Went there and bought 3 phones, young man switch the numbers by mistake, put my number on my my daughters phone and put my daughters number on my phone, when I went in the next day to have them straighten it out, the first thing that came out of the managers mouth was I have to pay $17! no sorry, no let me take care of this for you first thing out of her mouth was Im going to have to pay $17 the store manager tried to put me on the phone with her manager and she hung up in my face, did not want to talk to me.I would never go back to this incompetent store for anything! Dealing with MetroPCS 12801W Bell rd! The worst customer service Ive ever experienced!

This girl named VIVIAN that works there should be fired for not wanting to help me and acting like she didnt want to do anything for me except tell me she couldnt help to get me to leave sooner so she could get back to playing on her phone!!!! BUT the girl named LAURENA was very helpful and seemed to care about my phone issues and for that I rate this place 3 stars instead of none.

They dont honor promotions and wanted $50 for my free phone that was out of stock anyway! Manager in store claimed she was a regional manager and hand wrote a business card - Celeste. Wouldnt bother calling owner because his answer was always no and that I must pay tomorrow when phone might come in. Mapped metro and what stores were not owned by them. 10659 grand ave was closest and had my free phone in minutes !!!!!! Maria at this location saved my day. Dont bother going to a shop that you cant call the owner or has management like this!

Not the most friendly people but its always clean and they do help you. Lots phones to choose from as well.

I asked if a case would fit my phone and they said yes, so I bought it and put it on right at the counter, I didnt even leave the store and they watched me do it. Well it didnt fit. I asked if I was doing it wrong and one of the girls tried to help me and then said oh I guess it doesnt fit. So I asked for a refund and they told me they wont refund it. Ridiculous.
