Highly recommend TUMI products, the staff at Sawgrass Outlet is as outstanding as the products they sale! They are customer service and detail oriented. Armando was extremely helpful facilitating remote shopping. I finalized my purchase at the store and a second salesperson (did not get her name :-/ ) was as helpful and patient as Armando. KUDOS!

If I could give zero stars, I would. NEVER buy Tumi luggage. You overpay for the bags because of the warranty. Well, the warranty is bogus. I sent my bag back after 2 years of VERY LIGHT travel, it was never checked, only to be told it was out of warranty. It would cost $240 to repair my $400 carry on that needed new wheel assembly, new bumpers, and new side handle. I will be happy to by Travel Pro who stands behind their product. DONT BUY TUMI !!

I had been eyeing a TUMI backpack online for a while, but could not find the color I liked anywhere. My hubby went to this store and found it at a really good price. No regrets, its been my go-to bag for travel overseas and running errands with our not-so-potty-trained toddler. :)
