Small town lumber yard that is willing to go the extra mile for their community. If they dont have it they will do what they can to get it. Nice not having to drive to Reno to get something locally.

Experienced folks and very helpful with what I needed for my project.

They are definitely not Professional. I have called and order a martial list ahead of time to have pulled. Then when I got there they tell me that they didnt have my martial in the size I needed then told me they have it in a bigger size but not as many as I needed. By the end of it I was told if I would have called ahead they would have been able to pull it for me! It was a complete waste of my time and gas to go there. On top of them being rude I will more then likely not be going there again.

It was good went my husband didnt have help to load it 30 steps stones 3 bags of play sand the first time this happen

Slowest line in history. Like the smooths from zootopia. Not a great selection of wood. Lots find it worth the time to drive 1.5 hours to reno for wood...BUT they have great people there so it is what it is. Im just reviewing.

Ive always used Payless for my material and building needs, good prices and decent lumber and hardware for construction. Staff is helpful and sincere.

Horrible lumber for high prices number one. Number two I stood around for 30 minutes waiting for prices on different items and the manager told his yard guy that I could wait longer. Went to reno and left for about half the price with 2x4s that are actually straight. Hard to shop local when managers have no customer service anymore.

Office staff was rude and mean-spirited and possibly racist. Outside staff was friendly and tried to be helpful but didnt really listen to me when I asked him to do something.
