Nice Publix. Store is clean and the lines move fast.

Store is always well stocked, clean and organized. Produce and meat sections have a nice selection although it could be larger. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Very clean and convenient location. The staffs are wonderful, helpful and friendly whether theyre busy doing something or not, always able to greet you. Definitely my go to grocery store.

Publix has the best subs ever, but most of time you end up waiting inline for ever on your short lunch break, and the person making your sandwhich is on island pace, no sense of urgency, no hustle at all which makes it all the more frustrating 😑But today I had a superstar 😎 doing the sandwiches. GO DAVID! You rock! You had a sense of urgency, you hustled and I had to mention it. I hope your managers recognize you and make you the model worker and have you train everyone else behind that counter.

We like this publix store. Overall we like shopping in publix. This store is even better compared other publix stores surrounding my home.

I have been shopping at this Publix since it opened because it is so convenient to my house. Lately I have been driving past it to the Publix at Laurel Springs. I don’t know what is going on exactly with the empty shelves and lack of product (I am not talking about toilet paper and cleaning supplies either) but it seems to be a combination of poor management, severely over shopped store and possibly shipping issues(the excuse the manager used). The first time I went into the other Publix I was amazed at all the stuff they had that this Publix has never had. The Christmas display was 3 times the size and the deli, bakery and meat dept are so much better!! It’s a shame to have to go out of my way when I pass right by this store on my way home but it’s too frustrating to continue to shop here!

Lots of younger employees standing around joking with themselves. As a Publix supporting customer for 30 years Im used to better customer service.

Always get same whole publix sandwich with salsalito turkey and black forest ham. But the lady today Gerasan (dont remember the spelling) gave me such a rude attitude and said I can only choose one meat then had an attitude the whole time when said thats what I always get. She went to the back to I assume to ask if I can get it two meats on a sandwich. Then just threw the ingredients in the sandwich with an additude and then threw the sandwich on the counter with the same rude attitude instead of handing it to me like everyone else. First time Ive had an issue here like this or any other publix, never felt more discriminated against and turned a great day into a bad one. Need to properly train your employees or if she dont like making sandwiches go do something else

Horrible customer service . Try it yourself call them and ask wether you have essential good available. In the current scenario customers call up and check if there is availability so that they can avoid coming to the store and maintain safe distance . This has happened almost 3 times they bang down the phone even before a customer asks them when can it be available...2 options here Change the staff handling calls or better yet don’t put Publix phone number for enquiries.. food for thought at Publix old Atlanta road branch

I visited this shop before but they were nice and helpful. But this time, very bad customer service and also treated badly today.

If you shop this publix you know Miss Irina!! She is the most kind hearted, generous, loving lady. Other lines will be open but hers will be the longest because people want to see her. If you have children she is literally Mrs.Claus always giving out balloons, hugs, stickers.. she has purchased my children the fancy balloons, bought me flowers when I had a baby.. I personally know others she has done this for as well so I know its not just me. Publix is lucky to have her as an employee! We love Miss. Irina!!

Nice and clean

This review is specifically for the deli and bakery. They have gotten my pre-orders wrong on multiple occasions. Publix needs to do a better job of hiring responsible and competent adults rather than careless kids.

Great quality groceries, service, and cleanliness as is expected from any publix but minus a star because they have one of the smallest beer aisles of any Publix Ive ever been in. While the variety is great and you can find some craft brews, its just a very small selection. The store in general is also relatively small for a Publix, so maybe thats part of the reason why. All in all, great experience but a little room for improvement.

My wife loves it over the Sharon Rd. Kroger. The cart layout is genius...drop off your cart going out the door moves them towards the entrance side to pick one up...smart. The store layout is very roomy and bright and clean...my wife praises the produce and bakery selection. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Parking lot is very small. Seems to be a little smaller than most Publix I’ve been in and thus product selection is somewhat limited. They have, however, put what space they do have to good use and items are fairly easy to find. Service is a good bit below average which I found unusual for a Publix, especially in this area.

The best, cleanest store in the area. THe folks that work there are friendly and nice. Only complaint is the shelves dont get restocked often enough and they run out of popular items. They could do better in the produce and meat departments. Whats up with all the foreign supplied veggies and meats?

I was pleasantly greeted on entering the door by the customer service representative. I was in and out in no time and he was efficient and pleasant throughout the process. Sorry I didnt get his name. Way to go!

Staff are not very helpful

Ive never been to a bad Publix and this certainly doesnt disappoint. Clean fresh and everything you would expect. Never shopping for groceries at Kroger or any other lesser grocery store.

Good shopping. Great location and clean store. Meat and sea food selection is good but do need work on the non GMO and organic section. Good vegetables and fruits and as mentioned earlier need organic non GMO section. Hot soups are great and fresh breads are good.

Publix sets the bar in clean stores, great deli, good meat and fish selections. This store has an extraordinary staff! Watch for the BOGOs which can make Publix more cost effective. A goto grocery! We are always impressed with the friendly, helpful staff at this store. We continue to use this location.

I dont know why I come to this racist publix! Theres always an issue, especially at the deli department. Today after waiting 11 minutes for the second sandwich person to come over I ordered 3 of the same subs, which were advertised on a poster as the featured Boars Head sandwich. She tells me she doesnt think she had the Italian chicken sausage which comes in the sandwich. Claims she hasnt made one in soooo long she doesnt think they carry it anymore. Mind you theres a big poster advertising this sandwich. She states that shell go try to find it. I tell her to just give me one cajun and one jerk Turkey. She goes to cut it but 5 minutes later shes on the outside of the counter looking dazed and confused. I tell never mind to which she responds, I cant find the jerk but I have the cajun. Why would she leave me standing here instead of coming over to tell me this? I walk away and purchase limes. Now I see decide to play Powerball. Theres a woman in front of me cashing out winning tickets. No problem. As soon as its my turn for service a cashier says something to the manager behind the counter and he tells me Ill have to wait and walks off. What happened to customer service? Oh I forgot, it doesnt apply to black people in Forsyth county! This is why I shop at Walmart, not that its much better.

This Publix is great, like most Publixs are. Friendly staff, easy to navigate layout, and tasty food in their deli, meat, and bakery departments.

Customer service rep Cara isnt friendly or helpful. Last man I talked to went above and beyond to help me but she must have not felt like doing anything this morning since her reply was you should wait til theyre open and call, I cant do anything.

Customer service representative Fernado is awesome at 3120 Mathis Airport Pkwy, Suwanee, GA 30024. I had some items that are either wrong price or unsatisfactory quality. Fernado handles my case with professional and respect. It makes the exchange/return transaction like a breeze. Very happy with this publix store with outstanding customer service. Publix grocery items have higher price compared to Kroger but the customer service at publix is way way way much better than other grocery stores (e.g. Kroger, Target, Sprouts). That publix store is my main grocery store!

The worst customer service team! I had so much trouble using WIC. Im 9 months pregnant. I know what items are covered! The customer service associate that checked me out, sent ME back to the shelf twice for different items because she wanted to argue with me. The WIC office says to get a manager, when this happens because I am entitled to what is listed in the paperwork not what scans, but when Im expecting any day, I dont have more time to waste! The bagger didnt even unload my cart while I was trying to quickly waddle around the store.
