Chris & Rich were the best. My vehicle is really not repairable. They are letting me keep my vehicle there until I can figure out what to do with it.

When I need automotive repairs I call around for estimates. Tires Plus is always the highest priced. They do have decent prices on their tires. The customer service is great and very helpful.

👎 . Place closes at 7 pm. This is their posted close time on their website, Google maps & on the door itself. I showed up at 6:07 pm, 53 minutes before close. Desperately needing a tire patch for a nail puncture. Door was opened and upon walking in, manager claimed he couldn’t help me in any way shape or form AND claimed he didn’t even have an air compressor to help me refill the tire so I could make it somewhere else. Really?? No air compressor at a tire shop? Clearly wanted to close early and didn’t give a rip to do his job. 0 stars. Take your biz elsewhere. To any owner or manager reading this, this was at 6:07pm on Thursday, July 8th, 2021.

Really great service by both Richard and Chris! Went in to get my winter tires and an oil change. Richard was really welcoming from the start and helped me understand my tires much better since it’s my first time using them. I came back to pick up my car and Chris rang me up. Really nice, welcoming and honest group of people working at this one. Definitely coming back again for future services. Also, they only recommend services you need as opposed to trying to get as much money out of you with false recommendations like most shops in California. Thank you guys putting my car back in good shape!

Bought new tires less than a month ago. Had a problem with a tire stopped by there to have it checked out. Was told that it would be more than a week before they could look at it. I couldnt drive on a flat tire for a week. When I bought the tires there they got me right in bought 4 new tires no problem bought the road hazard warranty. Then go back to use the warranty and they cant look at it for more than a week. Not happy never again

I brought my car here for new tires and an alignment. There were some unexpected difficulties that came up and Mike at Tires Plus did a great job of helping me through them. He was professional and kind through the process and it really made a difference. Quick service and a quick resolution to the issues that came up.

This place is great. Ran into an issue with a tire that was damaged beyond repair. Called them on a Saturday, less than 3 hours before they closed, and they were able to squeeze me in. They were very kind, professional and fast. Will definitely be back.

Absolutely terrible customer service. My fiancé went in there to look for tires and the kid behind the counter (John Powers) was extremely disrespectful to him screaming, calling names and swearing at him trying to fight him when all my fiancé did was ask him for tires. My fiancé contacted the manager and the manager didn’t do a single thing about it. Will never go back there again and will never recommend this location to anyone.

While we were visiting from out of town, we got a flat. We took a chance and scored with Tires Plus. Chris took care of us promptly and told us they would get to us as soon as possible, so we crossed over the border and visited Minnesota real quick. We barely got to the other side of the bridge and we get a call stating our tire is done Friendly staff, excellent service.

I’m a H-3 owner who still had factory tires on and needed new badly! We saved, shopped around and priced all name brands forever. So many choices. I needed a tire expert! So Tires Plus we went! They listened to what we wanted, found the best tires for the H-3 and I’m blown away! The new Bridgestone Dueler A/T s they set us up with are a dream come true. It’s not even the same truck! Thank you all for taking the time to listen to our needs, wants and your professionalism on all levels! Now it’s the truck it’s supposed to be. Fun to drive!!! Big hugs to you fellas!

I dropped off 1 tire to be fixed and it took them 2 days to fix it! should be called tires plus a day of your time. changed my rating to 3 star because they gave a discount for taking so long.

Quality work. A little expensive, but worth it I think.

Had my 2011 Sierra in for service in November 2018 when they replaced both rear seals and a brake, charged over five hundred dollars. Not even two years later with a little over ten thousand miles on truck and I have to do the same thing. I asked the shop that did service this time if the axles arent grooved why this would happen so soon. His reply was careless workmanship by your previous shop which both seals that tires plus installed were damaged. If I could give negative stars I would because this place is anything but plus.

I went to Wisconsin Point and ran over a big chunk of metal that punctured my tire. We tried to put the spare on my but my tire wrench wouldnt fit on my chrome overed lug nuts. I made it 7.2 miles to Tires Plus at 4pm before hitting rim. I explained what happened and that I had to get back home. They were extremely nice and helpful. He put my new tire on (I had it in the back) and didnt charge me anything (I suppose he wanted to get home.) but I still gave him some cash for helping me. Highly recommended this business.

I was hesitant to go due to a previous review, however I stopped by to get an estimate for an oil change and tire rotation and was very happy with the friendly atmosphere and speedy service. The service was then provided in a timely matter, they estimated an hour wait and they were done in half hour! They provided me with a discount due to my boyfriends employment at Taco Johns, right next door. I couldnt have been treated better by my own family! Keep up the good work gentlemen! I recommend Tires plus on Tower ave to anyone and everyone!

I started using this Tires Plus when I got a new job nearby. Tires Plus does the simple work on our cars, mostly tire-related. They do good work on our car and van. No problems with prices or service. People have been friendly. Online appointment scheduling is a plus.

Very overpriced. Have visited here a time or two and when shopping around, have always received the highest quote here. They also seem to always recommend additional services which conveniently dont match up with second or 3rd opinions. I would recommend avoiding this shop, unless your desperate. Olivers in superior can get you a much better deal on higher quality tires.

Our experience was great! They got us in the same day to replace four tires. We had to wait a bit for the car but the Customer service was excellent, it wasnt a problem at all. We will be going back. ☺

Needs more staff

Excellent service. That is the bottom line. I had a flat tire that I was upset about. I had to put the doughnut on my car. I drove the car to Tires Plus on Sunday morning and they were booked, but said they would fit in a replacement tire after looking at my tire and seeing the low tread and where it was punctured. They told me it would be up to 4 hours and it took 1. They filled the air on all of my tires and successfully got the air pressure light that I assumed was broke to reset. I will definitely return when the other tires are closer to the end of their lives. Great service.

Very good service and price ... had shaking on my car .. brought it in told them I didn’t have a lot of time .. they got it up on the lift took it for a test drive and told me the problems got it fixed very quick.. overall I’m very happy and would recommend tires plus

Always a nice staff that almost always walks U through your car maintenance being done. The down side is the price which is high when doing car repairs in general; but the price for general maintence, like tires and oil changes is not bad.

I was told that They would try to get them done by the end of the day if I left the car, or I could make an appointment for next month. They were happy to take the same car right now if I had any other repair.Lousy customer service. I will not use them again.

I have gone to the same shop since I started driving, so I was a bit nervous when I moved and had to go anywhere else. Came in for new tires, and was so impressed with the service and the friendliness of the workers, that I come in for everything now!

Had tires I wanted brought over from another store. Good upfront customer service...was a pretty long wait for 2 tires to be put on though. Will go back....but plan on being there longer than I did this time.

I bought a set of tires & had them put on. Staff was friendly enough. They said I needed a radiator flush, quoted a very high price, but I decided not have them do it. They also said I needed a wheel alignment, showing me a computer printout which indicated how badly out of line the vehicle was. The technician made it sound horrible & that I should really have it done. When they told me the price, I decided to have it done in my home town (I live over an hour south of Superior) where I was sure I could get it done cheaper than the quote Tires Plus gave me. Turns out that yes, it was cheaper to have it done at my local garage, but .... and this is a big BUT .... I DIDNT NEED AN ALIGNMENT. I got the computer printout from my local garage, and there was no adjustments that were required to make. I wonder how many unsuspecting souls fall victim to the racket that Tires Plus is running? I dont know that I would buy from them again, just because of this.

I brought my brand new truck here on 11/13/17 to have new tires put on. After picking up the truck, I found all 4 wheels had been damaged during the install. The tires plus rep acknowledged that damage was done and had to speak with his supervisor. After no return call from the supervisor, I called back only to be told they would not replace the factory wheels. Thankfully I have insurance on the vehicle and was able to have my insurance company take care of replacing the wheelsThis was after showing up for my initial appointment only to find that the tries were not in stock.I have filled a report with the better business bureau, and currently waiting to hear back from them.I even have a lifetime alignment coverage from Tires Plus for different vehicle and will pay to goto a reputable shop.Be warned of this place. Go anywhere else.

Great service.The workers make u feel so welcome being there and they all r so friendly.They really help u out with ur vehicle,I brought my Durango in and they found out the problem why the heat wasnt working, and it was -17 degrees that morning and I didnt have the money to get it fix, but they will do whatever they can to help u out, like they did for me and in a short time I was back on the road with working heat.Great job everyone.

Terrible service. I made an appointment for noon. An hour and 15 minutes later my car had not even been pulled into the garage. I understand being busy, but I had an appointment. If they had told me at the beginning that they were running an hour late, I could have gone and come back. I had to go up to the counter to ask how much longer it would be. The didnt even know where my car was.
