Mildred and Chris were absolutely fabulous. My mother (who is a senior) forgot several things and had to come back and forth to the store a few times. She was getting a new phone. My mom kept commenting to me the remainder of the day, they were so nice.They truly were so patient and professional. I have to say that these qualities are rare these days and I hope that these employees are rewarded and valued. Thank you!!!

Bella & Chris are amazing. I have been with MetroPCS for over 7 years and this is the best experience Ive had going into the store upgrading my phone. Way to go guys ! You were personable, informative, and really knows how to connect to people.

I had my phone one week and it was stolen by so called friend. I called the police and got a police report and told them and this T-Mobile where I got the phone in person of what had happened and the exact person that had stolen the phone. The police and Tmonile did nothing. I told them to at least cancel my phone so no one could use it. They did nothing for me. I’ve been paying over $100 a month for a phone I don’t even have and it turns out the person that stole it has been using the phone. Please do yourself a favor and do not do business with these people. I wish I never did.

I came to add a new line to my existing line and to purchase a new phone. And Angelica,(God bless u) was very professional, patient,s and kind. She made the whole process quick, I was in and out before you know it!!!! The atmosphere and service was wonderful. I am enjoying my new phone! Im so thankful I went when I did. Bad customer service. There was two ladies that where working there and didnt seem like they didnt want to help me or my husband just go back to their conversation. My husband was asking about upgrades and they just looked annoyed just wanted us to leave them alone and giving short giving answers where we didnt understand so we asked more questions . Me and my husband just change phone providers because almost every time there always an issue.

They have good deals but beware of the upgrade scam they have going on that they got me with. I went for a new phone I thought would be better and faster for my job with Uber and it turns out the Iphone SE wasnt the answer. Long story short I decided to stick with my current Samsung but was told I could not return the phone because it was an upgrade even though I only saved 50 off the 400 price. Please make sure you pay full price and that you DO NOT purchase anything as an upgrade unless you are new to Metro. Save yourself the hassle and just buy directly from Apple because even they said that restriction sounded shady

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish! Cleanest store with the best staff I have ever encountered for this type of industry. Special recognition to Vanessa who was very friendly to the gentleman that came in with cerebral palsy and wasnt even there to buy anything. We all made conversation while we waited for the awesome manager Ross and associate Emanuel to get back from the warehouse in the pouring rain to bring back the free phone we were activating since they were out of stock. They even interacted with my 5 year old and helped keep him happy while we finished up. Highest recommendation! Thanks again!

Ive been going to this location for 8 months even though its not the closest Metro PCS to my home. The store is clean and has a good atmosphere, the staff are knowledgeable, and the deals are good. It seems like they constantly switch their promotions, so its hard to keep up with them. Not sure if this applies to all locations or this one specifically. Every time we break a phone were given options, never pressured or overcharged, and the manager always breaks down the sale explaining what each item costs and what Im paying for. He knows everything under the sun about Android, but cant tell you much about Apple beyond the technical specs. He is the one to go to for Android. Stick with the girls if using Apple, theyve helped my wife numerous times. All things considered, they have a good crew there. They seem to bounce ideas off of each other and always figure it out and get the job done whenever we need help. Great attitudes.

Went to this location on 8/21/18. Was looking to port over two lines from another carrier. Ross was so helpful and made the port transition go smoothly. Definitely recommend this location.

Worst business I have ever dealt with bought a phone on a business plan it never worked from the day I bought it went back 5 times to have them take care of problem and they could not fix it then I ask for a different phone but no I cant exchange for a new one they gave me some pathetic excuse for not being able to do the right thing I am a paying customer but I was treated like I did something wrong by a bunch of young snotty girls who have no clue of how to conduct business and a useless manager who all he did was hide in his office so he would not have to deal with the situation. I will never do business with Metro PCS ever again and if your smart you will stay away from these crooks.

This Metro PCS is by far the worst store i have ever been to! The manager who is a tall white male whos name is Ross is just so damn lazy, he always sends me to the corporate store. He can never have a full conversation with me due to the fact he always looks stoned. He always stands outside and does absolutely nothing, all the girls who work there are very nice except Ross.

Good place to shop the phones and cell phone plans. Vey competitive prices and the service is nice there.

Hey its great customer service and they do what they can to make sure you leave that store happy thats more than what half the stores I can say do these days it seems they care about their customers

Horrible this store, I bought on the phone on Saturday, October 19, because the seller said that mine did not work, I returned on Tuesday, October 22 because my phone was perfect condition and it is necessary to return the one I bought 3 days ago the seller did not I accept why he said that the Volvo manager did it the next day, and today the manager tells me that I cannot return it, it is in perfect condition, this is in abuse a very expensive phone and in cheaper companies. This is in theft ...
