Very proud of how Starbucks handled this situation today. This Starbucks is known for being very busy in its drive through. often the drive through is longer then the space they have. The people going through the drive through have to be respectful of others driving in this plaza that are just driving through by waiting in the parking lot side and making space between the drive through and the parking lotWell Today someone decided to cut in the line passing up 5 cars who were waiting patiently in the parking lot to get into the drive through. Looked like they made him go inside for his order once he got to the window.

It was my first time visiting a Starbucks in AZ. The whole vibe of the place was delightful and calm. The workers were busy but served customers at a great pace. I highly recommend to anyone!

So firstly this is a heavy elderly dominated Starbucks. Not a young crowd here. But otherwise the service is great and friendly, the drinks are perfect every time and theyre flexible when it come to non dairy orders :)

This will be my last visit to Starbucks. Sickening how they rip you off. If I wanted a cup of ice with a splash of coffee thats what I wouldve ordered. If you ask for easy ice they tell you the drink wont fill the cup.

I loved it! The feeling of AC on my face after walking out from the Phoenix heat to order a frappuccino at the counter was pure bliss. This place is like a real-life Oasis in the desert.

The staff was outstanding and the drive thru was fast. Food and drink was great too.

This is the best Starbucks in all the land. The drive-thru is the fastest in the valley, and the product they put out is better than others, because they apparently care that we get what we pay (a lot) for. The employees seem genuinely friendly and appear to like being at the job, not fake like other places. Additionally, my order was free once recently because they have some rule where if we wait more than 2 minutes for the person in front of us, its free. The older lady who works in the mornings is awesome, I dont know her name. Just so caring and friendly.

I dont drink coffee, but I enjoy buying it for the special people in my life. And I actually really like the way it smells. Reminds me of when I was a kid making coffee for my mother with the old fashioned stovetop percolator! And I appreciate how well trained the employees always seem to be focused on genuine old fashioned service: friendly and courteous. Oddly, I seldom buy anything for myself! Lol

Starbucks has become too much of a machine and not much on personality. The drinks are pretty consistent though. This one is closed for remodel this week.

I am a Amazon Delivery driver I stopped here during my lunch to get a refreshing drink. I got my usual drink and asked if they could make another drink I saw someone else have and wanted to try it, I also got myself a little cake pop. A manager walked, Nando is the name printed on my cup to the cashier and said something to her and when I was told my total it was barely a couple bucks! I was shocked and so grateful!! Thank you so much! I ended up walking out of the store with 3 drinks lol one was made by mistake of my drink and they told me I could have it too. This made my day so much better and I was so extremely happy to have such delicious drinks!! Thank you so much!! Very polite staff!!

They are so nice here! Ofcourse Mcds across the way had there ice cream🍦 and coffee machine 🧋down for the count. 😐🥺😫So I went over to Starbucks to get a caramel frappicino,extra caramel yes please! 😉 I was discouraged but thought I would ask anyways given I told my mother in law I would get her a chocolate shake. To my surprise, they were able compensate and made a shake with heavy cream, chocolate and a dash of magick because it was the best my mother in law said she ever had and she is 81 and the cutest lil firecracker I know. So 5 stars, 👏👏👏for going above and beyond your menu to bring a smile to a lovely lady. My caramel frappicino hit the spot as well! Thanks Starbucks and staff!!! 😁

Placed a call ahead, order at this location, by accident. Customized the drinks. For the refresher, it has a place for number of scoops. On the order sticker it has 2 limes, 2 berries. They literally put 2 limes, and ONLY 2 berries!! LOL

Great place for a coffee, very nice workers but it cracked me up...they have your drink in a cup holder at the window but I watched as the girl put my drinks in the cup holder with no gloves so whats the point of putting it in the holder?🤔 I dont really care but just thought it was funny and just shows how dumb this whole virus thing is. BTW, the drink was great! Wasnt worried about her hand on my lid.😁

Constantly getting our drinks wrong yet we go back every single weekend. We request light ice because every time you guys fill the cups full of ice. Today I ordered 4 venti iced coffees. You made one a grande when the sticker clearly says Venti. I sent my son back to get what I paid for. I’m not trying to be a Karen. But you really need to do better. I go to Starbucks 7 days a week. That’s a lot of money. If your answer is to go to a different location then you’re in the wrong business.

Ive been visiting this Starbucks off and on for years. Whist it might be considered typical Bucks, it does have plenty of parking and a drive thru window. Its conveniently close to the medical buildings in and around Banner Del Web in Sun City.

I love this Starbucks! I really miss seeing the old employees, I do see them from time to time. Theyre so friendly, consistent, and above and beyond. Never had a problem. Some of the new employees I do feel like they need to get trained better, they always get my order wrong and some are not nice. Other than that this Starbucks is my go too.

Two weeks in a row.UPDATE: We have been coming to this Starbucks for 4+ years. Customer service has always been fantastic but, You have a different person everyday and you can tell in the coffee. The Frappuccinos have become a hit and miss. Half the time they’re perfect. The other half they forget to add flavoring or there’s hardly any flavoring. I don’t want to give up on this Starbucks but when you’re paying $5+ for a drink you expect it to taste good and you also expect consistency.

Worst service Ive ever experienced during this outbreak. They dont care about getting the order right and they didnt even fill it all the way haha. Doesnt matter to me because I dont usually pickup coffee in the morning anyway but rest assured with service like this I will never give you the chance to disservice me like this again.

This is my home Starbucks when in Arizona. The staff are friendly and warm and care about their regulars. Even when they are slammed their good nature shows through. Highly recommend!

I ordered a strawberry’s and creme frap with a banana with an add shot. I literally got handed a melted frap with banana and milk. It’s so disgusting. Also ordered a mocha frap and it just tastes like chocolate milk. This has been happening for the last couple of months.

We have been going to this Starbucks for years and this was the worst Mocha Frappuccino Ive ever had. Hardly any Mocha flavor and very runny. Very disappointing.

This is the Grand and Reems Star bucks. Newly remodeled. Looks very nice, cant say it seats more. The group here are always up beat and very nice. Doubt if you will every get a bad drink.

Ordered a caramel macchiato which was not properly made. I was slurping chunks of caramel through my straw. I ordered a Grande but I think it was a Tall. And hardly any hint of espresso. Unfortunately, its the closest Starbucks near my work.

Starbucks is Starbucks. The key here is consistetsy and cleanliness. The place is always clean and the drinks come out the same every time. The staff is also friendly as well. This is a good one to stop in at. Order ahead and save time.
