Came in to switch over from T-Mobile (I’ve never had Verizon before). There was a really long wait but that’s not the problem. Lisa who sold me and my family our plan was advised from the first moment I sat down that I have a corporate discount through my employer and that I was between Verizon and AT&T depending on what that discount did. After over 2 hours I settled and bought an unlimited plan with 4 new devices. I’m sure her commission was pretty decent there. I discussed the discount no less than 6 times while there. Only to find out the next day that the discount does not apply to the plan I purchased, AND the first bill was to be almost $200 more than what she told us and what I had on the paper she gave us.Problem #1 was being sold a plan and being looped into a 30 month payment plan for phones based on false pretense, and being straight up lied to. Problem #2, was going back to the Surprise store not once but twice, to get NO HELP. My husband went back the next day and asked for the manager per instruction from my company’s corporate account manager (if it happened in store it’s their responsibility to make it right). Jason a manager told him it would be over an hour to speak to him and suggested he come back to sit down with him so he could see what he could do. We came back 2 days later and Amy the manager was there. My husband explained the issue and prior conversation and we were put on the wait list again. We waited 40 minutes and Amy put us with Kevin, another associate. Kevin seemed nice and seemed as if he was trying to help. Told me I needed my badge for work and said instead of waiting I could go home and text his work line and he could help from there. So I did and NEVER GOT A RESPONSE. This Verizon store is worthless, and I will for sure be filing a complaint with the BBB. I was sold a plan based on an agreement that they did not fulfill. Bait and switch, along with just BS. If you value your hard earned money, time and sanity, DON’T GO TO THIS STORE

I have used this Verizon store for the 8 years I have resided in Surprise with good customer service until today. Amy opened the store 5 minutes late and proceeded to allow 2 persons in to pay bills with no appointments, and the next 2 people in line without appointments to get phones. We were next, my husband needed a new screen protector and I needed a new phone. She said they were too busy and I’d have to go elsewhere. She suggested the store on 75th and Bell. Next appointment at her store was July 8th. I understand that Verizon no longer values customers or customer service. I need to look at another service provider. I would give a lower score if possible.

Wow I have NEVER been to a Verizon store like this before!! All the employees are trained so well! Matthew helped me today 12/04/2020 and was simply amazing. We were at the Verizon on 138th Ave and Bell today, to do some changes on two accounts. We were extremely lucky to get Polly, who spent a long time helping us fix an error, which wasnt this locations fault. Polly even got on my phone to talk with a Verizon rep, who was extremely unwilling to help at all. Everything she helped with was over the top! Shes the best.

A slight amount of waiting time, but Ian was extremely helpful with resolving my iPhone warped battery issue. New phone will be shipping via FedEx or ??? on Monday...also got an upgraded tablet which I will use at home.Once the iPhone replacement arrived, I took it with me back to the store and Ian was there to make certain that the data information transfer started with a minimum of fuss. Big thank you to Ian for his patience and help!Still wonder why the original phone battery warped. But I will ship it back in the provided box in the next day or so.

After being with Verizon 20 years I finally told them to shove off. Scandalous sales staff backed my store managers. The biggest and final straw was their buy one get me scam. Bought a new S10 plus abd supposedly got a Note 9 free. well they give you the phones what they dont tell you is you give up your current plan to a plan that costs you 50 more a month. Everytime I went in to see if I could save money it cost me more money My bill for 4 lines was around 525 Then they lied about 5g saud they would have it in about a month 14 momths later still waiting switched to another carrier got crappier connection but the staff is only a tiny bit Scandalous and my bill for 5 connected devices is only 130 a month flat qill be getting a 5g phone soon remember 5g phones from Verizon wont work on 5g networks from other companies

I went in on Saturday (10/06/18) for a new phone, did not wait long at all, had a representative named Chris. Wonderful experience and a very knowledgeable guy. Very enthusiastic about both his product and customer. Very personable. It was easy, every question and even simple over-worried concerns were covered. First time in a while I had such great service. Just called the store for a question, the lady on the other end was extremely nice and personable. Would give a 11/10 if I could.

We sought out this particular Verizon store because it was corporate. Wow what a difference in knowledge, attitude and professionalism between this store and another Verizon Reseller in Surprise. I went there expecting to have to purchase a new phone. I worked with Heather who resolved my problem. She was very honest and told me that there was no need to upgrade at this time. She re worked my settings and had me contact Verizon Tech Support to resolve a reception issue in my area. I left there very happy and satisfied. Heather is a real asset to that store.

We moved out here in 1994 and Ive had Verizon ever since then. I always had good service with them and have never had any major problems with them. I dont know a business anywhere where there isnt some small thing that happens but you learn to deal with it civilly. We are very happy with Verizon.

If you want really great service, ask for David Miller. He is excellent. Took as much time as my Father needed to get his new phone and account set-up. (My Fathers 98) He was very knowledgeable, knew the product, explained the process and account changes and made sure my Fathers new phone was up and working before we left.Like I said, ask for David Miller. Hes worth the wait ! I cant say that about many of their Sales Reps.

Store manager lied to us about the shipping of a warranty phone. Promised us it would be delivered next day( on Saturday). No phone arrived and tracking with FedEx says Monday delivery. When I called Verizon customer service I was told no Verizon orders are delivered on Saturdays and the manager should have know this and not promised a Saturday delivery. Very unhappy with how are warranty issue was handled by Verizon. We will never go back to this store.

When I walked in I was told that there were 7 people ahead of me and about a 25 minute wait. The wait was about 30 minutes, totally reasonable in my book with how busy they were.The salesperson, Jeremy, was very helpful and informative without being pushy at all. My phone had stopped functioning properly and since I had the total insurance protection there shouldnt have been any charge. I didnt have to try to fight for this or argue about anything. Jeremy told me out right that it was free and that Id be getting my replacement tomorrow. Of course, he told me about a couple other options to upgrade my phone if I wanted to (at a charge), you cant blame them for trying! Overall very pleased at least with Jeremy! - Quick, informative, and helpful. I cant speak for the other sales reps.

So apparently if you go on with a broken device and purchase a new device the employees inside the store are not allowed to disconnect the old telephone line however they dont inform the person that they cannot do this, so the past three years I have been paying $20 a month for a phone that was no longer usable and that was replaced by a new version. If you go in the store the employees are well aware of this issue and they still dont inform the customer but after you leave you have to call the Verizon store to make sure that the line is disconnected and not suspended if its suspended you will start getting charged again. They will also tell you that you have to call in to Verizon to see if theres anything they can do to give you some of the money back that they have stolen. However according to their manager on their customer service line they can only refund funds back dating 5 months. So because I was unaware that I had to call the Verizon store after I purchased a new phone to replace an old phone to disconnect an old line and was set up on automatic bill pay so I can pay my bill on time every single month they credited me $100 for the almost $1,000 that they have stolen from me and my family

As with every time in poor service lack of knowledge, I always get much better deals when I call and better answers most likely wont go back to this store. Save your time and call.they had what I needed but would not let corp do paper work and pick up from store said it was there last one .so corp had to give very big credit to keep me from going to a different provider ( well done manager ) I am sure corp was very happy with what it cost them because of store being so greedy. Three weeks earlier they told my wife that a charger was not made anymore when I went in to check they had about 12 on shelf . ( another job well done manager ) I know myself or any of my friends will never return to this location. The good it saved me a bunch of cash. Thanks to the corp got a lot for free.

As soon as you walk in, you are greeted by the staff and signed in via their tablet. Youll see your place in line on a TV screen. Process does make things somewhat efficient, although this place can get quite busy and the wait at times can be long. Most times the staff is friendly, but Ive seen some staff members with that take it or leave it attitude. Luckily 90% of my visits, the customer service was good.

I have been with Verizon for over 20 years. Even before their name was Verizon. My husband has been with the prior companies since the brick phone. We have plenty of experience with this store, over 8 years now. And yes even late on our bill on occasion. Our experience with this store and the customer service has been exceptional. Many times the issue could be resolved by the greeter and was. I find that taking a proactive role and taking responsibility for and knowing my desired outcome has been the best way of handling the issue. Much like ones health care, taking a proactive roll and looking for what you want and going to next level until you get it then they know you mean business, without getting angry but being insistent and focused.

Went there and asked an employee to transfer photos from one phone to another and was told that it could not be done due to the age of the phone . We talked with Ian and he was able to make it happen. He appears to be very knowledgeable about your products and I think he would be a very capable instructor for the rest of the employees. Kind of upset the guy at the verizon store told me not to take the pixel 4 xl upgrade for 200.00 that was offered to me over the phone when he had me call the insurance place ...he shook his head no..they were willing to take 700 off the phone..I kept my 2 xl and had it repaired ...should have upgraded because that was a great deal

I generally am Very satisfied with Verizon. HOWEVER, today I was very disappointed for several reasons: Somehow they forgot about me and I waited a considerable amount of time. When I finally asked to use the bathroom, they seemed embarrassed that they asked for my name to hold my place in the line. Then they told me that they do NOT have a public restroom, and instructed me to walk several businesses away to use the restroom at the restaurant! And to top it off, it was absolutely freezing cold which of course made holding in my bathroom needs very uncomfortable. When I expressed my displeasure about the situation, I was rudely told to talk to the manager! No apology offered! Not a very happy experience and certainly very poor managemant and customer service!

Verizon is a scam they put you in contracts that no one can uphold. Do they have good service yes they do but not enough to bend over and get screwed by them. and I had an accident cant do any work so I had to tell him I can make a $25 payment and get the bill going down and theyre like oh we cant do that. So now Im just not going to pay them until I can. Doesnt seem very smart on there and does it. I like the phones and I like the service and eventually I will get to paying that bill but as far as Im concerned there at the bottom .

Can anyone give me the number for the District Manager of this store? Clearly the reviews by others show that there is a significant problem with the staff working in it. My problem is not only with the staff, but with the deception that takes place. I will break down my issues for you, in hopes that you will avoid this store at all costs.1. Telling a customer that you cannot replace her phone (iPhone 4s) even though it will not work due to updates through Apple that clearly were not the customers fault. Thus, forcing a customer to buy a brand new and overpriced phone.2. Stating the customer is getting a 200.00 credit for said non-working phone to be applied towards new phone purchase, then conveniently start adding on various items on a screen only the staff can see, to jump up the price...all while failing to disclose this to the customer.3. Telling the customer that their total is roughly 580.00 before the 200.00 credit, when you clearly know that all of the things you so sneakily added really brought the price up to over 750.00.4. Telling the customer that their receipt would be available on their Verizon Wireless account, so that the customer would not be able to see how bad you just screwed them while still standing in the store.My final complaint is with Verizon customer service. What the store did could ultimately be considered defrauding a customer. The sales rep knowingly lied to a customer, after she waited for 30+ minutes just to get the award winning service that is promised on all the commercials, yet the customer service department wont do anything about it. The customer is not only forced to pay for a new phone, when she should have been offered a replacement, but is now also responsible for paying hundreds of dollars more than she was told she would have to pay.

Their buying out your contract is a rip off and a scam. We have sent them everything they need to get the visa cards they give to help pay for your buy out and nothing is ever good enough. It was moving along ok, when my protective case was removed and damage to my phone was discovered he went to help another customer, never to return to finish up with my issue...I have found if you need a new phone this store will help out, but if you have a technical idea that requires time you will be sol.....
