Best employees EVER!!! I am proud to call the Shakerag my Publix home store 💚

Quick trip, so I was in and out in a hurry. Nice location, well staffed, got what I needed quickly.

The good:* Usually decent produce* Chicken Tenders* No loyalty cardThe bad:* Publix products. Youd think with as expensive as this place is youd be getting better store brand products. Nope. The jelly container was poorly designed and the bacon just shredded when I tried to pull them out by strip. They should be embarrassed to sell this (see photo)* The pricing. Things you might expect to find on sale in other stores you probably wont find on sale here. In general I found prices 20-30% higher here than in other SE chains. These are all the same brands sold elsewhere, so I dont get it. What makes them more valuable because theyre housed in a Publix?

Clean and well stocked. Over emphasis of IPB gets them a 4. I have to bag my groceries myself every time or the bags get packed too full and items get damaged.

Publix are always nice although cost of the products might little higher compare to other groceries. However, customer service and cleanness is always superb in Publix :)

Its a nice Publix. Fairly large, has groceries, etc. But its not OUR Publix, which is better in every way, of course. But this one is also great, as they usually are.

Call and order a sandwich went and pay for it and when I got home at my surprise it was totally different sandwich. Geez

No real lines during any of my visits. Store is clean and fruit is fresh.

Great dealsOne thing I found out is- if the sale says buy one get one free you do NOT need to buy both! You can choose only one item at fifty percent off!

Always a great shopping experience. Employees are so nice and helpful. From greeting, stocking, bakery, deli to the check out you couldnt ask for a better experience.

The customer service at this Publix is garage and my first time at this location. The worst was the cashier and the person bagging the items. No greeting and tossing the groceries into the bag and then into the cart like they were a sack of potatoes.

Just order subs from the deli and found plastic in my food. Very disappointed they usually are really good but they don’t always have the best servers making food.

Great store. the best supermarket in Johns Creek period. The staff and the managers are always so helpful and they all look like their enjoy their jobs. It is a great location and the selection of products is the best. Now the best part, the deals on groceries is out of this world. BOGOs all week long and more. Thanks for being a great place for our family.

This Publix is close, yes, however, the staff isn’t always friendly. I had taken in some coupons, I frequent this place, & every time it is a hassle for the clerk to ring it up. Even though it goes through each time. I would think they would get it by now.

Customer service is top notch, they always try their best to satisfy the customers needs. Also if you havent tried a public sub before, your missing out, forget Subway, Publix subs are more fresh, cheaper, and bigger. Definitely recommend

I highly recommend some basic training for the employees. Many items were not restocked. When I asked a bakery employee which aisle the name brand breads were, the response was “I know we have bread somewhere but I don’t know where it is.” She then turned and walked away. Another employee offered no assistance and did not give a verbal response. Very strange place.

Publix is one of my favorite grocery stores, and this location is no different. The store is always so clean, and there are always employees around to offer a helping hand. Although sometimes the prices are a bit high in comparison to other grocery stores, the cleanliness and organization of the store make up for it.

Have been going to this location for 13 years, and its always a great experience. Its brightly lit, cheerful, organized, and clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. This is one of my favorite grocery stores.

Great place to shop where everyone is friendly and helps you with what you need. But the only thing is the prices here are more than what you’d get at Kroger. I guess you pay for the service as well.

I have shopped at this Publix for 17yrs. Employees come and NOT OFTEN go but move on to other Publix stores for progression in new status.I can Honestly say that I have never meet any unhappy employees. There is ALWAYS a Welcome said or can I Help you.

The employees here are so unprofessional. I dont know if its because its a slower store. They spend more time talking to each other than helping customers, even so far as to look at me crazy when I interrupt asking a question. Their baggers, bakery & deli employees are the worst. Its like they all have been trained to put in the least effort possible.

Parking lot looks like a landfill and landscaping is horrible looking .not a image that Publix would want Im sure

Shopping is truly a pleasure at Publix! Im the BOGO, markdowns shopper who needed specific items this time. And though I get carried away with the specials, I found myself in line without one of the three things I stopped for. Leaving my full basket in the checkout line, I hurriedly rushed for butter, getting back to keep my place in line... only to find Id picked up the light version. One store manager, whod assisted me two other times already, kindly saw my plight, and went to get just what I needed... again! Thats why I say... Publix, a pleasure indeed!

The staffs are not friendly and unprofessional. I got a milk store coupon today and they did not know exactly their rules. The coupon will be expired in two days and I cannot believe they did not know this in details. First, they told me that their store coupon cannot apply to the Horizon Organic Milk. I just showed him the picture and he accepted it after he spent some time to check it.Secondly, he asked me if thats half gallon. If not, I cannot use the coupon. Unbelievably, they dont even know the size they are selling and need to triple check the size to waste everyones time.Finally, he found the sentence in the coupon in details. I assume he is right that I have to buy four of the half gallon organic milk to get the coupon working instead of three. The description is very confusing from the Publix, but the staffs should know this in advance and correct me. Not very professional to spend the time with me to figure this out and waste everybodys time!!
