After the purchase of our house, we needed to install gutters and cover the soffit and facia (we wanted to keep the original wood siding on the house). The salesman did a good job selling the service. The installation quality varied on who was sub-contracted. The gutters were done well. The soffit and facia needed multiple corrections. Exterior Pros Customer Service was lacking. It took a while for them to follow up with messages left; it just took persistence on my part to keep calling. I sent pictures, they sent someone to come look at the job and he concurred with the pictures - each side of the house was done differently, the corners and peaks the most noticeable. I was told by this gentleman that the salespeople promise whatever it takes to get the sale and the metal can only be bent so much to customize the covering. He explained that they covered the best they could considering their limitations with the metal (We have an early 1900s house.), but the corners and joinings were done poorly. After this visit, then the subcontractors were scheduled to come out. When the corrections were made, we now have noticeable white patches on our red house where their ladders rested. It seemed like a long, drawn-out process to have something corrected which proper vetting of subcontractors could have prevented in the first place. 3 stars are generous - We appreciated Exterior Pros attempting to make things right once we were able to get in touch with them and the gutters were done well.

Worked with Exterior Pros to replace my roof after a hail storm and wind damage. They were on time, professional, and did a great job. They helped me file my claim with insurance and helped me understand the details of the paperwork. Everything showed up on time, the materials, workers, dumpster and hail away. I literally didn’t have to do much but pick the shingle color. Would recommend them!

Exterior Pro’s staff is very professional. I was impressed with the first contact with the salesman who came to my home to tell me about the company, gave me details about the family owned business and how it started., showed me a video presentation so I could understand the passion behind the business. Honestly I didn’t really research other companies or get comparison prices but I am very satisfied with my new Windows. The proceeds takes a long time & longer waits due to Covid/supply issues. I have an older farmhouse so custom windows were necessary. Shout out to the young man who was first at my home for instillation. He realized a small mixup and fixed the problem immediately. The only suggestion I would have is to ask for more updates from Exterior Pros along the way to keep me updated on the process because it was over a several month long process. Love my new windows. Fit well, look great and easy to keep clean!!

Exterior Pros is a professional, locally owned company that provides amazing services and does top notch work! The process of getting everything set up was seamless. The team was very friendly and responsive to all of my questions, and communicated everything I’d need to know. During the day the work was being completed, everything went as planned and the crew was very respectful of the property. The project was completed on time and I even received a call after to follow up and ensure I was satisfied with everything. Definitely a great company to work with and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get work done!

*Edited to increase rating to 2 stars because the guys who actually installed the Windows did a good job and were generally knowledgeable and friendly.*Horribly unorganized and generally not forthcoming company.My experience sounds very similar to many of the other separate poor reviews. Grossly overquoted for mid quality windows compared to other companies I recieved quotes from. Quoted more than 30percent higher than the final just for you if you agree today price by three separate sales reps from Exterior Pros. I caved at the last sit down out of desperation to just get them against my better judgement. I was told, and signed a contract saying material delivery and installation would be no later than 90 days from that point-end of May. I was also made to provide a blank check for the Exterior Pros to automatically withdraw 3 separate payments of $5k from my account. The first was for deposit at time of signing, second was SUPPOSED to be on date of material delivery according to the contract, third was supposed to be upon completion. On day 94 after ordering I was sent an email saying that Windows were on their way and a rep would be reaching out to me shortly. A couple weeks later I recieved a call that everything was ready, and I could schedule installation later that week. I was called back the day prior and told that Exterior Pros would have to reschedule for the following week because weather on Monday made their jobs run long. On the day I had been told on the phone that installation would begin, I recieved an email saying that Exterior Pros had to delay because they did not have the proper equipment to install my windows. At the same time I recieved the delay email, the $5k delivery installation was withdrawn from my account with no notice or delivery. In fact I recieved no answer to my phone calls asking what was going on until almost a week later. At that point I received another call with the good news that my windows were ready, and as long as exterior pros could get the equipment they needed to install my windows, we should be good to schedule for the following week. When asked why I was charged with no notice, communication, or delivery of product per the contract, I was told that they would take money off my final Bill, and agreed to schedule. I was surprised on the Saturday morning before our Monday installation by a truck dropping off a 5x10 metal pallet of the Windows in our yard (which is still there a week after completion.) When the installer(s) showed up around 10 on Monday, the equipment they had been waiting on wasnt there. The rental lift that had supposedly delayed the whole project by almost 2 months at this point was dropped off at 4p and discovered to not be appropriate for their needs. Its replacement showed up around noon the following day. 24 hours later, they finished the 2.5 day window install I had been told at sale shouldnt take more than a day. The company had no final inspection, check, or walk around procedure. Just a quarter sheet to sign saying i was satisfied, and told that someone would be by that day to remove the pallet and lift from the yard. They are still there a week later. I was called by an exterior pros rep two days after completion, where I asked again about pickup and was told theyd be gone the next day. I was also asked for approval to run my final payment. I asked what they were taking off the bill per the same representatives verbal agreement with me for all the issues regarding contractual terms, specifically charging a payment installation without delivery or notification. I was told that their billing department would be notified and I would hear back before charging my account. That was 5 days ago. I was just charged full value, with no contact, no notification, no adjustment. And their equipment is still in my yard.

Exterior Pros installed my new walk-in shower and I absolutely love it .It is so wonderful looking and great to use. I have a seat to sit on if I want. From the initial consultation to the final installation, everything was Great. Justin, our sales rep, spent time explaining their products and process, he was honest with cost and even suggested a more cost effective window. Carl was our installer, he was prompt and professional, explained what he was doing and answered any questions I had while he was there. When complete, you couldn’t tell that any work had been done, that is how clean my living room looked, and my new picture window looked amazing!My husband and I will definitely be hiring Exterior Pros for more projects we have within our home.

Exterior Pros did a complete tear down and replacement of my roof. The process leading up to the job was very straightforward. The team was exceptionally responsive to any questions that I had come up. They articulated my options very well. In my situation, my home owners insurance was involved. Exterior Pros helped me navigate through working with them. The completion of the work was pretty smooth. They were in and out in two days. They handled the cleanup.

It should probably be stated that I am new to the window buying business, so my ignorance for this business is likely high. I didnt know that buying windows is similar to buying cars... meaning that the price they quote you is not the actual price. I guess this makes sense considering that the price you are paying for windows is extraordinarily high and they are loaded with commissions. Exterior Pros was the second of the three quotes I received. Their initial offer was $17,000 higher than the lowest bid. While their presentation was good, it was also very similar to the other presentations. I balked at their offer. They called me within the next few days trying to earn my business and were willing to come down in price due to new rebates and conversations with their sales manager who can change the price. I never got a final figure from them, but this tactic rubs me the wrong way. Had I not done my due diligence by getting multiple quotes and signed with their initial proposal, they would have been pocketing an extra $17,000 (or more). Im sure that their windows are very good and that they will do a good job installing, but beware of their cost. Be sure to negotiate and get several quotes. Their tactic is underhanded and gives this business a bad rap. Next time, stop playing games with people and give them your best offer. I wont be needing windows any time soon, but I will definitely pass this info on to anyone who will be looking to buy windows/doors anytime soon.

Sitting in my living room since noon waiting for the windows to be installed that have been sitting in my driveway as of this morning. I was told they will arrive between noon and one. It is now 3:40 PM and I had to call them to find out that no one is coming. Note to self on Friday I just had a bone marrow transplant surgery so sitting in my living room for almost 4 hours it’s pretty painful and just more stress added to myself. Now I’m told I have to wait til Thursday morning. Just what I need as I’m trying to recover. Not happy at all!

During the Covid-Summer of 2020 we had our house completely resided. The siding we had on the house was the original still from 1978 so we needed it bad. Working with Jay Schwenn from exterior pros was a delight and his hardworking crew was able to rip off the old siding and add insulation and put on the new siding in a day!

From start to finish everything was great. When Chris performed the initial inspection he explained everything very clearly, he came back to talk with the insurance adjuster during their visit, and was very responsive to any question s that I had. The work was performed very quickly, we even had a rain delay. The crew doing the work was on time and worked all day, they did a very thorough job cleaning up at the end of each day. They were able to work with my insurance company for payment so I didnt have to deal with that hassle. Overall working with Exterior Pros was a great experience.

Do NOT use these guys. They sub contract the work out and dont even pay the sub-contractors. A few months after they installed my roof the actual contractor showed up demanding payment and threatening to put a lien on our home if we didnt get the payment resolved. We brought this to Exterior Pros attention and after many months it was finally resolved. Absolutely RIDICULOUS. WE PAID IN FULLEdit: after reading more low rated comments this waste of DNA likes to claim every negative review is fake. This is VERY real, and before you say you dont have an account with my name. The house and contract are in my girlfriends name. Dont act like you dont know who we are, Id hope this absolute nightmare of a job stands out in your mind but then again, this could just be business as usual for you. So who knows if you remember us. EITHERWAY DO NOT CONTACT US WE DO NOT WANT TO HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH YOU GUYS.

We contacted this company for an estimate to re-do my bathroom. The person I talked to who set up the in-home estimate assured me they could help with my complete bathroom gut & remodel. Turns out, they ONLY do the tub and surround, not the whole bathroom. That was disappointment #1. The sales person came out and spent almost two hours at my house, he had all these great things to say about the company, and the products, but my husband and I just wanted an estimate. He would not give us even a ballpark range at all until the very end. And then he wrote down a number of just over $12,000. For just a tub and surround!!!! Literally, my thought was that we just wasted an entire evening because I could never, ever afford that - and still have to do the rest of the bathroom. Well, then he takes his paper back and works on his iPad and he says with “all of the rebates and offers” he can do this for $8500. He must have misjudged our financial state, because even $8500 was more than I wanted to spend for the ENTIRE bathroom, and it is a tiny bathroom. My husband and I were shocked and so disappointed, and just feeling sick, and my husband said that we at least need a day to think about it. THAT IS WHEN EVERYTHING CHANGED. This guy, who we invited into our home, went from a Sales Rep to a Sales-Zilla. Well, the $8500 is only the price for right now, he cannot guarantee what the price will be tomorrow. I said I thought you guys give estimates, and he said, well yes, the $12,000 is the estimate, and I said, well I would never be able to afford that in this life. My husband said, “So this is a five-minute estimate? We have to decide right now.” Guy says you can take as long as you want, but I have no idea what the price will be tomorrow or next week, and I’m giving you all of our end-of-month incentives. I asked for the paper he had written on, thinking that was my estimate, and he said, no you can’t have it but you can take a photo of it. It was an absolutely HORRIBLE experience, and I feel utterly violated and insulted. It’s taken me years to save up enough money to finally be able to re-do my bathroom, and no I do NOT WANT YOUR FINANCING, and this person just treated us like we were not worth anything after we said we needed some time to think about this option. Very unprofessional, they won’t even provide a quote! Very rude when they don’t make a sale, and what a waste of time! Would not choose to have anything at my hone done by them, if that is how they treat potential customers. You ruined an entire evening.

I got a $500 gift card from a friend and it was a lie. This is a sales company that pretends they are a roofing company. Unfortunately i bought a new roof. im still working on getting my money back so i can hire a real roofer. DO NOT LET THEM IN YOUR HOME

The rudeness and pushiness of these people is something I have never experienced before. Steve called me yesterday and spoke to me with a cocky, disrespectful attitude. I hung up and will never consider these people again.

I had a tear off, new roof and gutters completed by Exterior Pros. The work on both the roof and gutters was high quality, done in a timely manner with all the high quality products in all the right places promised and all my questions were answered. The salesman made some promises that could not be followed through with though, and I found over a hundred roofing nails, 50 in the driveway, rest in the yard after their clean up was completed. The price was reasonable and half of the highest estimate I received.

We had three kitchen windows replaced and one had to be re-framed. The team was on time and very professional. They were polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and explained what they were doing. We are extremely happy with the quality of work they did and the new windows look great.

We were very disappointed with the services completed by exterior pros. We were told the project would take 1 to 2 days and it took 7. During those days the materials were left scattered around our house and yard including razor blades and nails. We have a dog and a 1 year old. This was extremely upsetting as we could not allow either of them outside. We are still finding nails all through out our flower beds and yard. We were also assured that the guys are very good at working around landscaping and very minimal, if any, damage would occur. Following day 2 the majority of our landscaping was flattened, torn out of the ground or missing all its leaves/buds. This landscaping had all been planted with in the year. We are also still waiting for a vent to be put in, a down spout to be reattached, the dumpster to be picked up and some how our outside thermometer has vanished. It is safe to say we will not be recommending Exterior Pros.

My roof was experiencing some leaking near the chimney and Matt from Exterior Pros came out right away to diagnose the problem.Unfortunately, we ended up having to replace the whole roof which was a shame considering the home inspector said the roof had 10 years left (do not hire HSH Property Inspection for a home inspection). Matt did do his best to help us financially and get us to a price we could live with. The actual installation and clean up was done very well with the crew coming out as soon as possible, and they were very diligent despite some rainy weather that came and went.A month later and this roof and the chimney flashing look beautiful with no problems with our roof as of yet. They also give a good warranty, I fully recommend Exterior Pros for any roofing needs you have.

A salesperson knocked on my door midday to solicit business, which is fine, but then repeatedly made reference to talking more when my husband comes home. I told him several times that it was MY house (I bought it with my very own money earned at a *gasp* job), but he kept making reference to coming back later when my husband/boyfriend was home to discuss the work that might need to be done. During all this nonsense, I had informed him that I was interested in having an egress window installed and asked for an estimate. He called into the main office, and the person who answered informed me that that they couldnt install any fewer than three egress windows. Who needs three egress windows? I didnt have any work done so I cant speak to the quality of their work, but I can speak to the professionalism of their door-to-door salesperson.

We couldn’t be happier with our shower that we had installed. We absolutely love it and the crew we had to do the install were just great. They were friendly and knowledgeable. What a great experience they provided us with. We would recommend exterior pros to everyone.

He came to our house, got to know us, and went over every detail about what we wanted. We wanted to redo the bathroom and he was able to answer all our questions. I had a gentleman stop by to look at my roof after a storm. He found damage, and contacted my insurance company with me.Jay ended up doing all of the leg work, and all I had to do was wait for the guys to come and install a new roof for me! Roof looks GREAT! My only comment is I would have like to be more informed as the the actual date of the work to be done. I didnt hear from them for a while after paying my first payment.

My fiance and me had Matt come out here to give us a quote for a new roof. Not only was he late but he spent an hour and change here said he would email the quote and never did. We waited two weeks then started calling to get the quote. We signed a contract with another company this morning who is not only doing our roof but our widows as well. You lost out.

We were looking to use them replace the siding on our home. We spent over six hours with three different representatives and three meetings. We never received the quotes promised. There is a huge disconnect between the sales people who call and the reps that come to the house. Every person we met with gave different information about product and price. We were constantly pushed to have more meetings and to commit to something that was never clear. Even after the third meeting and the repeated promise of two itemized quotes, we received a late evening text with a final cost number giving no details. I cannot speak to their actual work as we didn’t go with them but considering that our job was between $20,000-$40,000 I expected a more professional process on the front end of the project. Don’t waste your time!

I was very pleased with the professionalism that this crew demonstrated. They replaced my roof about 2 years ago. The crew was very efficient, completing the tear-off of the old roof and the installation of the new room in one day. They were also very concerned that they clean up after themselves. They made it a point to pick up any nails and other debris that came from the process. I give them my highest recommendation.

Great company. They installed a walk-in shower for my home. There were a few glitches but the final result was great. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

I had a bathroom remodel in my house. I am 100% for transparency when it comes to dealing with contractors. I will tell you what they did, what price we agreed to, and who I dealt with. I first dealt with Jennifer Bell who was pleasant to work with. A sales person, who that comes with everything a sales person is. What we agreed to was they would rip out my old bathtub(it was a tub only, no shower) rerun the plumbing to the other side of the bathtub area, put in new subfloor, add a shower spout and a bathtub spout, shower wall, glass sliding door, and half glass wall. She initially started it at $15,000 but then we agreed and settled on $7000 with $2100 having to have a downpayment. Quite the difference in price. Will came in and did the official measurements. Very nice guy. They were able to start the next week. 2 men came in and were hard working guys. They ripped out the bathtub and installed the new one. One issue I ran into but didnt notice until they were gone was the shower wall was cut on an angle and didnt run flush with the tub. On one side of the bathtub it was perfectly flush and on the other side, almost a whole inch above the tub and they just added a large amount of caulk to fill in the gap. Didnt look good. They also left large pencil marks on my ceiling and walls. One of the contractors requested I pay 90% of the fee at this point, it was weird because the job wasnt done and there was nothing in the contract that said that payments were going to happen. But I didnt want any issues so I agreed. Once I did this, I waited months to hear anything and I had to call for updates. One time I called and was told, oh yeah, they were in and I guess no one called you to set up an installation day. 2 different guys showed up to install the doors and half window. The doors installed just fine. The glass 1/2 window was the wrong size. They had to order piece of glass. The next glass that showed up, again, was the wrong size. Another guy stopped by to remeasure the glass. A couple more months went by, the glass showed up and they were able to finish. Whole ordeal took about 6 months to complete. Not completely ideal. I can tell they were frustrated with ordering the wrong size glass. But the length of time it took, the constant mismeasurements, lack of communication, and not great workmanship is where I gotta dock them. No leaky plumbing, nothing has fallen or broken, so I can give them thumbs up in that category. 3 StarsUpdate: 7/8/2021 Doug came out on a warranty call to fix up some items(shelves were no leveled). While out here he noticed the caulk was not correct. He did an outstanding job! Seriously, was personable, very informative and did a great job. He ripped out all the caulk, repaired it and made it look great! I didnt know the original installers installed the wrong caulk. I altered my review and am giving them 5 stars.

I had the pleasure of working with this company in October 2019. My circumstances were that I needed a new roof installed within a short time frame to quickly prepare for a solar installation at our home. I called Exterior Pros looking for cost information and I reluctantly agreed to receive an on-site estimate. I had been disappointed by several other installers that had suggested they could meet my time demands but in the end came up short.My assessment: This is a very professional organization. The bidding process was without pressure; timely; and comprehensive. The install (fully accomplished within a two weeks!) was excellent. Special kudos to Mario for his responsive and professional job site and staff management. He and his coworkers were a pleasure to work with. All the work including an exterior garage and skylight was accomplished within two days. Materials used were of the highest quality.I would also like to recognize Shawn for his coordination of the project and Lisa for her excellent communication and workflow management.This company puts the customer first and goes out of their way to make the experience stress free.

Good Work, but you gotta be on top of things.While the staff who did my siding did a great job, the fact that none of them spoke fluent English was a big hurdle to conveying some of the issues I was attempting to point out. Not taping the house wrap properly, or enough, and placement of porch light. I was referred to Exterior Pros by a friend, and even with no less than 3 reminders of the referral, they never got the $100 gift card they mention during their sales pitch.The cleanup of the job was lack luster. Im still picking up nails and scraps scattered all of my yard. While the quality of the work is there, the project management and communication is not. I would not use them again, as I shouldnt have to be the project manager for them.These were communicated with Exterior Pros several months ago. It is not a mistake, and I have no further interest to discuss it further.

If I could write a book singing the praises of Exterior Pros, I would.Originally, they did our siding in late summer 2018. Very nice and very thoughtful throughout the entire process…of course they had loads of samples and they even walked the neighborhood with us to look at various styles of siding used by others in order to help us make a thoroughly informed decision. The hand-off to the Project Manager, Rob Kaiser, was great and nothing was lost in the communication. Most importantly, we love the siding and how well it was installed on our house and garage.We were so happy with Exterior Pros we referred ourselves this spring 2019…for a new roof! I daresay that it went even better the second time around. Matt Pagach from sales came out with tons of samples and helped us pick out the best roofing material for our house. He listened to our needs and was able to recommend the very roof we needed. Better yet, he knew we were in a hurry and got us scheduled right away. When rain threatened to delay the date, they moved our install date up, not further out. Again, the hand-off to the Project Manager, Sean Shockley, was excellent and in one day, they had coordinated the dumpster, the tear off of the old roof and installation of the new one and hauled the dumpster away…all before the rain and snow hit.In both cases, the crews performing the work were also great and I was particularly impressed that they had someone dedicated to cleaning up. During clean up, they literally vacuumed up our yard, looking under bushes for any dropped debris. Exterior pros did an excellent job recently replacing 6 windows for us. These were OLD windows that had been caulked shut, and it was not an easy job. They handled it like the pros they are. From the sales process, to the scheduling, to the measuring and installation. The windows are excellent quality, look fantastic, and came with a lifetime warranty. We compared to 3 other contractors, and price was a great value for the quality of materials and installation. Top notch all the way around!

This was a large job over 4,000 sq feet with a crew of 10 at the church. They crew did a great job of working with our day care to ensure the safety of very curious kids. They stopped work whenever the kids came out of the building to the play ground. Clean up was done very well. I would use them again. Always like to support local a company.

We have had nothing but problems with the office staff at Exterior Pros. We are responsible for doing work on a family property, and when we arrived for our sales appointment, no sales person arrived. Upon calling the office, we were told that they thought we cancelled (we had had two appointments within a week, and had cancelled one of them). We rescheduled. The sales person was sent by the office to the wrong address, and we waited over 45 minutes for them to arrive. We signed a contract and put down a downpayment for the work. Two business days later, the office contacted us to reschedule our appointment that had already occurred. Due to the lack of organization with the office, we cancelled our contract. It took three phone calls and speaking with three different people to confirm who to send the cancellation to. Weeks later, we received a call from a project manager to set a date for our work to be completed. Through multiple phone calls, they were able to find the paperwork stating we had cancelled, and asked us to provide a copy of the fax receipt stating that it was cancelled. Only after we provided a copy of the fax receipt did they allow us to cancel and our money was refunded. Our down payment was refunded only after we asked- it was not automatically refunded as the company states in their response, below.Im sure the work itself is great, but this has been such a negative experience, I would never recommend this company.- L White

Tonight is wed. 4/29/2020 it rained all day and night, and my new roof is doing great -- no leaks - not that i expected any. the 7 men worked 12 hours to finish the job, and a couple of them came back the next day to clean up everything

We recently had new roofs, gutters and siding installed on our home. Exterior Pros provided us with a free estimate and we felt no pressure from the sales person (Carl). He was very thorough and provided us with a great deal of information that we used to assist in researching other competitors. We chose Exterior Pros based on their rating on Angies List and their very competitive pricing. All personnel that we dealt with were very professional. I would highly recommend Exterior Pros.

We were introduced to Exterior Pros at the MKE NARI show in March 2020. We were herald into their booth with the enthusiasm of a side-show barker...weve got your roof, weve got your windows, etc.! After determining we were looking to replace our front door, an appointment was scheduled and we were guaranteed $25 just for our time. The employee who apologetically arrived 30 minutes late admitted he did not usually go out on sales calls but was instead part of an install team. It was readily apparent as he was unfamiliar with the software. He left several times during the presentation and upon one return asked if we objected to him chewing tobacco in our home. After several go-rounds and foibles, the price for the entry door (with two side lights, no specialty glass, no storm door, nothing fancy) came to approximately $19,000 to which even he seemed surprised. With car salesman tactics such as my manager really wants to get into your neighbor and let me talk to the sales manager and hes authorized me to give you 30% off we kindly ushered him out, without our $25 BUT left with the memory because of oil stains he left in our driveway.But wait, it gets better. Just a few days later we were phoned by Exterior Pros saying that we hadnt won the Yeti cooler drawing but were being sent a $25 gas card (its on its way!) and would receive free installation and when could they set up a time to come out. I informed them wed already met with someone and filled them in on how poorly the 90-minute meeting had gone. Apologetic once again, our concerns would be addressed with the sales manager who would call us back FOR SURE by the end of the following day. And can you believe it....we never heard back!If these are the type of sales tactic, they use to get customers and with the appalling lack of following thru on promises I wouldnt recommend working with Exterior Pros. There are MANY other reputable companies and installers of ProVia doors out there, several of which weve had to our home.

Reasonable price for 10 windows.The crew was awesome, and professional. They were on time, did their job, and cleaned what mess they made. They also had to move some furniture and did it with no problem. We are enjoying our new windows, especially the new opening livingroom window. Thank you

Exterior pros did my roof this spring. It only took them a day to take off the old one and put on the new one. The installers were polite and kept my yard clean. I walked around after and didnt find any debris.

It was a pleasure to find a honest and fair home contractor,Exterior Pros, to do businesses with. Bill inspected my roof and stated that I did not need any repairs at this time, which is what I was happy to hear. I will recommend Exterior Pros to my family and friend if then need home improvement or repair.

WOW- I want to tell everyone how great, responsive, punctual, and even how nice to me this company and its staff have been. I needed a roof and called these guys. (I had other quotes but it took others a long time to get back to me.) I found Exterior Pros on Angies List and called. THEY CALLED RIGHT BACK!! So great!! David came out at my convenience and helped me make all the decisions. We signed the contract that night and the next day I got an offer on my house. I needed the roof on in the next 3 weeks. They really moved heaven and earth to get it done for me. Every single time I texted or called, they actually answered with a real, live person (or text) who was willing to help and get the job done. They left things cleaner than they were before they were there. I think what made me happiest is that they did not ignore my calls or texts but actually took care of what I was concerned about. I am really happy and just wanted to share my great experience with these guys. I will Definitely use them again.

ExteriorPros just replaced ALL my house windows-in February- and I am very pleased. It will be great to have no more drafts in winter and the ability to open all the windows as desired in summer. I needed my kitchen on the third day of the project so asked that they start in the kitchen. Well, to my surprise, the kitchen windows were replaced by 10:30 a.m. and all the inside window work was done by the end of the first day! We wanted to save as much of our 1940s wood as possible and they made that happen. The windows look great with the wood while providing great visibility, better insulation, and greater convenience. Shawn did a fantastic job matching the old stain and repairing 70 years of wear and tear to the windowsills.We had a great crew with Carl, Shawn and Andy. Everyone knew their tasks, they anticipated each others needs and helped one another cheerfully. Carl especially, was a master and met every challenge with a smile and a beautiful outcome and worked so hard and long in the cold I wanted to send him home to warm up! He never stopped or complained.The final days of the project the crew did the outside work. The results are beautiful! As they worked, they cleaned, and the house and yard looked great during the entire project. Even our neighbors commented about the efficiency of the crew and the overall beauty of the project. We are considering more work to make the house trim match our new windows and I would not hesitate to use Exterior Pros again.

Work done: gutters, fascia, soffit and gutter covers.Communication was a bit sketchy as only supervisor (who came at beginning and several time thru job) and 1 worker spoke English.Work and clean-up were great. Attention to details was evident. Additional venting to be cut into old wood soffit was not as presented by salesman. Company did come back several time to engineer an acceptable inside corner deflector to keep heavy rain from overshooting gutter.Overall, good work and responsible.

These guys did a tear off, new roof and gutters for me. Job done in one day, yard clean, competitive price, looks great and happy wife!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!We have had issue after issue. First we were scheduled to have our roof replaced in 2017. No one called. I made a couple of calls to find out when they would be coming out and I got nothing in return. In the summer of 2018 I called again and they said they were missing a signature and thats why they havent done our roof yet. No one contacted us at all asking for a signature. This was frustrating but we received a date.They came out and completed our roof. They got 1 Star because the guys who came out were very nice and efficient guys. However, they didnt tell us that we should put something down in our attic for the tear off mess until it was half way done and our attic was already a mess. It took us forever to clean up the mess they left in our attic. Next we decided to look in our gutters and there was debris left in them. They never did the roofs over our doors even though this was discussed when we got the bid. Our mistake was not making him write it in the contract. Lesson learned! The one thing we did write in the contract is that we had brand new gutters and any damage would be there responsibility. Well you guessed it, the gutters were damaged but they are still not fixed. Now that its snowing we have also noticed that we are getting snow in our attic. Whatever vents they used are not efficient. I shouldnt have snow in my attic!My biggest issue with this company is their lack of communication. They dont call you back, they dont call in general, and they pretty much ignore any emails that come their way. The only response I have ever gotten is if I called the project managers number and he happened to pick up. He was helpful in removing the debris from my gutters. Two days later people were out there cleaning them. However, he said he would call me regarding the roof over our doors and I had to call back to get an answer on that. I called about our gutters and he said he would send someone to look at them. Im still waiting... or maybe they sent someone but no one has ever reached out to me. Now I e-mailed them this morning about the snow. I wonder how long Ill have to wait for that.
