The customer service at this Walgreens is horrible and they do not value anyones time. Waited on the inside for 10 mins to get a prescription and the line went no where. Decided to go through the drive thru instead had to wait another 10 mins for them to finish multiple COVID test only to be told the prescription is ready but the pharmacist is checking one last thing so drive back around and we will be ready for you. When asking the tech if they realized there were 4-5 cars behind me the response was yes, just drive around and by the time you wait it will be all set. This is unacceptable. If it was ready like I was instructed why am I now waiting a total of 30 mins for a prescription.

Walgreens is now the Tricare source for retired military prescriptions. We were pleased to be able to get our flu vaccine shots. Flu vaccines are especially important this year because of Covid19. Were both fully vaccinated with both Covid19 shots back in February. The flu vaccine helps prevent the flu, but also has the added benefit of ramping up our whole immune system again. Check out the CNN article showing how just haviing the flu vaccine resulted in 58% fewer hospitalizations among non-vaccinated Covid19 cases. This is critical for school students under 12 that are currently not eligible for the Covid19 vaccine. They can get at least some additional Covid benefits from simply getting the flu vaccine.

This location no longer carries many products & customer service has greatly depreciated 😒After the recent remodel this Walgreens now GREATLY lacks in products & product variety. This location had always been my Go to for hair, hygienic, nail & beauty products but now Im forced to shop elsewhere. During my last visit, there were only 2 options for hair gel (one cost aprox $2.88 & the other $17) neither were my sons favorite. My husbands preferred deodorant was no longer available. And regarding hair products, you can no longer get separate products from one brand (like wax spray, mousse, play spray, harder spray from Sexy Hair), unless mix match products from multiple product lines which usually have different scents. The only product line I saw that had a variety was Tresemme which I find stinks like bug spray.To make matters worse, the young female employee that night (March 29th, 2021) was extremely unpleasant. Dont ask her a question unless you want a rude response. She simply couldve responded she didnt know how to help me or answer my questions instead of making absurd remarks that made no sense.Ill be taking my business elsewhere from now on, such a shame since this Walgreens location had been a favorite, quick stop of mine.

Worst store ever!

On two separate visits, theyve been out of the same items for 3 weeks. It seems as if they arent restocking their inventory or the Manager isnt managing. The shelves are literally empty.

This Walgreens is like family for me. Their pharmacy staff are outstanding.

Came to add money to my pay pal account how I always do and all three people said they don’t do it they said no so just go to cvs instead guys don’t even waste your time here

Ernest the pharmacist and the pharmacy techs at this walgreens pharmacy located at 13723 Litchfield Rd, Surprise, AZ 85379 on the corner of Litchfield and Waddell is the most incompetent, definitely negligible and extremely misinformed licensed staff that are in dire need of investigation for pharmaceutical malpractice. The erroneous complete disregard for policy is beyond comprehension. I will be filing a formal complaint with the AZ Board of Pharmacy.
