Had a simple windshield R&R, I knew the tech would fuss about the dropped visor (RLK visor on a 389), so I offered to lend a hand if needed.Its a simple 3 bolt on each side, with a small bracket in the center. Tech manages to strip one side hex screw, with a battery powered impact gun, then has a hard time removing the stripped screw, for which they apparently charged extra labor for. (Stainless hardware all installed with anti seize)Otherwise, guys at the counter in parts and service were awesome.Warranty work for a blown shock was handled promptly

Called the minneapolis location about leasing a 389 peterbilt but the loan/lease person wasnt there. Guy that I did talk to for a little bit was very nice and said he would pass my info on to the lease expert. Have not heard from anyone and its been about 2 weeks.

Had a service call out to change only one set of break shoes on steer axel ended up costing $800. Was give different prices several times until it matched up to the first price they gave me after the work was done. 11 miles to and back from place of service to the shop, we were charged for 2.5 hours of drive time. Service managers Mark became belligerent when his numbers werent adding up. They will not give you any estimates ahead of work and will add up all the labor charges with drive time to confuse people. Be very cautious dealing with this place or look for someone else if you can. Very very very unprofessional, cant believes its a peterbilt dealer😡

Awesome people great service and little down time they get you right in as long as they have the parts youll be out in no time.

Great staff, only one long time employee left. Place is kind of falling apart. Not one truck for sale on the lot, sad deal. All in all good experience.

This place is phenomenal cant express how awesome of an experience I had. The mechanic Logan Sevre was very good and knowledgeable. He walked me through step by step and made sure I understood what he was doing. The service manager Bill was super knowledgeable and very helpful and explained everything perfectly so I was able to understand what was going on. Best place to come to have your truck fixed. Very good place I highly recommend.

I have been here a few times for kind of emergency service I will be making this my new place of business for all things related to my truck everyone there is super friendly, felt very good being an owner operator theyre being treated the way they did, a great job!
