Today I had such a better experience at this location for Sally Beauty Supply store then I had on any others as this Sallys representative was much more informative and clearly understood my needs in regards to my hair color and care! Thank you so much for the best customer service and your advice on my hair as an consultat as i appreciate your time.

It would be greatly appreciated if you would update the hours on your website. According to the site you close at 8pm on Fridays, however when I arrived at 7:20 along with three other vehicles we were all told you close at 7pm. Unfortunately the young lady who was not very polite nor concerned about the customers at the door informed us she did not have control over the website and could not do anything about it.

The stock selection is low. They advertised buy 2 get 1, but didnt have the products available, and they would not offer a raincheck nor credit. The manager also stated that they didnt have to honor the advertised or posted deals if it wasnt updated in thr computer. I explained to him how thats false advertising and theres laws against that, and her just stated that theres nothing he could do.The store was clean. The workers were friendly and offered assistance finding items. The store was not busy in the middle of the day. There were 3 associates and we were the only patrons at the store. The workers did wear masks.

Extremely irritated that I just left this location at 7:05 with online hours clearly stating it is open until 8pm on Friday and was told by the employee that I was not able to enter because it was 7:05 and the store was closed. Edit your hours please, its not that difficult.

Theyre now charging .15 for a paper bag to carry the items you purchase and no longer offer plastic bags. The explanation I received was that theyre trying to protect the environment. Ironic, since most of the items they sell contain harsh chemicals or are made from products that arent biodegradable. Anything to make a buck! Lets make a whole bunch of paper bags, throw out the plastic bags that we already paid for and pass the cost on to our customers! Great idea Sallys..... NOT!!!

I typically like this location and Sallys. This visit made me rethink my loyalty to them. First, they were very low on inventory on many products. And then when I was checking out the cashier asked if I wanted a bag, I said yes and she informed me that they were $.15. I know its not a lot of money, however, it really bugged me.

I dont know what is up with Sally. The store has cut its inventory almost in half it seems. The selection is limited. Not to mention you now have to pay for a shopping bag for the items you have just purchased.

They do not accept returns now. Im not sure if other Sallys are doing the same but not really shopper friendly. 15 cents for a bag too.

I called and spoke with Riley and told her how I sent my husband there with a picture of the things I needed and I just was asking a question about a product. She went out of her way and offered to pick out the items that I needed and have it waiting for him so he could just go up front and pay for the items. She was very helpful and AWESOME. Thank you Riley!! :))

Just my opinion but the fact that customers are being charged for bags seems a bit disrespectful. I pay for a membership and to be told that to place my items in a bag will be an extra charge, my personal opinion, this is petty to say the least. 10+years of loyal customer shopping means little to nothing to a conglmerate. Congrats, your greed superceded the importance of the customer. To be nickled and dime while people in my line of work are already feeling the pinch...sad. Before people respond neg. I do reuse bags in other aspects of my life. If the argument that this Co is trying to reduce thier footprint then instead of charging for the bag how about a discount be offered in lieu of an extra charge? Just one persons opinion.

I usually like Sally Beauty supply. Great prices! Last night, it was way different! I asked for help from assistant named Maddie and where I could find a pedicure set. She reacted to me very condescending and said what are you talking about. Total attitude right away. I repeated pedicure set with toenail clippers. Then she walked me over to where I could find them but it was like I was bothering her for even asking for help. She needs to learn customer service goes a long way and not a know it all attitude. The women that checked me out at the register was very nice! Otherwise, it would be one star!

If you work at this location but werent there on Friday Nov. 10, I hope you dont consider your coworkers friends. They were loudly badmouthing someone for the entire store to hear. SO VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I asked for advice to buy a perm, the girl couldnt even tell me the difference between alkaline and acid. Did she ask anyone else? Nope. Offer to look it up? Nope. Even Google it? Nope. I am Noping out of this location. Thanks for absolutely nothing. Ill drive farther for even mediocre customer service. Heres a note: I have money Id like to willingly give to you, but you blew it. Figure it out people.

I went in to return an item that didnt work for me. At first the girl just started processing the return without seeming to care, but then the 3rd degree started concluding with a comment that no one has ever returned this item before while she starts staring me up and down. For a store chain that operates on having a very flexible return policy, being made to feel so uncomfortable for returning an item that didnt work is ridiculous. I would not return to this store at least.

I was in last week and to get help from these ladies are like pulling teeth they are hella rude, have no patience & have given me wrong advice in the past. I live near by and i will refuse to shop @ this location. I have now gone back to the Sallys on Grand & Reems & i actually went yesterday and the two ladies there were so helpful & they know exactly what they are talking about. I give Grand & reems location a 5 star!!
