This store and every employee that Ive worked with go above and beyond. They are more than courteous, they take care of each of us with all the care of being with just you regardless of how busy it is. I always enjoy their sense of humor and how well they know their jobs. I love that they allow the individual to decide whether or not to wear a mask and make it clear. There are many other stores to choose from so if you really need to see the employees wearing a mask Id suggest you go down the street rather than insisting on imposing your wishes on them. We are a still a free society with the ability to choose and I for one appreciate that consideration. If you want great service with a great attitude and a smile then this is your store. First of all, I avoid UPS at all costs due to the irreparable damage they have rendered to my packages in the past without compensation. However, I had a client generate a UPS label on their account so I went here to ship the package. Ups charges you $3 to print a ups label ON TOP of shipping charges. FedEx renders this service for free. Not only that, the associate who helped me was having a very bad day. I wish I could have helped her, but she acted like she was there at gunpoint. Stay with FedEx or even ship with the USPS

The owners are fantastic, very kind. But I do not understand how they have a staff that are so cruel and truly disgusting human beings. Why and how is it okay to tell your life story of how sad you are to someone who is just returning Amazon products? Like really? I do not care. Such negative energy in this store. They may be mask free but I would rather wear a mask to another store than visit here again.

So appreciated seeing a store operating in a free enterprise system meaning it is their choice as owners to have the option of not making their employees or customers wear masks. They are considerate of everyone by posting this policy on the outside their store so as to give everyone the option to enter or not to enter under their policy. Just as Costco continues to insist everyone wear a mask and it is their right to do that also. Giving the customer the choice as to whether they enter or go down the road. Thank you for the great service and offering those of us that arent scared to death by the media an alternative to shop at our own risk and decision. All of your employees have survived the pandemic coming into contact with thousands of customers for well over a year. 😁

Avoid this branch at all costs. Its an absolute disaster. I went to there with my elderly mother, who uses a wheelchair and an oxygen device to breath, to get essential paperwork notarized. None of the staff at the store were wearing masks. When I politely asked them if they could wear a mask while helping my mom, they put up a big stink, and made it seem like we were being unreasonable. They got very worked up about it, even though the customers were clearly bothered and uncomfortable that they were not wearing masks. We should have just walked out right then. When they finally agreed to mask up to help my mom, they were so mad that were were infringing on their rights not to wear them, they made a mistake on the paperwork! Basically, we went all the way there only to have to do it again somewhere else because they did it wrong. The owners and staff are unprofessional and incompetent. Save your time and head to the UPS Store branch down the road at Bell and Reems (who were helpful and lovely). Its well worth it.

I went to this location to print one document from a usb drive. Their copy machines are so old that you cannot print from their copiers. The only way to print from a usb drive is their computer which I was informed is broken and has been broken for weeks. The staff were rude and although I use UPS services in multiple states my experience at this store was the worst I have ever experienced. Go to one of the other locations, this location is poorly managed and staffed.

I had about 7 very large boxes I had to return to the retailer and this was the only option offered by the retailer to ship the defective products back. Needless to say, I was DREADING having to go through the whole ordeal. Yet, this store made my day! They made the entire process quick (in and out in less than 10 minutes!!). They went out of their way to help, were very friendly, efficient, and considerate. The store was clean and spotless and well organized. I dont care if it costs a few extra bucks to send by UPS, anytime I need to ship anything, Ill be coming here!

Look, if you need to drop off a UPS package and not really interact with anyone, its fine. Just dont get too close. They dont wear masks, cough all over the place while working, and are incredibly rude. I went in for an Amazon dropoff, kept my distance because of their lack of empathy, and said thank you when handed my receipt. Only to be responded to with a have a good day as I was walking away and looking at my receipt. I guess because I didnt answer with you too! immediately, it wasnt fast enough for her. She then, at full room volume, said Or not. I wont be using this location again.

I was quite surprised when dropping off a couple packages for shipping to find the 2 employees had no masks or other face covering. With our community having a large senior population one would think they would be more caring about their customers. I was quite surprised when I asked the employee waiting on me “aren’t you required to wear a mask? “, replied “No”. I believe it is a city mandate!

Have you not noticed the deaths in the community? Mostly older people. Have you not noticed the age demographic for mailing things around the holidays? Mostly older people. So disappointed. No masks on employees. Sign on door advises that some employees are not wearing masks due to health reasons. Four employees there and only one mask. Sign advises that they have been reported for mask violation but they are within their rights.So, as a customer, I have the right to never step foot in your store again. There are many kinds of masks and many kinds of shields; certainly something would work. WARNING, NOT SAFE DO NOT ENTER.

Their customer service is terrible and rude. They have a sign indicating that that due to health issues employees do not wear a mask. I have severe lung issues and trust me I am wearing a mas because if I get sick mostlikely Ill be loosing my job. Please make changes to the ignorant sign. Do not justify or hide behind an underlying condition. Be a true American and protect your clients, our older population, and the vulnerable. Be part of a solution and stop your tantrum. Went to this store, and none of the employees were wearing a mask or a shield. Obviously, they dont care about the health of their customers. Selfish attitude.I left. Look at all the reviews and complaints about the employees not wearing masks at this location. There are two other UPS stores in Surprise, one at 15508 W. Bell Road and one at 13954 W. Waddell Rd. that dont have complaints about the employees not wearing a mask. Ill spend my money at a business that values their customers. In my opinion, if you want to do your best to stay safe, go to another UPS store .

Unlike a previous reviewer, I appreciate the fact that staff doesnt wear masks. Its nice to be able to hear people clearly when they speak, see their smiling faces, and know that they realize science backs them up...not the hyperbole the media is attempting to perpetuate.I have been coming to this store for many years, and I have utilized a variety of their services. There hasnt been a situation in which they have deserved to lose my business, so I will continue to be a supporter of our local business owner.

Two of the employees were not wearing face coverings. I dont care if youre personally a COVID-19 denier or not. If you work for a business that works with the public and the employees arent mandated to wear face coverings then you are putting your customers and other employees, as well as their families, at a higher risk.I thought all businesses were past this by now. I highly recommend staying away from this store as well as UPS as a whole. They do not care for others health, just their own personal politics.

I walked into this UPS store and was shocked to see 5 employees all not wearing masks. It appears that the store had not enacted any changes since the pandemic began. The only thing that was being enforced was social distancing. However, once you went inside, that social distancing was pointless as youre standing 2ft away from a maskless employee. There were no hand sanitizers, no plexiglass barriers, nothing.I asked one of the employees why they werent wearing masks and she replied with theyre trying to control us. I knew at this point that these people could not be reasoned with and simply walked out and went to a UPS store 5 minutes away that was in full compliance and had much friendlier staff.I am aware that each UPS store is independently owned, and this store happened to be family-owned. For my protection, I called the store and asked to speak with the owner the same day, the owner happened to also be in the store. I wasnt going to speak with a maskless employee for 10 minutes in-person. I wanted to gain an understanding as to why his employees were not wearing masks.The owner who said he was from the UK went on to explain that COVID was a hoax meant to cause a media scare, the vaccine was meant to depopulate the world, PCR testing is inaccurate, something about leaking air disease, he brought up Bill Gates Ted Talk about depopulating the world, and election fraud. I had a conversation with him for 10 minutes on the phone, and he seemed to be in no rush. He couldve been going on for hours explaining everything to me. I think I was the first to actually call in and listen to his reasoning rather than swear at him and hang up the phone.Anyways, I brought up that phone conversation to show you these employees are a threat to the public. They dont know what theyre dealing with and not listening to medical experts. Im surprised that this store hasnt been shut down yet.

They were very helpful today, as I needed to ship large patio blinds back for a warranty issue. After I got home I realized I forgot to include a message in the package that the manufacturer would need, so I called the store and they jotted down my message and info and included inside the package. I use this UPS location regularly for my business and its always been great! They have professionally packed and shipped packages for me both in the United States and to Canada and Europe. I’ve shipped everything from fine art to chandeliers to small furniture pieces and all my shipments have always arrived to their destinations in excellent condition. And theyve always worked to get me the lowest quote for shipping. Everyone that works here is very nice and they know what they’re doing. I highly recommend this location.

I got to the store at 4:53 and the door was locked, even though every sign in the window says they are open until 5 oclock. I knocked on the glass door, and both workers pretended not to hear me, retreating quickly into the back area where I couldnt see them. I also tried calling, and no one picked up. I have one small package to mail out. Terrible customer service!

I visited this branch yesterday to return an Amazon package. I was very disturbed that none of the employees were wearing masks. This included all four employees including the gentleman who assisted me. All of the customers in the store were wearing masks so it just added to a very public demonstration of the lack of concern by UPS employees for their customers. Maybe dont include a photo of a UPS employee wearing a mask on your site if you have chosen not to abide by recommendations to wear a mask.

Ordered business cards today. Note: there is a set-up fee which you can avoid by designing your own card, and saving your finished card as a photo on your phone. They said 2 to 3 days to print the cards.They will call me when order is completed. Counter help was polite but had to keep checking with someone else to answer my questions. Family owned franchise, and well organized products on display.

Absolutely horrendous. Dropped off a package to be shipped next day air to Chicago. They held onto the package for absolutely no reason for 7 days. They didnt even tell us they were doing so nor that there were some discrepancy with the package. After an investigation UPS found the package at the store and they returned it to our warehouse which is located less than 2 MILES away from the store and charged us another $30 on top of initially REFUSING to refund the $75 paid for a crucial next day air shipment that NEVER WAS SHIPPED. How does shipping a package 2 miles equal $30?!?!?!They claimed hazardous material since we marked the package as such because it was a small tablet with a battery. The thing is, for individual items like computers UPS doesnt even require small batteries inside them to be marked and shipped as hazardous materials...they just ship them. The package was declared as hazardous material with a small lithium ion battery simply as a professional courtesy towards UPS (also because its standard practice to mark packages containing batteries as such so ISSUES SUCH AS THE ONE WE EXPERIENCED DONT ARISE DURING SHIPPING!) UPS got rid of its no shipping batteries policy years ago! So the STORE DOESNT EVEN KNOW UPS OWN POLICIES! UPS billing was even baffled because everybody knows you dont get charged for returned to sender shipments, especially not on the return trip back, but we got charged anyway.We ended up being charged $105 for a $75 package that never got delivered. Ended up mailing next day air via USPS (Post Office.) The Post Office asked ZERO questions, shipped the same tablet, packaged exactly the same, for a third of the price with NO ISSUES. 3+ months later were still fighting UPS about these charges on our account since numerous random charges keep popping up in regards to that shipment. UPS billing department is currently trying to fix the ridiculous charges that we received. The manager here needs to take accountability for the terrible service here and an investigation needs to be launched into the shady business practices.

I had a cell phone to return. I had a prepaid mailing label and box. I didnt have an 8 inch piece of tape to seal the box. I was told they would not tape the box unless I made a donation to the Phoenix Childrens hospital. I called the manager and he said that was the policy because of the promotion. I told him I would take my business elsewhere and he said that was my prerogative .I went 1.5 miles down the road to the store at reems and Bell and was greeted with smiles and great customer service. I will take all my business there from now on.

Inquired at this location with Greg I think it was about the price of shipping a box, granted it was a 70 x 14 x 14 box but it was only 20 lbs and shipping in the US, he quoted me $250... I said thats crazy and your website says $153 and he said it was wrong and that its $250... I went down the road to fedex and shipped it for $133.... Im now done with UPS, I was warned they were gonna be expensive but didnt expect $250 to ship a 20lb box... shop around folks as UPS was twice the others, this place just grossly inflates their prices because they take advantage of the elderly in the area who may not want to drive, my wife was quoted $18 over post office for a small box shipping a few weeks ago, just a mile or two down the road is better and cheaper options, went back to UPS website to put in the dimensions and weight of my box today and says $152... they quoted $250... that was their markup I guess, nice local business

Had an unexpected, urgent deadline thrown at me (literally, 30mins to print and prepare hundreds of pages of multiple exhibits). The UPS Store employees were INCREDIBLY helpful by quickly ensuring our every need was met - staplers, staple removers, alligator clips, paper clips, printers (B/W and Color), etc.Had it not been for the dedicated support of these employees, our deadline would surely have been missed.Will ABSOLUTELY use their services in the future.

OMG, Please stay away. This place is right next to where I work and they make so many mistakes. They sent $500 worth of Dresses to Amazon that were suppose to go to LULUs and vitamins to LULUs that were meant for Amazon. What a mess and I am out that money. The young kid that was helping me grabbed the boxes and would not let me tape up the boxes. He grabbed my labels and said he would take care of it. I had a bad feeling and I should have listened. Now I am out $500. On top of this the last 4 times I have been in here to ship out or mail something, I am asked to make a donation. To What? Im not really sure but I think its Hip National Bank. Very unprofessional and I will never do business with them again. I am sick over this and I am LIVID!

The computer’s internet wasn’t working correctly and when I asked the staff about it they blamed it on user error. They were rude and completely useless. I went 1.5 miles down bell to another location and completed my task on equipment that worked without any assistance from the staff.

I have used this location several times and every time the service was less than stellar. Usually have long lines because of the very slow service. The last time that I was there was on a Saturday and they were closed at 2 o’clock in the afternoon. Their website says they’re open until 5 o’clock and the sign on her door so they are open until 3 o’clock.
