I found myself believing I needed a new fob for my car. The one I had no longer do anything but start the car if the fob was held next to the start button. I finally broke down a decided to pay the $267 + to get a new fob. I learned I no longer needed to leave town but our ACE now carried them. Jon came to my assistance. As he was gathering what was needed I mentioned my mechanic said I just needed a new battery. When I opened the fob all I found was circuitsNo battery. Jon said it does have a battery and gladly shower me the circuits pop out turn it over and thereWas my battery. He then went got the needed battery put it in and no need for a new fob. I said all this to make this point he could have sold a new fob for over $267.00 but put in a $5 battery. I find it is difficult in Susanville to receive good customer service. Jon proved through his actions doing the right thing still can be found in our community. Thanks Jon and ACE Hardware Susanville CA.

Best place to find just about anything for home improvement and outdoors equipment. The folks working here are kind and professional. The establishment is clean and has a huge variety. If they dont have it you can have it ordered. Decent pricing too, not too bad at all.

Very friendly staff very knowledgeable staff lots of problem solving solutions for the homeowner and home builder and a good assortment of fasteners nuts and bolts and if you have an old sample of what youre looking for you might be able to match it up there because they keep their shelves pretty well stocked. if youre uncertain of whether or not what youre looking for will be found always call ahead to verify what they have an inventory and they can help you.

They are very helpful and they usually always have what Im looking for. They gave me a discount for a bulk purchase. I also can get stuff on line and have it shipped to the store for free. One thing I have noticed is the same men and women who work on the floor have been there a long time. I have been going there for some time and see the same people working there.

Ace hardware in Susanville has tons of fishing stuff. They have every color of needlefish speedy shiners Macks lures stuff for down riggers and much more. The local Walmart has been picked over no new items since COVID19 broke out. If you are needing lure Jenson, Macks, speedy shiners ect this is the best place to go.

Mr Billington runs a tight ship si all your needs will be taken care of. Good people working here.

Good selection for a small town store. Great help here too. Prices are higher than Home D. or Lowes, but not out of line. Try driving to Reno at 4 bucks a gallon to save money. I shop here as much as I can.

Good selection clean store. Friendly staff they have most of what you need you might want to go to a different store if you have a job that requires specialized items or tools.great place for the quick fixes. Hope this helps

Cant explain how impressed with Billington Ace Hardware. Arlin donates so much for our little community. But today I went in to find the store putting together a box of goods together to send down to the Camp fire in Butte County. Thank you Billington Ace Hardware.

I use to go to this branch quite frequently the employees are nice and helpful when I would shop there.but Ive had problems with there to royal brand paint. Just with the 1 gallon buckets my first incident the bottom of the bucket failed and spilled all over the concrete of a house I was painting I was able to clean it up.but it happened again I bought the royal brand paint 1 gallon bucket and the bottom failed again but this time in the trunk of my wifes car I saved the bucket and reached out to ace hardware multiple times Ive called,emailed and went to the store personely to resolve the problem I left them multiple ways to contact me and Ive never got a response they just left me out to dry.I will be using home depot from now on.

Nicely laid out. Staff couldnt have been friendlier. Even though they didnt sell what I needed, they told me who might. Definitely starting with them every time.

From Portland Oregon and we could easily fit the two SE Portland stores inside of just the Bullington store. I liked it wish I had more time to loose myself inside this store.

Not one employee had a mask on .the sign on the front door was gone. If I had another store to go to I would.will only go there if absolutely necessary

Helpful staff. Its the only hardware in town; Walmart doesnt have much in the way of hardware. Ace is expensive tho. If Walmart has a similar item then its always cheaper at Walmart. We have no Home Depot or anything similar in this town.
