These folks are awesome! Had an emergency with broken glasses and Joseph at the 13706 W. Bell Rd. location really came through. He helped find a replacement frame that would work with the lenses from my husbands broken pair, and was even able to get us a discount on the temp frames through our insurance. Also, my husband really loved his old frames, and Joseph even helped me out with where I could get them fixed. I would recommend this location for any eyeglass need to anyone. Horrible, i got the wrong prescription and they were to strong. I had my glasses for 5 days. Went in to talk to the manager. I took another i test buy a different doctor and he checked my old prescription and agree the lenses were to strong. I ask the manager could he have them corrected. He said no and that i would have to buy a new pair. In the past year i and my daughter have purchased at least 4 pair of glasses. I spoke highly of this company. After this i will not use to company unless they make it right.I have try to reach out to someone in higher positions. No has reached out to me. So if you use this lenscrafters Good Luck!!!!

Definitely a great place to go. They currently have a promotion that if you buy a pair of glasses, you can get a pair of sunglasses for 50% off. I went in for a pair of replacement glasses and ordered a pair of sunglasses as well. They were helpful and so nice. 😄

I went in to ask if they could fix my reading glasses (the screw was coming out on one side and the hinge was bent). They got to my request as soon as was possible, fixed my glasses, and when I asked how much? they said it was complimentary (even though I had not purchased the glasses in their store). I went to lens crafters almost a week ago and I was pleasantly surprised of how amazing the staff was! I was beyond happy with my experience there. The nose pads from my glasses were old/broken and Andrea was able to replace them with no charge! Will be coming here for any ophthalmology needs! Thank you all so much!

Dr. Le is awesome checked my eyes for genetic disorders that run in family and assured me he didnt see anything as of yet. The other dr. Was so good with my son. The clerks in office and on the floor are amazing people I will definitely be returning for everything to do with eye care.

When I called today to find out if I could still attend my appointment, I was informed by the store manager they would not help me due to not being able to wear a mask.Understand, Maricopa county specifically has this in the exception department of the order, it is in the state one as well. Joseph the manager decided he wanted to argue the matter. He has put Dr. Lees license at risk as well. Given you are only following rules laid out by your parent company and openly discriminating, I am openly telling you I have filed a complaint with the state and county. I will be contacting the city tomorrow as well.You are not allowed to discriminate and attempt to hide behind the law. These businesses need to be called out. The fact that you accept insurance should also cause a problem. I will contact my vision insurance and let them know about this as well.If you wish to contact me about this feel free. I believe the doctors office has my phone number. If you would like a copy of the law I would be happy to provide it highlighted for you to prove you are in the wrong here.

Excellent customer service. I would recommend to everyone. Went in to get lenses put into new frames to replace the ones that I broke, and they did it on the spot and did not charge me anything. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Went back the next day because they fit a little two tight, and they were adjusted within minutes.

I got the standard frames. The glass constantly pops out even if dropped on carpeting, and from day 1. The glass does not appear meant to go into this frame. I cant even gently clean the glasses w/o the glass popping out, so Im completely dissatisfied with this pair. The people were nice enough, but the frames and glass combo appear to not be meant for each other. $5 dimestore sunglasses are less troublesome. My other pair which I dont ever use (same frames) are rattl-ie when touched and so also have a low quality to them. Also the hunt-and-find the magic spot in the one pair renders them unusable for anything but looking through the top half, which is why I dont wear them. Dont get the basic black Armani frames. Total waste of $300+ dollars.

The store was clean and organized, excellent selection of lenses and frames frames, and excellent staff. Alyssa at the front desk went far and beyond with her customer service for someone who is completely new to glasses. Dr. Le the optometrist and his nurses were fantastic. My entire visit from a full ocular examination to filling out my prescription with stellar frames was seamless with pricing that exceeded my expectations.

Really appreciate the kindness and professionalism shown by the team when I needed an emergency repair done. Have a great 2021!

Easy and free glasses repair!

I took two pair of glasses in that I had gotten at Americas Best. The guy at Americas Best said they couldnt be adjusted. Sue and Raina helped me. Sue adjusted both pair of my glasses so they would stop sliding off my face. She even put silicone pads on one of them to help keep them in place. These two ladies are awesome! I ended up purchasing a pair of glasses from them as well. Fantastic service!

We just left. This place is unprofessional to say the least. Im looking for new eyeglasses and my husband is looking for new prescription sunglasses, and they tried to say I had to leave since they are limiting people in the store to only are looking for glasses. we Both had prescriptions with us, and still repeated that I had to go wait in the car and only people buying could be in there...we told him twice we both need glasses and he said well everyone else is compliant and still looked at me and asking me to leave and wouldnt give me a basket to look... So we left and will never return.

My husband and I are traveling around the United States. I was having a problem with my glasses so I stopped in to see if they could help me. The manager, Joseph, was very pleasant and happy to help me even though I didnt purchase my glasses from him. Thank you very much Joseph your help was greatly appreciated! New to the area and not used to my az room. Let my dogs out at night and smacked right into the glass door. Bent the hell out of my glasses. Lenscrafters was recommended to me. Within a couple minutes Alyssa had them back in order THANK YOU!!!

Needed new frames, lens and replacement lens for my sunglasses. Wanted to work with small business. After making an appt with the Drs office within Lenscrafters at their suggestion, I got my prescription and was ready to order. I wanted the same Ray Ban glasses I had on and they didnt have them. I ordered them online after being told I could bring them in and they would wait to cut the lens to make sure it fit in the new frame. Made sense. I was there an hour, while getting fitted, the sales associate interrupted my exam many times by new customers coming in. Was charged $400 for lens to be put into my frames.....only to find out at time to pick up, that was only for the sunglasses lens-not the clear lens. They never ordered my clear lens even though they had the prescription in hand. After spending an hour I assumed I just paid for both sets of lens. They would not offer an additional discount (besides the 20% standard) for my clear lens for the trouble. Joseph, the manager was very kind in fitting my sun glasses for me but also stood firm on their policy. I left with out my clear lens ordered. Im afraid that they lost my additional order and they lost this customer and any future referrals I may have.BTW, Costco supplied me 2 pair of frames w prescription lens for $390.

Dr Le is great but the glasses I had made there were made wrong and the store wouldnt stand behind their shoddy work. Dr Le confirmed they were done wrong but still no dice. Im due to see Dr Le in a few months but am reluctant to have new lenses made there especially if youre going to get junk for top dollar. Not sure what to do.

Great location and staff. I am from Oklahoma and while in Surprise, AZ. Had a problem with the nose bridge on my glasses. Came to this location and talked with the store manager Joseph. He said they would look to see if they could fix the problem. They were able the custom make some screws to fix the nose bridge which had come loose. They resolved the problem quickly and to my disbelief at no charge. Can say enough about the customer service I received even though I was not from this area. Went in for an eye appointment and online they take my insurance but the doctor doesn’t since they are independent.Absolutely ridiculous.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! My vision changed within a month due to a medical condition so the eyeglasses that I ordered from them two weeks prior did not work any longer. Even though its NOT their fault, they are replacing my eyeglasses for free. I didnt clearly explain my situation at first but Shelia, the assistant manager, was very patient and kind. Awesome customer service paired with their wonderful Doctor - Dr Le, I am now a lifelong customer.
