We recently purchased a used car here. The sales experience was great. They found us exactly what we were looking for at a very fair price. The salesman Shane even went to Redding to pick up the car and delivered it to our house the same day. The only trouble we had was with the service department. It took several trips to get the work done right. To their credit they gave us a rental car at no charge. We are very happy with the car.

I had my vehicle towed here because it wouldnt start or take to a jump start. I had told them what the problem was and that I believed it was battery/fuse related as did the tow truck mechanic.What the mechanics at the Auto Center did instead was bring to light all these other issues my new used vehicle was and repaired them. Now the redeeming quality of this is, I needed these repairs regardless if thats what I was there for or not. The reason why I am giving them such a low review is because they REFUSED to acknowledge the reason I brought it in. It took over a month for it to get fixed and didnt have any loaners for me to use in the time being.When I came to pick up the vehicle they had to jump start it for me (RED FLAG) but insisted it was due to it sitting in the cold for a while. Got it home, didnt start the next morning. They didnt fix the one issue I had asked them to. Absolutely ridiculous.

In years past I have dealt with this dealership and been happy. But this week it was a very different situation. Not sure if its the change with the new ownership, or just true colors shining through. While I can say that the words that come out of their mouths seem helpful their actions are the alternative. They dont care about their customer base. Absolutely use caution with these folks. In the auto industry, these folks (folks being substituted for a derogatory 4 letter word) are snake oil salesmen!I took my car in for a recall repair. Every deadline they claimed they failed on. Every time they said they would do something, they drug their heels to the point it was evident they didnt care. It was obvious, you didnt buy it from here.... Too bad you tried to bring it here for service.... Ford and Mopar should both pull away from this plagued dealership like Chevy did years ago.

Susanville auto center changed my life. They got me approved when no one else could. Thanks to them my credit score is going up and many doors have been opened to me. They even got me a relatively low monthly payment. I just have to say thank you to susanville auto center.

No respect for customers what so ever from the employees or the service department manager. “they are absolutely rude”...i’ll be taking my business somewhere else. I hope the owner can see this review and train his staff properly since this is the only dealership in town.

Check Engine light activated on my 2016 RAM EcoDiesel, Mon afternoon. I stopped by the Service Dept on Tue morning to see about an appt. The friendly service writer informed me he could have it looked at within the hour; I agreed. The shuttle driver then transported me and my clubs to the golf course. About 11:30, I was notified via phone my truck was ready and also asked if I needed a ride from GC to the dealership. I declined the offer since I had a friend heading that way. Upon arrival, a friendly lady gave me my key and a bag of popcorn with a potential prize in it - I didnt win; the only non-positive part of this entire experience. Five Star Service.. THANKS!!!
