Around 4 pm I went in with my son and a friend, we got very good ice cream and place was clean . The young guy that served us was very friendly and pleasant. I wanted to tip him from my card but he said was not possible to add to the transaction, I felt so bad because I had no cash with me and I apologized for that ( he said was totally fine and not to worry 😊) … but anyways, I just want to tell the owners, that you got lucky 🍀 having that young man working for you 😊.

It’s ice cream how hard can it be... scooping ice cream can be a art but it’s baskin robin my ice cream was not even into a ball form It seem like a melted patties on a cone. The employees were busy but didn’t mean they had to cut quality or amount of ice cream they are suppose to serve. The owners really need to come in and check it from time to time tables all messy missing chairs. I miss the old thrifty ice cream.

Went to Baskin Robbins because boyfriends son had never been here before. We chose the location at Waddell this afternoon. His son ordered a 3 scoop cone and when he got halfway through it, the cone paper was inside of the actual cone with ice cream inside. So irritated!

I have loved Baskin Robbins since I was kid. But, this location is super disappointing. After our fifth or sixth attempt at ‘giving them another shot’ (and after months of time in between) we visited the other night - again, to disappointment. They are usually out of three to five flavors - key flavors, like chocolate and mint chip - and the service is lacking. We have commented each time, how sad we are to see them out of so many things, and nothing has changed. Such a bummer! Please revamp things so we can come visit and support you!

I have been to this location twice in the last month. Both times they were out of at least 10 flavors. Baskin Robbins sells ice cream and can not run out of its top 10 flavors all the time. I will never go back.

We celebrated my girlfriends 31st birthday here. Only seemed fitting cause she has never been here. We love ice cream and now she is a fan. Its a simple place with lots of options. Portion size is plenty and you can sample as many as you want.

Night out with family of 8 we decided to have ice cream. Customer service was great. Only downside there are no chairs to accommodate 8 andsit comfortably and enjoy the ice cream. When asked where were all the seating I was advised chairs were broken and Not to be replaced. Sad to see a franchise care so little about their customers. Be be prepared to have your ice cream to go.

Feb 15 @ 8 pm. The worker had no help and was waiting in line for 20 mins. Then he was told to wash his hand because he kept touching his hair. I asked him to please put his hair up so he wouldn’t be touching g his hair and said he wasn’t given a hat and has nothing to put his hair up with. Like come on now your touching cones and handling food. Bring a hair band to work if they didn’t give you a hat. He kept touch his hair and many customers were disgusted. Second employee finally came after waiting 20 mins in line.

***EDIT***Since I left this review, the store had improved drastically. There are always two people working and its much nicer to visit. There still arent enough chairs for the tables, but the store is much improved. Good job.******This the worst-ran store Ive seen. Theres rarely more than one person working at a time. They run out of popular flavors. The only reason I give it 2 stars is that the Ive cream is delicious. Ill usually drive to Lichfield Park (20 minutes away) over this one, which is 5 minutes from my house.Seating is way too limited and they dont even have enough chairs for the number of tables (5) in the place.I feel sorry for the kids who work here. They try. They really do. Management is clearly the issue.

Pretty upset with this place tonight. When we arrived the line was almost out the door with only 2 people working. Then when entering the establishment someone had dropped there ice cream on the floor. That happens, but when the employee went to clean it up she mopped the floor poorly. In return just making it a slippery mess. She didn’t put the wet floor sign back and a customer almost slipped on the way out. Then looking around the place it looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks. When you look at the glass that separates the the ice cream cases you see mold. (🤢). On top of that you have an employee constantly moving his hair out of his face while handling everyone’s ice cream order. Just a real bad experience. Needless to say we left and went somewhere else.

We got a few gift cards from T-Mobile and werent sure how to use them. The staff was super friendly and helpful! I dont remember the girls name that was working but she was fantastic! We will definitely be going back.

So, I love how close this is close to my house. Staff is always friendly and always smiling. Even when there is five people deep they keep their cool. Needs more help, despite its always clean and they sure can pack the hand packed quarts.

Baskin-Robbins ice cream is awesome but pricey. The service is really good and very clean. The location is easy to find and many other places to shop.

I felt terrible for the one kid that was working on a Friday night at 8pm. This review is not about him he did great with a smile on his face. This review is for management that would make this kid work by himself on the busiest time of the entire week. At one point there were 17 people in line and that was not including the people who came in and left due to the wait.

I’ve never seen two people in who hated their jobs so much. They had the whole dang line getting attitudes as big as theirs. Also how are you out of something when I can clearly see a brand new tub sitting in the freezer? Asked for him to get me the bubblegum flavor only to be told he’s not allowed to use the unopened brand new tub of ice cream. Hmmmm 🤔

Wow ... If I could give 0 stars I would. We went to pick up our daughters Birthday cake we ordered 3 weeks prior. When her sister went to pick it up for the party we were told someone had written the wrong date down. Mistakes happen I get it, but they made no attempt to make the situation right for us. Our daughter was in tears and we had no cake for her birthday. All they offered was a refund....of course, we didnt get any product, of course we get a refund. How about a free birthday ice cream cone or maybe one of the basic cakes to make up for it...nope. When I called today to get their store # for feedback on BR website, the girls who answered the phone said um ..I dont have that information. I told her the company website says it is on the receipts, to which she replied..um no it isnt.........end of story. Get out of the cake business please!

Not only did you not have pre-pacage qts. For a customers order nor did you have the flavors of a sundae a customer wantes via dashing. Not only did the customer cancelled the order you cost me money. Kinda wish I could just stop taken runs for your store. You never have product.

Havent had it in a longtime, and didnt realize how expensive it has become for 2 scoops of ice cream. Of course my luck they ran out of mint choc.chip..... The help behind the counter were very nice.

Has a pretty good selection, but most of the flavors end up being some mixture of caramel and chocolate. Kind of disappointing. Pretty expensive, I paid over $6 for a shake barely better than a McDonalds one

Horrible cakes! I came in almost a week early to order my sons first birthday cake. I specified in writing and drawings of exactly what I wanted. They completely messed up the whole cake!!!! It wasnt at all what I ordered. Now I have less than a day to find a replacement. I will never be back again. VERY DISSATISFIED!!!!

I could focus on the Baskin Robbinsice cream product & it would be easy to rate almost all flavors as 5 stars for someone, but, Id like to focus on the excellent customer service. It is rarely crowded here, as most people buy something to take home or just grab a cone or cup to go, however, we like to take a break and enjoy our ice cream there. Almost always there are dads &/or moms taking a break to sit & enjoy some ice cream with their child(ren).Staff is friendly, know what theyre doing and seem to genuinely care about the customer....old or young!Good job!

Horrible customer service. We had to wait over 30 minutes to get three small shakes because they charged me for them and then realized that they didn’t have ANY milk to make them. So rather than just refund me, we had to wait for one of them to run across the street to buy milk.

I have never been to this Baskin-Robbins. At least I dont think so. Google told me to do a review on this Baskin-Robbins because Google thinks I have been here. I do like ice cream though. And Baskin-Robbins has always had great ice cream. So if you like ice cream, I bet you will like this place. Just went in there and there was a male and female working . The dude that was workinv was on his phone and looked miserable and I had to wait 5 mins then he finally came over only AFTER my husband called him to come over . Then when my husband asked if there was any pre packed ice cream in the back he just shrugged his shoulders and said “idk if you don’t see it then probably not” my husband then pointed out which one and the worker said “oh....well, do you want me to look in the back?” Then fast forward, he is getting my daughters ice cream and packs it full then shoved the lid on and hands it to my husband dripping all over the place and didn’t once try or offer to clean it, we had to . Definitely disappointed. Especially considering we are come in for stuff a lot . We understand people go through things and he might of had a bad day but grown ups don’t bring there issues to work because we don’t know you enough to care . You should t have employees that don’t know how to properly do their job .

Their ice cream is delicious and the employees are friendly. Their lines move quickly even when they are long.

Hand packed pint is supposed to mean packed! Ours weighted .75 lb. Not 16 oz. 25% more profit for the store. Sad.Would not go back.The more I think about it, the madder I get. 1/4 of my container was empty. At my home store they push the ice cream into the container and weigh it to be sure it is at least 16 oz.This owner is only concerned about PROFIT not the ice cream experience.

Just moved to AZ and the area, took my kiddo’s to BR31 after their 1st day of a new school and the customer service was awesome and gave us really full/big scoops of ice cream. The store was updated and clean.
