The general manager Shawna is extremely rude and likes to argue. Instead of providing customer service, she wants to debate you. She maybe better suited for road contruction so she wont have to deal with customers directly... Whatever you do, never trust this lady. I pulled my package back and request for a refund. I will never go back.

The Manager Shawna is argumentative. All I wanted to do was to ship an envelope. All we did was forget to put our mask on, we complied...but still she wanted to argue. Worst customer service ever. I couldnt trust her sending our envelope, so I decided to pull it back and get a refund. Ashley is apparently trained by Shawna as she has the same non customer attitude.

Not going back! The workers pacing back and forth around a service dog and the person the dog was for was completely uncalled for! We were using self service and being continually harassed! I will use UPS from now on!

This was my third stop this morning to have large format prints done. I was a bit frustrated and Shauna the store manager handled my frustration like a true professional even though I was short with her. Kudos to her for reminding me that honey goes further than vinegar. Highly recommend the team here.

HORRIBLE customer service. The store manager and Tommy both need heavy refreshers on how to accurately display customer service. On three occasions (twice from Tommy, once from manager... believe her name is “Angie”) shook my box, told me it needed to have more filling in it, and THEN asked me what was in the box. Luckily there was nothing fragile in my boxes all 3 times but why do something stupid and then ask questions later?! Additionally, there was no explanation any of these times as to why my box was not properly filled!!!! Explain to me what the problem is and I’ll fix it! Instead they just told me that it’s an additional charge for them to fill and repackage my box(es) and sent me on my way. Tonight was the last straw that broke the camels back. Both Angie and Tommy were working tonight - the “dream team” of horrible service... Angie told me I need to go get newspaper from Sprouts and come back. I explained to her it was a box with literally nothing but two empty baggies and a receipt. My box was a returned item for a full refund and I was instructed to ship the way it was received... with NO ADDITIONAL FILL. I would understand if what I was ship any of these three times held value so they wouldn’t be liable during the shipping process if anything broke, but I explained every time that there was no value to my “questionable” items. Yet there was zero explanation as to why this almost empty, valueless box could not be taken, nor did she bother to ask if i would be interested in purchasing additional fill from her store!!! I ship here 3-4 times a week for items that I legitimately sell on consignment and will be moving my business elsewhere. I tried calling the store 3 times after I left to get some explanation and file a complaint (not that the store manager would have cared since I’m complaining about her and the other employee in there) and it just kept ringing until the phone automatically disconnected... I was the only one in the store this evening and I highly doubt they had a mad rush after I left and were unable to answer the phone. I hope these kinds of reviews are taken seriously by the company.

I paid $11.00 to send a business size envelope to WA. Delivery in 3 days. Sent Wednesday but wont arrive till Monday because Saturday and Sunday are not business days. I could have mailed it for 50 cents with the post office. I will NEVER use FedEx again.

Every time I go into this location to ship something they tell me my packing is unacceptable and it will need to be repacked! This offer is not a suggestion, but a mandate that they cannot ship the item without doing this. Of course they are always happy to offer this service for a fee. The third time was my wake up call, I took my packages and I went directly across the street to OfficeMax who also ships FedEx and sent the exact same packages with no issues. No repackaging needed. Then to add some extra feel good to my efforts, I even got reward points added to my OfficeMax account for the 100 bucks I just spent. Dont let this place screw you, there are much better options right next to their location.

Went in for a simple fax and got tremendous service. Since then Ive been back many times and always get fantastic treatment. Great employees and friendly service. Everyone is very helpful, especially the tall handsome guy who works nights. Couldnt recommend them more.

I want to commend this Surprise Fedex workers. Every time I go in there, no matter what I always receive the greatest greeting, service and always leave with warm thank yous. The workers here are angels and great at what they do. The two girls that look like twins that work on Saturdays are great! And I love the Christian music they always got going on.

Hate coming here. They always have something say about packages, be like UPS or USPS and just ship my package. They worry too much about duct tape & opening an unopened box from a manufacturer for returns. If I am not worried about my package then you shouldnt be after the 3rd time expressing.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Customer service is terrible. They have no clue what they are doing or what the actual fedex policies are. They just make them up as they go. Everytime we go in there they say our packaging is no good and they can not ship the way it is packaged however other fed ex stores take the package just fine. It is now seeming like they want to get the extra money for them to ship it. This is absurb and needs to be looked into. I will no longer go here as they are crooks and trying to make u pay more for something that has no issues.

OMGoodness... times have changed... Brittany is the new manager at this location... 2/24/15 anyone remember her from the Thunderbird and 51st ave...? Great personality and awesome customer service... a little bit further of a drive for me, but I will make it work... If you ever have an issue at this store, I would talk to Brittany about it... seen her work at the other place for years, always left happy, even if something was wrong, she always works to make sure the customer (me) are happy!

One lady that works here seems to be very friendly, represents the company well, always smiling, and helpful. The second lady seems to have an oppositional relationship with customers.Not sure that working the front lines is her specialty.

Nice store, but the customer service stinks! Dylan was having an issue with his register and since I had already paid for my items online I let him know that I was simply picking them up and just wanted to know if they were ready or if needed to come back. He rudely tells me in a minute and proceeds to just wait on the register. After about 10 minutes he finally says well whats your name? I tell him and he asks, did you pay online? of course i did!!! He proceeds to say sorry to make you wait just to pick this up in a condesending manner. I will just go to the fedex thats further away than to deal with them in Surprise!

Simply awful customer service. Rude and very condescending, I have worked in customer service for the last 18 years for a company who ranks number 1 in customer service per JD Powers. If I spoke to a client/customer in the same way I was talked to by your employees. I would be in the unemployment office. I will not do business at this location again. Wake up Fedex you need to clean house at this location.

Awesome ladies friendly helping us packaged our things less than 15 min in and out.12/18/17 just in time for Christmas 3-4 days to MN. Price was 15.00 cheaper than shipping on the plane for luggage

Horrible! They are incompetent. Sevasti C. was very rude! What should have taken 15 minutes to print, they said they needed overnight. They said they would call when it was done. They did not call. They are hiring lazy people and very rude as well. Stay away!
