I liked browsing through here! The watches, though not my cup of tea were neat to look at product to product, brand to brand. Stores a little small but thats what youd expect, very clean though, well kept, and easy to walk around in. Didnt need costumer service but they seemed pretty knowledgeable in what they were doing! Give this place a go like I did, even if they dont have your preferred kind of watches!

I visited the watch station located inside the Sawgrass Mills Mall on Friday November 13th, 2020 and let me tell you it was an unbelievable experience that I would never forget for as long as I lived. 😊 From the moment I walked in until the time I left . The service that was provided to me by Andres was exceptional, very welcoming, warm and sincere . 💯. I dont normally write reviews but I definitely wanted to recognize him for his patience, kindness, and the fact that he kept his word and valued my time . Did I also mention a great listener 😊 You can tell that he was raised well. What started as a frustrating situation when I left home turned out to be a great success and unbelievable surprise.I came in for a simple situation and left extremely happy. Often times us customers we complain about the service but never give someone the recognition that they truly deserved. To all my friends if you ever in need of getting a great fashionable watch or any issues you may have with your watch please go see Andres at watch station located inside the Sawgrass Mills Mall. Came in here to get a battery change for two watches. Get one watch back with the smaller dials knocked. Ive literally worn this watch dead for weeks and did not have anything broken or out of place. The gentleman was nice but offered me 50% off another watch (their current sale) and noted it would be expensive to send this one to get fixed. Thank you for the broken watch. Wont be buying any watches from here again...

Friendly staff and great prices.

Overall was dissatisfied with my visit and then my eyes stared into the light blue hazel of a clear sky and Clarke Whitefield entered my life. Before this experience I did not believe in angels, but Clarke Whitefield has turned watch station into a little slice of heaven. I will tell my children of this visit and they will spread the tale of Clarke.
