Worst Pharmacy I’ve ever had, you wait on hold for 10 minutes, you wait in line for 20 plus minutes, the staff is not friendly, nor offers to provide even decent service. It’s understandable the current state of our healthcare but we are all experiencing that stress, customer service is their job requirement. The location one mile away is fast, friendly, and efficient. Why can they do a great job and not this location?

Terrible pharmacy! They work at their own pace which is extremely slow. It took me almost 4 days for my daughters antibiotic as well as medicine I needed before surgery. Hold time to talk to anyone is hours…Walgreens is amazing and also prompt with refills and filling scripts sent in from doctors. (This review is after several experiences)

DO NOT GET YOUR COVID TESTING DONE AT CVS.They advertise that it will take 1-2 days for your results, which is convenient because you need to have your test performed within 3 days if you are going to board a flight. However, once you get your test done and check on the status on your results... the automated system will tell you your results are pending and it will take at least 2-5 days to get your results. Its a little odd they dont share that timeline with you before your take your test.If youre like me and went here to get your COVID test for a flight... youll be stuck paying $250 are PHX Sky Harbor for a test to get your results within 60 minutes because you WILL NOT GET YOUR RESULTS FROM CVS IN TIME.Go to Walgreens, I know someone who went there and got their results the same day. I didnt think itd matter if I got my test at CVS or Walgreens, but I guess it does after all.

The pharmacy is absolutely the worst... look at reviews... they will text you that your prescription is ready..you go there to get it...after waiting in long lines they have no idea about your prescription...they are horrible...try calling the pharmacy...20 minute wait times to talk with some is their standard... I moved to Sams Club...wow..they are doing it right... I took care of all business with them today...under a 3 minute call... nice job!

If I could give zero stars to this pharmacy I would!!! Your wait time will ALWAYS be long. Sometimes the day your doctor sends your prescription over they don’t even fill it & or let you know it’s ready. At the moment I’m on my second call, because the first call I got immediately put on hold, two times, then they conveniently hang up which puts you through the whole process again! Only to be told, immediately, you have 2 callers ahead! How?!?!! I was one of them & you hung up!! Hire more pharmacy staff or something!! I’m removing all my prescriptions from here & so should you! Save yourself the stress, this place is a nightmare!

ABSOLUTE WORST CVS PHARMACY, Can never get crucial meds like Insulin on time, always 3 to 6 days behind when the meds are due. I mean diabetics are considered insulin dependent but they dont seem to comprehend this. Place the order online, it bumps the Rx out two days, show up in two days, its still not there, oh we can get it in two days... Two days later and after sitting on hold for 25+ minutes, oh we should have that give me 30 minutes to get it ready! I bet its not ready when I get there. Moving all my Rxs some place else, if you dont already get your meds here, dont start.

Went for appt, wasnt sent a reminder like previously so considered walkin-ok. the girl with a bad black wig & lip piercing tells me that they dont do walkins...then why advertise walk-ins? On my first visit 1st thing in the morning, lady was able to do a walkin for the same thing??? Anyways asked for proof of vaccine for work purposes, was given a print out, asked about lot # to cross reference. was told in an attitude its right there. Lucky I have some self control to respond nicely & inform her its due to the chicken scratch writing & want to make sure I have it right. No personality, just a blob behind the counter-if you dont like interacting with people then dont work in a buisness where theres customer communication.overall this place is a joke. They tell you a prescription is ready, drive 15 min to either find out it hasnt even been stocked or something with ins- how about you call & say theres something with ins or dont send out ready notifcation UNLESS ITS ACTUALLY READY!!

How could I leave 0 stars for this CVS?? 1star is overstated!!Doctor sent electronic prescription for antibiotic, at 1pm in the afternoon, I didnt get to pick it up until the next day 1PM and they tell me it will be ready in 20 min!! they had 24 hours to fill the prescription! This has been happening for past couple ears now, THEY DO NOT EVEN BOTHER TO LOOK AT A PRESCRIPTION UNTILL YOU GO TO PICK UP! WHY SEND THE ELECTRONIC RX WHEN THEY DONT LOOK AT IT UNTIL YOU GET THERE? Why is it a drive through? Can I wait in the drive through? No, they tell you to move aside and come back! So inconsiderate for other peoples time! Very dissatified! I will move to Frys, or Walmart! At least if they are not ready I got other shoping I can do and dont have to sit in my car running the engine in the parking lot because it is 108 degrees outside!

I have to join the 1 star camp. This could be a corporate issue, not sure. My son had an appointment for his second COVID vaccine scheduled for Sunday the 8th of August. He ended up having a fever and we couldnt take him in. I called the pharmacy and informed them at the time. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was super helpful and understanding and thanked me for informing them. On tuesday the 10th I got a text message a phone call and an email informing me that I needed to take him in to get his 2nd dose between 10am and 4pm. We arrived at the store at about 3:45pm that Tuesday and were told they could give him shot because he was a walk-in. I could have understood that if I hadnt have gotten a text, a phone call and an email from CVS telling me that his appointment would be canceled if we didnt go in. See image of the text message and email. We would have reschedule if the text, email and phone had asked us to. One of the pharmacist understood our reaction after showing her the text but whoever was the decision maker didnt even look or listen to us. I will also be contacting corporate. With my son being clearly disabled we really wanted to get him protected as soon as possible.

This might be the worst CVS ever. I waited a year (when I moved to Surprise) for improvement and they continue to disappoint including today. They lose prescriptions, never call to update or follow up and rarely speak nice to customers. Find another pharmacy.

I worked as a pharmacy tech for 15 yrs before settling into my current career. Working in a pharmacy requires endless customer service, multitasking, endurance and an acceptance of constant interruption. I have empathy for pharmacy staff as they are not usually staffed adequately by these corporations. But my empathy stops when you flat out tell me, its not that you cant do your job... its that you wont because its too inconvenient. Thanks for the heads up. Ill go somewhere else from now on. Unfortunately in corporates eyes, a loss of business results in a loss of hours for your pharmacy, which will mean even less staff and longer wait times. Good luck.

Horrible customer service. Made Flu shot, tech talked to us 20 min late. Then, after being late they said they were out of flu shots. Waste of time. Why do you have signs outside and why did the site let me make an online appointment if you dont have any flu shots in the first place . Horrible.

This place needs 8 more pharmacy employees. Waits are ridiculous. Also pharmacy staff needs a reality check. Wait 25 min in drive through, told i have to come in to pick up a regular prescription. Go somewhere else!!! You have been warned.

Worst pharmacy ever? Possibly. They are always sooooooooooooooo slow. They tell you when to get your pills then you show up and no pills are ready. There are other pharmacies. Guess I can go somewhere else...

Wife and I had confirmed appointments for flu shot. Drove 30 miles. Told by pharmacy that there was no vaccine available. We were not notifiedPharmacy personnel told us we could try another pharmacy. Bad attitude!

REGARDING PHARMACY ONLY: My insurance changed and I had to change my pharmacy. I have only needed perscriptions 2 times and both times, they never received the perscription, each time delayed, one time requested I take my perscription to another store. I dont know about you but, when my son or even Im sick, we want our medicine or facts not the run around. Extremely disappointed.

Horrible at this location!! It takes days sometimes to get prescriptions filled. The Greenway location sends out alerts and fills scripts within a few hrs. This one is never in stock and being that customers have regularly scheduled refills, you would think they would keep medication stocked. Never mind the fact that they never answer the phone and when they do, they just breathe a minute and hang up on you. If they dont like their job maybe they shouldnt work in customer service

Pharmacist has poor manners. Acts like it is a huge inconvenience to fill prescriptions. They provided us with false info about a coupon for a glucose meter. Went to the web site and downloaded an offer for another model as no offer existed for the original model. Showed up 20 minutes before close after getting the coupon and returning. She said we have to wait till tomorrow. That was not an offer to transfer to a 24 hour location or to stay a little over and get it done because of the confusion. I feel it is poor service to just say no can’t do it without offering any solution or putting the customer first. I never would ask someone to do something i would not do myself. I regularly work multiple hours after my shift ends to get a customers service working. I do not just say whelp sorry it’s closing time you have to call back tomorrow.

Absolute WORST experience with passport photos. They take their pictures with a camera that has awful quality. My cell phone takes better pictures. When I mentioned it to TWO different clerks, they said... well the scanner systems says it meets all the criteria. Well... the scanner can’t tell when your printer is printing blurry pictures. And then they charged me $15 a piece for them. Go somewhere else!

Terrible customer service. Have been calling every week about film I dropped off for developing a month ago. Was told I’d have my pictures in two weeks, nobody seems to know what the process is or bothers to offer a solution. Called today and was told to call on Friday to inquire about the lab they use for photo developing. Never again. If you have an old fashioned camera and need your negatives developed, steer far away from this place. You pay your money for absolutely nothing.

Please stay away from this store, especially the manager Melissa. She is the rudest person ever, never smiles and is always miserable. She sure effect the customers with that attitude. Should there be a line backed up and if the staff ask for help and she gets called to the front, she comes by and does t say hi she treats you as if you just interrupted her. Need more happy staff at this location especially on weekend when it’s busy. Get rid of her ASAP if you want your customers to come back!!!

Horrible customer service. The employees at CVS pharmacy are flat incapable of multitasking. In addition there is always at least one person standing around doing nothing! Whether the CVS is completely empty or not...you are going to wait!
