If I could give no stars I would. I live super close, so unfortunately I have to come here often. Couple of the employees are very nice, yet overall service is terrible. Today their was a very long line, 5 employees behind the counter and only one register open. Sad part is there was a manager amongst them. Really wish any other gas station would post across the street. Worst service and inventory ever!

I think the store is great. Sure, there are a few employees that arent very helpful but that is everywhere you go. For as busy as this place is, I think the Clerks and Manager do an awesome job. The bathrooms might not be spic and span all the time but what do you expect with 500 or more people using it all throughout the day. For as busy as it is, I think they do a great job. They have my business. New pumps are coming too!!!!

Location is dated and worn. Most staff friendly and courteous..Yesterday 11/19 I bought chicken the young woman Noel is the happiest person there. Even after a barrage of ridicule from senior staff she turned to me as if nothing filled my order apologizing.Cheveron you should recognize a diamond in the rough. You have a rock star in Noel.

Clerk was very rude from the start, get better employees than teens with attitudes. If he doesn’t like it so much, he shouldn’t be working there.

OSHA doesnt allow propane when the lights turn on even with the sun up at 5:14? What a lazy excuse for not wanting to work

This is my favorite gas station for two reasons : they have AMAZING homemade pizza . And the car wash work really well !

Very rude and lazy staff. Ive given them multiple chances over a year, being they are the closest convenience store to my home. Today was the last straw. The shelves in the coolers were all low on stock or empty, which is pretty normal here. Then a young man was trying to pay for his gas and the cashier says, loud enough for the whole store to hear, Do you want to work here? You can work here if you want, then you will see!Please stop using this store and go a couple more blocks to the bell and reems store. Way cleaner, better managed, nicer staff and a good experience everytime Ive been there.

Great place to bring the family. I cant wait to see what other renovations they have in the works for visitors. They need to consider building the nuclear reactors for the families and at minimum the kids area as soon as possible. Then we wouldnt have to rely on that flimsy source of a leaking pipe down in the gulf of Mexico that could be fixed at any time leaving us dry!

I would never get their grill items, theyre always burnt and look like theyve been on there all day.

Dirty and smells like a combination of BO, stale pizza, and rancid mop water. Only ever one person behind the counter, even with a dozen people in the store. The workers have always been friendly and quick, but you can tell they are running frantically trying to keep up with the customer demand. As I have ever only seen one person behind the front counter, I have no clue how they get breaks.Gas is consistently more expensive than other places in Surprise, even other Chevron retailers. It is Chevron though, so at least the fuel quality is good.

This place is dirty... And has really ghetto feel to it, you must have to work really hard to cultivate a gross and seedy feeling in surprise.

Outrageous gas price, but was about to run out

5 stars for the hard workers that work throughout the afternoon and evening. 0 stars (unfortunately had to put in 1 star) for the ladies that work in the am. It’s definitely not hard telling they never did anything else with their life, with the way they treat people in the morning.

This location is so famous for posting sale prices on their refrigerator doors but then when you get to the register theyre not really on sale and they wont give you what the posted sale price is. Even when you say something about them taking down the sticker that says your drinks are cheaper they still leave it up and again they still refuse to give you the posted price. Its kind of like what Walmart got in trouble for. The tag says that its one price but then they charge you more at the register. Just expect to always pay more than The sale price or even the regular tag price.

Most staff members were rude. It appeared to me that they all were lazy and it almost seemed like theyd rather be anywhere in the world but there at their jobs except for only one employee and I happily admit that this employee is the only reason my day wasnt ruined. Casey I believe his name was. Had to be a new employee because I havent seen him before. While the other staff were frowning, a smile remained on his face. Not only was he social and friendly he was fast and effective. A raise is definitely due whether hes new or not...

The staff are absolutely wonderful and so friendly! Bre was my cashier and her friendliness made me happy!

Be nice if they can find at least one person for each shift that has enough brain activity to keep a chili and cheese dispenser operational. More often than not theyre s*** doesnt work!

This car wash is absolutely terrible. I paid $12 for the Deluxe and it did not wash the entire back of my vehicle. Save your money and head to the $3 car wash at Bell/Sarival.

Guy named Justin is rude. Awful place. Justin made everything difficult and the bathrooms were disgusting.

Gas station self is okay its a bit ran down employee smoking cigarettes out front me and theyre nice people its pretty clean gas station but just a bit sketchy outside
