Went in to find some simple plugs for blocking off the ports on my master cylinder when bench bleeding it. The guy behind the counter didnt seem to want to help. The guys at Autozone in Sussex and also the Ace Hardware store were a lot more willing to help. Guess these kinds of experiences should be expected when the counter people arent car people. Sussex NAPA will never be a place I shop ever again.

Elderly store associated used profanity toward me for asking to have a product ordered in. Found this odd. Gentleman told me that he was not the owner and would not tell me his name or the owners. I left the store and bought the parts down the street. I will never return to a Napa again. This type of customer service is unfortunate for the company to which he represents. Napa should probably do a little bit more digging on who they hire. There are folks out there who actually enjoy there jobs, this man was not one of them.Napa commented back which says of course they are in the right and the customer is wrong. This company should should be defunded and disbanded for such an accusation. To keep a company successful and keep the customers coming back you have to keep them satisfied. Not to mention to power of social media these days along with word of mouth. I recommend this company seek advice from Advanced Auto Parts, they have fantastic customer relations!

Cant wait till the bigger building. Napa has helped me keep my blazer on the road for 330,000 and counting. Guys at this shop are friendly and helpful. Like loaning you a funnel in a pinch instead of charging you 5 for the cheap one.
