Would have given negative rating had there been an option.When I tried negotiating price for service I was planning on to get from here, the mechanic says “if you talk, I’ll increase the cost”. We were traveling from PHX up to bend Oregon when my truck started to overheat and had steam coming from under the hood. USAA had the truck towed here and we couldnt have been more fortunate. Our mechanic was Walt who is also a co-owner. He was quick to find the leak, and had parts delivered and installed before we even knew what was wrong with it. Unfortunately it had a bad o-ring and we had to wait a bit long for a second part. Walt knew we were hungry and was nice enough to take us to lunch! It was a great small town experience all around and we were thrilled to get back on the road the same day. We wont forget this place! Thanks Walt!
