Linnea’s service was fantastic (Superior, CO location). She was very helpful and knew her products well. I wasn’t sure about a certain size of table, whether it would fit, so she came to my house and helped me select a color that would compliment my decor style and goals. I really appreciated her help. I have bought from Ethan Allen for more than 20 years--when we bought our first home, spending 20-25,000 at least. I will not be going to this new Superior, CO location ever again though. I reached out for design help through an email about 6 weeks ago and never got a response. Then, I called and asked if I could set up an appointment and was told just to come in--which I did with pictures on my iPad, a fabric sample or two and the designer, David, came out. I spent a very unfruitful hour with him talking about options for a living room refresh but then he told me he worked better not being under pressure and could he think about things and get back to me. I asked when that might be and he said a few weeks. Well, its been about 4 weeks now and I never heard a word from him. Fortunately, the design team at Restoration Hardware was MUCH more helpful and thats where we spent our $10,000. Terrible, unfriendly service at this store! We loved Laureen from Westminster who we worked with on 2-3 occasions but she left and the designers now are the worst--go somewhere else!

I love Ethan Allen! Our designer, Emily, was AMAZING. She was very patient with all of our questions. It was important to her that we get the right fabrics given we have two smaller kids and two large dogs! The furniture looks fantastic and she even came over to help place our art in our newly remodeled home. Thank you Emily and EA for providing outstanding service and furniture!
Tamara did a great job of coordinating our dining and living room furniture purchase. She made excellent suggestions which look amazing in our house. We highly recommend Tamara and Ethan Allen.
We had a great experience with our free Ethan Allen designer and the couch we bought is gorgeous.However the delivery company that they contracted was not very professional and ripped a quarter size hole in the back fabric of the couch. The delivery company offered some cash compensation which we settled with, but from having fridges and other furniture delivered it was clear that these were not high caliber furniture movers.
We needed to update our family room and enlisted Tamara to help us. She came to our home twice to measure and access what we needed. Her final design plan was outstanding. We didnt change one thing she chose. It was all beautifully put together. The furniture is all here now and our family room is gorgeous. Tamara is a true professional with excellent taste, experience, and happens to be a great listener. I highly recommend using her if you need a designer.
I love my new bed from Ethan Allen but the customer service and delivery experience couldn’t of been more dismal. Without a doubt I have received better customer service from big box stores who don’t pride themselves on customer service, like Ethan Allen. I grew up on your furniture brand and had plans to buy more then my first two purchase of dining room chairs and a bed. Now I will shop elsewhere. Upon purchasing said bed I was invited for a price to join their exclusive club to receive free delivery and a discount. What a financial mistake that was. The first time they tried to deliver the bed they said it wouldn’t fit and said we would lose $1000 as it wouldn’t go up the stairs. Upon second delivery the consultant who never discussed any of their “policies” came along for the delivery. When accepting the delivery she was asked to remove the plastic so that it could fit thru the doorway. She refused, citing liability. So they left my $3000 bed in the garage. I then paid a neighbor $200 to get it up the stairs which he did after hours on less then two hours by simply removing the feet, the one thing of many I suggested to Ethan Allen that they refused to be. It was our neighbor who saved by fiancé from not having a bed post open surgery, not Ethan Allen. Customer service in my mind is going above and beyond. This store only underwhelmed me with their awful customer service experience. Take your money elsewhere where they will actually work for it.
Terrible Is the only way to describe this. David Wallace personally is the worst most arrogant sales person I’ve ever dealt with.
Great experience. We worked with Evey from the Louisville store and very happy with what she put together. She gave us plenty of options and did an amazing job making everything work together.
Had a wonderful experience working with David to order dining chairs. He was helpful and patient as we looked at a variety of options. The chairs arrived super early, which was a nice surprise! Will definitely shop with them again!
My experience with Ethan Allen has been a pleasure. Starting with our designer Tamara, she helped me to focus my attention on furnishing our new home with function in mind. Her team has been helpful every step of the way, working seamlessly together providing excellent service with a genuine desire to make it convenient. The service center/delivery staff have been great as well. They are efficient, timely, professional and so very polite. Can’t wait to start the next phase of our project.
I Purchased two couches that were on clearance and both of them were in perfect condition and were delivered by very excellent delivery men. Recommend this company as well as their delivery service

I have been working with Tamara for a couple of years. Tamara has an incredible eye, and LISTENS and then gives great recommendations. I have received numerous compliments from people of have visited my home, from friends, to the pizza delivery guy. Tamara is an exceptional designer, and Ethan Allen is an exceptional store.
Our in store experience met our expectations, but our online experience has been abysmal. We ordered an entertainment center in December that was scheduled to be delivered at the end of that month. After receiving a ship date of 3 weeks the date has now slipped by more than a month. Every time I call the customer service line no one answers and I’m required to leave a message or leave my call back number. Each time I’m contacted I’m assured that the piece is on its way and that they will update me with a delivery date. At this time I have still not received a definitive delivery date. I’m less than impressed with the online ordering experience. The only reason I’m giving this two stars rather than 1 is because of the in store experience.
I love shopping at Ethan Allen! The furniture is beautiful and I love looking around the showroom.I’ve have a pleasant experience working with Rita. She was knowledgeable and so patient working with me.I definitely will be back to buy more furniture!
We absolutely love our new Ethan Allen couch and chairs! They are so comfortable and supportive, along with making our family room look updated and stylish. Rita was fabulous to work with and really listened to what we wanted and helped us make the right choices for our space. Its just perfect!
After limping along with my great aunts beautiful, but slightly wonky formal dining table, for 30 years, we splurged on a new Ethan Allen table. Its solid, fits 14 if we squeeze together on the skinny-width chairs, and I love the inlaid pattern on the top. It blends with the existing buffet and china cabinet I inherited from other family members and makes the dining room look much more elegant. We only bought the table, since we had a bunch of formal dining chairs already.
A few years ago we bought a bunch of furniture w the help of a designer. Furniture bought includes: large leather sofa, large sectional sofa, dining room table and chairs, kitchen table and chairs, coffee table, wing back chairs for living room, large dining room cabinet and end table. Our designer was very nice and gave great suggestions. But- the furniture has not held up well despite us spending a mint. The kitchen table has several marks on it and the finish has worn off in several areas. The wood is very soft and easily scratched. Our coffee table also is beat up. The drawer we use for toys has partially ripped apart and several marks on the surface. The most depressing part is the leather sofa we spent thousands of dollars on is not aging well. You can see the springs through the leather and I once washed off an area on the arm of the sofa and it easily wore away the finish so now we have a bald spot on our Uber expensive sofa. We do have little kids and use our furniture and that’s exactly who I would not suggest buying from Ethan Allen. If you’re planning to buy something you’ll look at and use infrequently then give them a go. Honestly stuff we bought at crate and barrel ages ago is holding up way better and was way more affordable. I’m sad... we have brought this to the attention of the designer we used and she said we could have their furniture repair person come out and did what they can on our dime- disappointing response when we have spent so much w them over the years.
One side of my family has owned Ethan Allen furniture for 4 generations. I myself have purchased Ethan Allen furniture twice before. The most recent experience which my spouse and I had was anything but stellar. The sales associate wasted about an hour of the few we were there attempting to tell us how to arrange our furniture. This is not a service we asked for and had to repeatedly say that were confidant on the arrangement for which we already planned. We spent an incredible amount on furniture for four different rooms. For the amount we paid, it wouldve been nice to have been given a couple of complimentary throw pillows or something. On Christmas Eve., we received a call from them asking to pay an extra $3 in missed tax. This seemed silly. The worst, and what led me to write this review of course is that we had issues with delivery but we were accused of being dishonest about our complaint.
Ethan Allen continues to provide high quality furniture that is so beautiful. The sales consultant Tina Whitmire was extraordinary. Tina was organized, knowledgeable, interested in what we needed, and came out to our house to see how the furniture would fit in. It was a consummately enjoyable experience.
The furniture is excellent quality and the service is above and beyond. Highly recommend.

I had a delivery scheduled for yesterday. I called them in the morning to confirm exactly which items they were bringing. I advised them I only wanted part of the items. They ended up cancelling my whole delivery order rather than just the one item.... not pleased!

This past week, we worked with Tina Whitmire. She made our selection process very pleasant, especially since I was stressed by a short time frame.The highest praise was from my husband, who hates to shop. His reaction was to say he liked how Tina helped when we wanted help and left us to ourselves when we didnt. High praise from someone allergic to stores.For me tina was patient and supportive as I waffled back and forth. We are very pleased with our choices and look forward to working with Tina again, before too long.
We purchased couches from Ethan Allen Westminster a few weeks ago and cancelled our order the next day after determining they would not fit the space well. We needed more time to plan the room. A few weeks later we were surprised to see a $2000 Ethan Allen charge on our credit card statement. The lady who helped us explained the charge by saying we were planning to come back soon to pick out new couches, so why cancel the payment just to get charged again. WOW is all I can say. We will take our business elsewhere.
An item was damaged and delivery folks took pictures, no one contacted me. No one updated me on an order as to receiving time. I had to call twice. I was to receive a gift for joining EA membership I never did.
We bought from furniture from them a few years ago. What we found is they make some expensive poor quality furniture. Poor quality materials & workmanship. Our couch creaks and our coffee table is falling apart between the laminated layers. The wood used for a desk we purchased is super soft and is not holdings up. We.used there design services and the had us get chairs that did not fit the tables. I.e. chairs too tall for our kitchen table and a chair that does not fit the desk.

We recently purchased our third area rug at Ethan Allen. As always, the quality was excellent, and service was great.
BEWARE! I ordered a new couch from them, custom pillows, a light, an ottoman, and a rug. When I received the delivery I was confused about the pillows that were received because when they called to let me know that my furniture was in, they told me that my pillow was on back order, I assumed all 5 custom pillows were on back order, they were not. Apparently I was supposed to have received 4 out of the 5 pillows and I signed off on my delivery order not knowing this. After my husband came home he told me I was wrong and we were missing 4 pillows. I called them within 72 hours and was told they would get back to me very rudely by the representative answering the phones. They didnt get back to me for 2 weeks! So I called again, was told to call he warehouse, and just given the run around. The manager asked me to send him a picture of what I had, I was out of town and told him I had one photo and if he needed more I would send them to him. He said he would research and get back to me. Flash forward to about a week ago, the warehouse called me to tell me my pillow that was on back order was there. I told her I did not want it until my issue was resolved. Then I received a phone call from the manager telling me that his boss was supposed to get back to me and he would find out what was going on. Then I get this email from him Joy,I have spoken to my District Manager regarding the pillows and he is willing to have the pillows re-made if you agree to split the retail on the original order, which was $540.30. Your half of the retail cost would be $ 270.00. This is because you have signed the delivery ticket as complete, with no shortages. we have looked and investigated and according to our records the pillows were delivered to you without issue.Let me know you want to re-order the pillows at the $270.00 cost. Not the common courtesy of a phone call after I have been waiting for them to contact me for the past two months, but he couldnt even call me and talk to me about this so he hid behind an email. The WORST customer service ever! This was my response to the manager:Hi Robert,No thank you, we will not pay for something that we never received. I will also not be accepting the pillow that has been on back order for the past 2 months, we did not agree to a back order and we did not agree to that timeframe when we discussed delivery times with your sales representative. The pillows were not delivered, I never received them, and I am very upset that you are questioning my integrity at this point. Your companys customer service to handle this issue has been appalling with the amount of time that it has taken for you to get back to me and I will be sharing this experience on social media and I will be contacting more people to attempt to get a better resolution on this. Put me on a do not call list for your salespeople because I will never do business with Ethan Allen again. For someone who is willing to spend thousands of dollars with your company, I am deeply annoyed and frustrated with the callous way you have handled this. IF I COULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS I OWULD HAVE, IT WILL NOT LET ME DO THAT.
Salesperson said member price was discontinued. Returned to purchase & would not honor that price. Plus salesperson was not customer friendly.
