely good looking food), theres a food market, theres room layouts, theres buy only the part you need warehouse with free roam, theres minor things you forget you need but they have it sections.it feels like theres everything, and that everything is within reach.IKEA is the company example every other U.S. company should look towards. Simply amazing.

The staff was friendly and helpful. We also really liked the furniture items we picked out. Ive always like how you walk through and see all the items assembled and then pick it up at the end in a box. Makes getting it home much easier. I would have given them 5 stars but I couldnt help but notice how dirty the store was today. There was a giant puddle of something by the checkout and trash items on the floor. The bathroom floors could have also used a good mopping.

Pretty cool place! It has a lot of choices for many budgets. Its very big and broken up into sections like kitchens, offices and etc. We have found some really nice pieces for our home. I love it if you have a small place it has furniture even for that. They have a kid drop off and cafe so yes you can spend the day here. Have fun looking at all the cool stuff.One day we are going to sit with the staff and design a new kitchen. The prices seem very reasonable to us.

Was very frustrating looking for items in the warehouse. So many things were out of stock, and in many cases had been out of stock for so long that the aisle/bin location indicated was now a different item. Wasnt able to get most of the things I wanted, so be aware and be flexible when you arrive!

Beware of buying this display cabinet. We have had this over a year and all of a sudden it exploded. Thankfully no one was at our dining room table and our animals and children were not close by. Glass was everywhere. This is tempered glass so there were no shards of glass.I have been on hold waiting for Safety and Security now for 53 minutes to find out what they will do.If you google Ikea glass explosion you will see this is not the first time this has happened.It surprises me this has not been taken off the market. Hmmmmmm. Let see what they say if they ever pick up the phone.

This place have tons of furniture to choose from, from the very basic to a few modern-looking styles. Theres a ton of odds and ends on the ground floor, after you navigate the second floor with the room models. I usually shop here to get ideas or materials for DIY projects.

Many choices of cheaper furniture. I found it funny that we had to sign a waiver in order to purchase a barely three foot tall chest of drawers in case it falls from the wall and hurts us.

Love it here. Always great deals and the food is bomb. You can take the whole family here to have a good time and leave feeling full with lots of cool things for everyone in the house.

Was there 3 times on Saturday and each time its so crowded its not even fun. Had to wait for parking spot 20 min. Inside is over crowded as well. No sitting spots at the cafeteria. Impossible to get help since its one worker for every 40 persons standing in line to get assistance. Except for that its ok. Do not recommend go there on weekends.

Havent been in a few years. In town to do a wedding and get things we needed. Spoke to 3 different people for help with different pieces if furniture and supplies and each was more rude then the other. Also spoke to the floor manager when checking out and he seemed to not care at all how we were treated. He said he would walk around and check things out. We spent a lot of money today when we should have gone somewhere else. I am normally very easy going and dont let things bother me but it really got to me the way I was treated. That may have been my last trip to your store. Oh there was one younger guy that did help us with a bed we purchased and he was very friendly and nice.

Horrible and horrible. My first order online I had five items, for $2660, which they had in stock. They only delivered one item of five for $900 of course plus $200 for delivery. I called Ikea to see where the rest is. They told me they didnt stock them anymore. When I told them Id give them a bad review, she hung up the phone. The second online order was for $2,520.- .Four days before delivery, they emailed me what I bought and I have to sign it. The day before delivery, they sent me an email saying the order had been canceled because they didnt have it in stock. The next day I got a call from a delivery guy saying they have two items from of five. (So the right hand doesnt know what the left hand is doing) So I paid $200 again for them not to bring all my stuff.They should get a new logo fromHold on, your call is very important for us, to hold on your money is very important to us.Next project never from Ikea

First of all, the meatballs never disappoint at Ikea, if I worked close to it, this would be me lunch go to place. As with any other Ikea, you can expect to find all the home items you need and some you didnt know you needed. Case in point, went it to look for shelves and came out spending $100 and 0 shelves. In any case this is a great place to go with kids to get inspired on designing your kids room.

I rated 3 because of the very bad customer service. The 888 number is almost impossible to et to someone to talk. Also if you buy a kitchen with missing parts they dont create a reserve or put you in a waiting list. You buy what they have and your worst nightmare is keep tract of the missing parts or cabinets. Personaly I bought a full kichen cabinets with and island two month ago and still waiting for my oven-microwave cabinet and a pantry. They dont have an especific date of availability and also the dont put you in a wsiting list.

Great place to shop for furniture. They have a huge show room with excellent varieties of designs. The food court is honestly the best part of IKEA. After a long walk through all the show rooms you can just sit down and enjoy a Swedish meal. The portions however are a little small for the price. Overall a great place to shop or just dine!

I have never had a good experience at Ikea. Each time, I swear Ill never go back but somehow with the passage of time I forget and repeat my mistake. My experiences mirror what most people already said. Items that are never in stock but show online that they are. The customer service is absolutely abysmal.

This is the Disney world of furniture stores. They have so much and it is so amazing to look through, They have it set up in a way that makes you feel at home. I went yesterday and it took us about 2 hours to get through the whole store. They have beautiful furniture and a wide range at that.

The IKEA warehouse on Sunrise so much better than the one at Doral in Miami. The workers up north (Sunrise) are very professional, they has everything in place and the most important part if they say pick up your order in 30 minutes they has your order ready in 20. Thanks again.

IKEA is such a fun place to shop or take a stroll throughout their store. This is an ideal place to take the family, friends, or date. Whether if youre looking for inspiration on redoing your bedroom or bathroom to just wanting to grab a bite to eat at their cafeteria upstairs, this is definitely the spot! Dont worry about having your toddlers and kids getting bored. Theres a daycare you can drop them off at while you go through the store looking for the finishing parts you need for your place.I enjoy coming here for a nice walk and to see the new things they have out or on sale. I always find cute gifts for friends and family from here too. It could be picture frames to fill with memories, to house warming gifts to give. I just recently went here to find a nice house warming gift for a friend at her new apartment. I came across a beautiful mason cantina to get her and decorations. Everything is decently priced, so you dont have to worry about spending too much money here.If ever youre thirsty or in need of a drink besides coffee, go check out downstairs near the exit. Thats where I picked up a lemonade frozen ice. It was only a dollar!

A huge dreamy place to find special items for the home.

Awesome store and great products! They can be a little confusing to put together but absolutely love the way my closet and bathroom came out! I purchased the Godmorgon floating vanity, Elvarli closet solution and the all white Eket storage solution. If you purchase these be prepared to be PATIENT! They definitely take time to put together but overall I couldn’t be happier with the way all of the items came out. They really are great qualify for the price and look great. I have gotten a lot of compliments in both the bathroom and closet so I am extremely satisfied with my purchase!

Had a build designed, then Im told 80% of my parts I need are not available and they are blaming covid as the culprit. These are common place parts, not custom parts. As big as this place is world wide they should have already gotten their inventory under control.

Great home improvement super store. Here you can get a large variety of sofas, chairs, tables, carpets, upholstery, drapes, curtains and home decor. This international furniture chain form Sweden has a different approach to your buying experience. Most of the furniture is a Do it Yourself concept, which makes the purchased items more affordable.

Only had positive things to say about Ikea, until now. Waited several weeks for a product to be in stock. Finally was able to buy it using Click & Collect but the date of the pick up I received an email advising only 2 of the 3 parts were available so it was an incomplete furniture. I was told the order was cancelled and then a refund would happen. Indeed I received the letter advising the refund would take 7 business days. Its been 11 days and still no refund is made2. I called and they have no information on how long it could take them to process the refund.

Ikea used to be a customer oriented store......NO MORE!
