I had a terrible experience at another location and Taylor the manager did everything to make it right. He fixed the problem and went the extra mile. He got my order right, followed up, and gave me a free part to use while I was waiting for the part I was trying to order. Yes, I said free, as in I didnt need to return it. I will definitely go back and recommend this location to everyone I know. Thank you, Taylor.

Its ok. Typical AutoZone. Deals arent anything to get too excited about. Staff is unmotivated putting in minimal effort and extremely slow checkout times. Its clear that most of the employees dont want to be there. They dont offer basic services like verifying youre buying the right items unless you ask. Id give this store a C- because theres plenty of room for improvement. Id recommend they shuffle some employees around and put the people who clearly dont want to engage with retail customers on commercial delivery duty and cleaning duty etc.

After the sale of the grocery operation to the Fleming Companies of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, the name of the company was changed to AutoZone to reflect the new focus and to settle a lawsuit brought by Tandy Corporation for infringing on Tandys Radio Shack trademark.[2]On July 4, 1979, the first store opened in Forrest City, Arkansas[3] under the name of Auto Shack.[4] Doc Crain was the stores first manager. Sales that first day totaled $300.00.1980sEditIn 1981, Express Parts or VDP is implemented to get the customers hard to find parts by special ordering them through wholesalers. Total stores was 73 in 7 states. In 1984, the company became the first auto parts retailer to create a quality control program for its parts. The 4th Distribution Center in Greenville, South Carolina opens. Total of stores is 339 in 15 states.AutoZone store sign in Phoenix, ArizonaIn 1987, Auto Shack officially changed its name to AutoZone.[4] The first AutoZone store was in Enid, Oklahoma. Ive bought many parts from here Ive gotten faulty parts, do not buy ball joints from here they were bad after I put them in. They lasted about a week. Employees are most of the time very nice but not educated even a little bit in vehicles so they are not to helpful. Some of the managers are know it alls which leaves a bad impression on a customer. Parts from here are more expensive than parts from oreilly oreilly Ive never had any problems with. They are horrible at assisting a customer that they order the wrong part for. Dont buy it before you have it ordered because if you dont have the receipt and order they order the wrong part for you they will only give you i store credit. They say you dont need the recipt as well because they make a note saying you paid for it. Im fed up with autozone, they lost a customer that had bought hundreds of parts from this store.
