The worst automotive shop in Colorado! Terrible service. Terrible technicians. I took my car elsewhere to a trustworthy shop and had a way better experience and did not get the run around.

Very hot outside and the air conditioning quit working on my mother in laws vehicle. Called Brian and he was able to get us in within a couple hours. The shop was able to get the vehicle done quickly and Brian thoroughly explained what was happening with the vehicle. We truly appreciate the quick service and professionalism from the shop. Very willing to help, even for small repairs and maintenance checks they did some things on the customers priority and didn’t even charge for some stuff. Despite being busy they always seem willing to satisfy the customer. The manager, Ash, is a super cool guy who will take care of anything in the nicest way.

I brought a saturn in for rear brakes. They had my car for 4 days and told me it was ready 3 different times. Twice I went to drive it away only to pull it back into the parking spot because it still wasnt right. As I type this, the car still isnt right. If you have a GM, especially dont bring it here for rear breaks.

I love Brakes Plus in Superior Colorado! These guys are the best - hands down. They are professional, knowledgeable, reliable and tell you like it is - both the good and the bad. Their prices are reasonable. I have a seven year old car that I am trying very hard to take care of and have a lot longer. I bring it there quite often to ask them what might be coming up for repairs, what should be looked at now and the like. With their help my car is solid and will give me many more miles. This is a great place!

We were in Louisville for my daughters wedding this past weekend and our rental SUV from Budget kept giving us a low tire pressure indication. After multiple calls to Budget for Roadside Assistance, without any help forthcoming, I gave up on Budget and decided to take matters into my own hands. I drove to Ash Ashmores Brakes Plus store and without hesitation or delay, Ash checked the tire pressure and inflated the bad tire. We repeated this effort multiple times over the course of the weekend and never once did Ash hesitate to provide help, nor did he ever ask for a penny, even after I offered to pay for his time and effort. I cant say enough about Ashs help and kindness and I cant imagine why, when your vehicle needs service, you would not give this Ashs Brakes Plus san opportunity to take care of you.

I went here with my newly purchased car to have them inspect it, to make sure there were no issues. They did the inspection thoroughly, double checking everything for me. They went above and beyond, topping off some fluids for me with no charge. Ash, the manager here, did the inspection and was very kind, easy to talk to, and respectful of my time. All together was a great experience that helped relieve stress associated with my vehicle.

Really nice people... Like super nice. That said...No idea if they just dont know the right parts for a TRD 4Runner or what but I got my brakes done here and within a few months I had to buy all new pads again and within a month after that the new rotors that I bought were completely warped and needed to be replaced as well. I should have known something was wrong with the service when they couldnt get my brake light to turn off after the service and they told me to just drive it around a little to see if it goes off.

First time to use BP and could not be more pleased. Professional and easy to work with. I had heard good things and was not disappointed. They exceeded my expectations.

I had no idea Brakes Plus did oil changes? I brought my car in for a brake check when they started squeaking. I braced myself for them to tell me I needed them all replaced. Every time I take it for an oil change anywhere, I feel like places just find issues. They were amazing and told me my brakes were fine and I should just check back in 6 months. Finally, a shop that isn’t trying to nickel and dime me! Ash was so friendly and helpful. Brakes Plus in Superior.My only negative is that the wifi is super slow so if you plan to wait, bring a book!

After some unfortunate experience with other mechanics in the Boulder area, I have been hesitant to trust mechanics my vehicles. But the people at Brakes Plus have been absolutely wonderful to us! They clearly explain charges, and take the blame for any mistakes that are made. Always kind and professional, they have squeezed us into schedules for oil changes, and always try to take a look at the car when we need it. Almost two months ago, they replaced our power steering pump. When it took a little longer than expected, we were given a ride home, and they picked us up when the service was complete! When an air bubble recently formed, we took it back to them, and they quickly repaired it free of charge! They are honest, helpful, and reliable mechanics. 10/10

Waited 40 minutes after my appointment at 9:30 am for my car to even be pulled into the garage for an inspection. Then at around 10:45 was informed the brakes would take a couple hours so I shuttled home. Now at after 4 pm I had to call and check the status of my car after it being there for 7 hours. The shuttle driver said he called me to pick me up and I didnt get a call so Im ubering back after not having my vehicle all day. Definitely wasnt a couple hours and the customer service and urgency is bad. Not going back to this location.

Brakes Plus Superior is the place to go! My Jeep needed brake and alignment attention so I took it in to this location and couldnt be more pleased with that decision. Extraordinary customer service is rare these days but not here. They were honest, friendly, and extremely helpful. The service was fast and they were able to fix my alignment issue as well as install new front brakes all at an affordable price. I found out that it truly is a Brakes PLUS as they provide services far beyond just brakes. It is for all these reasons and more that I will be coming here for all my future auto needs.

Did the job quickly give me the information of the work that they were doing for me reasonable price

Brought my car in last weekend. I made an online appointment on a Friday night for Saturday morning. My e-brake froze-up earlier in the week. After I thought it was freed-up, I still wanted someone to take a closer look than I was able to. I brought it in and was told it could take an hour and a half. No problem - I headed across McCaslin to get breakfast. They called me within 30 minutes to say they were done.They inspected the e-brake (all brakes actually) and determined there was nothing wrong and anything that needed to be fixed. I suspected that would likely be the case. Because nothing needed to be fixed, Brakes Plus didnt charge me anything for the inspection.Quick and easy. Couldnt ask for more.They did reset my trip odometer, which was a little annoying/odd, but aside from that, no complaints.

Very expensive, shop around.

Ive had brake and suspension work done at this location. I drive an east coast truck, and that means rust. Ive been turned away by CO shops who dont want to cope with rust, but Brakes Plus dealt with it without concern. They were great, and so was the customer service. Eli is outstanding to work with. Recently, I was in need of a hard to find part just prior to leaving for a long distance trip, so Eli searched exhaustively through every sourcing channel. Great shop, great people.

Had a very good experience at this place. Initially, they made a misdiagnosis on my brakes but without me challenging it, they came back, corrected the error with humility and threw in a bunch of extra time to look over my vehicle. Very fast, timely, professional and friendly. They have my business.

Customer service was great, the front desk had a positive attitude, and was very helpful when I wasnt sure which oil change package I wanted to get for my BMW X3. The service took a little over 30 minutes, and I was out of there. I will definitely be coming back here for future oil changes, and hopefully other services if needed!

I visited this Brakes Plus location in May. I was told everything was fine with my breaks. I allowed them to conducted a breal fluid flush (my way of saying thanks). Less than two months later I noticed jitters when driving fast down hill, brought it back in, told I need replacement pads and rotors. Feel like that should have been caught the first time I was in.
