Call them made an appointment for the next day when I showed up they said I made no appointment. My phone showed a call to them for about 5 minutes after asking me numerous times if I was sure I made an appointment I finally said forget about the appointment do you have time to do the job (when I came in 5 employees were standing behind the counter chatting). Surprisingly they did have time. The the supervisor who made the appointment came out and started in again about the appointment arguing that he made none.Left in disgust

Went in to swap out a tire off the rim, with roadside hazzard on the tire; I had paperwork and they approved. Id imagine a quick swap for one in stock. Nope. 2.5hr wait to check thread count and tire before I could get the tire. I didnt need it on a new rim. Nothing. Straight up swap out. Rather, I just walked out.No idea why such a easy task would take so long.

I called the service department and asks to make an appointment to get a new battery and I was told nope we don’t do appointments for that just come tomorrow after noon and we will get you in. Well guess what here I am I was turned away because I need an appointment. And there are no more appointments today. I explained to the gentleman that we were in dire need of this battery he said well I was trying to be nice by telling you to just come. How I ask you us that nice when I show up you turn me away.

Absolute trash customer service. Went in to see about having 3 of my tires changed to match the tire due to a flat I had replaced at another Auto Center earlier that day. Was told they couldnt get to it because they only had 2 techs on staff, no other explanation or asking if I would like to schedule an appointment, he just stared at me like I was inconveniencing him.the next day I scheduled an appointment, which canceled on me 3 hours before. Ive been without a safely drivable vehicle for 5 days. Would not recommend to anybody.

Had an appointment to put tires on, bought online setup the appointment online, showed up 45min early to drop off the car. Glad I did because it took half an hour for the 2 customers ahead of me to make it through the line Gave my keys to the technician who went outside to get mileage etc. I said, its the (color, make, model) the tech spent 5 minutes wandering from car to car so i walked out and showed him which car, to which the tech said how am I sposed to know what a (make, model) looks like. for a car technician that was a huge red flag for me.While I was in line, I observed the other staff some of those interactions were:Customer like me came in to pick up tires for which he had an email and text message saying they had arrived and were ready to pickup, the tech helping him looked for about 7 minutes and told the customer i cant find them they must not be here not let me check the inventory and see if they came in another red flag for lack of organization. that tech went back again and looked and the customer who was fairly upset now because he had been told via 2 methods his tires were here was turned away for the day.When I picked up my vehicle there was another customer who had dropped off his vehicle for an oil change and tire install, was told yep all set well let you know when its done When the customer returned, it turned out they didnt have the tires and they just did the oil change and told him he had to come back a different day to have the tires installed.I gave 2 stars because my tires were installed and an oil change done, the balance was good, and the oil topped to the correct level.The biggest problem was that for every employee I ran into and for the other customers I observed, none of them seemed competent at the tasks they were doing, the organization was such that staff didnt know where inventory was located or on hand, and didnt care in the slightest that they had paying customers in front of them. Even worse it felt to every customer I observed and myself as a customer, that the staff felt we were a total burden to them instead of them being happy we were there giving them our business. If I hadnt already paid for the tires online I would have walked out the door immediately and found my tires elsewhere.

Absolute unprofessional and terrible service. My father went in to have his battery replaced and a bolt was broken by the technician.. so rather than replace the bolt the technician offered to fix it at a charge or to hold it in place with a bungee cord. After speaking with the manager the same things were stated and the manager was quick to blame “whoever replaced it last” to have created the problem. Unprofessional, will not bring any other service to this place, not worth it.

Get there early to avoid the line, cheapest place I can find for new tires. Skip the total equipment protection package. Ran over a nail 1/5 though tire life and only got $9 off next tire. Cost me an extra $31 for the plan. Good techs doing the work, fairly bad customer service.Summary: Its cheaper to replace damaged tires without the protection plan. When asked why my rear tire was not covered, they told me my alignment was off. On the rear tire. Smh. Just get what you want and dont let them talk you into any protection plan. It just adds cost in the longrun.

They fixed my tire leaks today. Fast courteous and affordable. The leaks were supposed to be fixed about 3 weeks ago by a mechanic at Poplar but apparently it was too much work for them.

Highly recommend Not spending your time & money here! Hours and hours of waiting for my car, go to pick it up and the lady tells me “oh sorry we couldn’t do anything to your vehicle. A nice phone call would have been nice!! Not to mention that they are very rude people

My son and I went to the Superior WI tire center on Black Friday. The woman at the counter repeatedlytold my son it would be 3 hours before they could even start on his car and install new tires or they may not get to it at all. He needed tires so he said he would wait. Another gentleman came to the counter for a battery install. She proceeded to tell him the same thing but he too needed the battery that day. It felt as thoughshe did not want our business. The funny thing is both my son and the man needing the battery were in and out in 2 hours.

They refused to put my snow tires on the front of my front wheel drive vehicle. They will only put them on the back unless you want 4 snow tires.

Not all the employees are bad but most are. The waits are always long for any automotive service, be prepared to wait an hour for an oil change then another 30-60mins for the job to be done.I called to ask for an appointment so I could avoid waiting and the employee answered the phone its all first come first serve. Then hangs up.2 star service = 2 star review

Brought car in to repair flat almost new tires but was told the people that sold me these tires did not use bead seal. Nice job (unnamed). Walmart staff told us it would be about 1/2 hour .. we got paged and out the door we go!. Friendly and helpful staff. Dont recall ever having a bad experience.

The older obese blond woman is a rude hag who drives away business with her snotty better-than-you attitude. Just attempted to get tires because the one they sold me last year is not leaking. She told me about a 4 hour wait. I said ok. She continued to tell me repeatedly its a 4-5 hour wait. I repeated thats fine, I cant go anywhere until its replaced because the one I bought last year is flat. Again she tells me its a 4-5 hour wait, and then prattles on about this big long line shes been dealing with since she got there. I offered to go elsewhere, and she claimed I didnt have to but its a 4-5 hour wait.I will be driving home on a flat tire. Thanks Walmart...

I was told that their appointments were backed up til a month away so I walked in to get a tire patched which they told me would take 15 minutes to do itself but they wouldnt get to it for about 30-45 minites. I ended up waiting two and half hours for them to patch a bead leak on my tire. The next day my tire was completely flat. Cost me $10.55, and 2.5 hours. Not worth it.

Was here at 3:48 PM on 12/14/20 to get an oil change. Was told they couldn’t do it, you have to come in the morning. They close at 6 PM. Absolutely ridiculous.

Bought on truck tires from Walmart online, 3 weeks to get a 12:30 appointment, 2 1/2 hrs later and I am still waiting - mount and balance four tires on an 06 Tacoma - it’s not rocket science - soooo flipping sad.Would not recommend or be a return customer - Tires Plus gets my future business.

I find it extremely bad for business when a customer like myself and many others spend hundreds of dollars on brand new tires with warranty on all and I call to see about getting a flat fixed and I get told that there is a 3 hour wait thats fine I dont have a problem with waiting so I ask if I can schedule an appointment later in the day to get it fixed and then Im told that I cant make an appointment for that day to get it fixed NEVER again will I use Walmarts auto service nor will I ever reccomend anyone wasting there hard earned money or time on them.thanks Walmart for your upstanding customer service(Not)

The Walmart auto in superior wi is a joke. The staff at the counter make up the most stupid house rules as to why they cannot fix a tire, or saying that you cannot just buy two tires but need to buy four, otherwise they dont want your business. Gave up on going to that location. Would rather drive up to the Cloquet one, or just take my business elsewhere than go to that Superior Wi location.

Good staff but they have a policy preventing them doing an oil change on a car without a dipstick (cars onboard computer monitors & displays this) pretty random policy especially with the way technology in automobiles is progressing. So needless to say if your car doesnt have a physical dipstick youll need to go elsewhere.

I was disappointed to be charged for a service that should have been covered in the insurance I paid for on a tire and when I asked about the charge I was treated with a lot of impatience from the two employees at the front desk I paid the fee anyway because the employees were very short with me and were not going to even let me finish a sentence before they snatched the receipt out of my hand and told me these charges were correct which the technician had told me previously that everything would be covered because I bought the insurance

Last time I go to Walmart for an oil change. We just changed the oil again last night, and the oil pan bolt AND oil filter were FAR TOO TIGHT. Plus they made a mess on the top of my engine from pouring the oil.
