I placed my order, went to the side of the counter to receive order. As the old white man was placing the lid on my cup, his thumb went into my coffee! Then he said I hope you enjoy your coffee. I threw the coffee into the outside trash and will never order from them again.

Nice barristas. Good place to get some work done or if you want to pick up something while grocery shopping

They always make my caramel coffee exactly how I like it, and they welcome with good morning or afternoon and with a big smile, they always make my day

This location cant really do anything- their drinks are fine, and their baristas are fine, but its the ability of the actual store. They cannot scan your rewards card, you cannot order online, they cannot do scan&pay. The location is basically crippled.

They completely messed up my order and charged me $12 extra. Customer service number says they cant do anything because the charge wasnt done on a Starbucks account. Pass this Starbucks to go to another one, its not worth it.

The Kroger store that the Starbucks was located in was great. I however, am not a huge Starbucks fan.I think it has something to do with paying five bucks for a cup of coffee that I can pretty much get anywhere that tastes just as good with the exception of their specialty items, so I must have been badly in need of a cup of coffee to spend that kind of money on what turned out to be, according to the employee who helped me an Americano grande or something like that.actually it was pretty funny when I asked the guy what each thing was because apparently I was supposed to know that when I said can I have a cup of coffee I needed to call it by name. Anyway all kidding aside it was okay just, just okay.

The girls working at this location need some training on customer service.

Iced coffee black with a shot of sugar free caramel syrup is my go to, but I have plenty of favorites. I love their seasonal offerings. So addictive. I have it as a treat every once in a blue moon or go for a sugar free version of the coffee drink I want.

Nice satellite Starbucks located within a Kroger grocery store. Menu follows the standalone Starbucks. The selection of food and pastries are a bit limited. This location has steady business. Order to ready is around 3 to 5 minutes. I often visit as part of my shopping...if not shopping I go to a Starbucks 1 mile south.

Every time I go to Starbucks I need to use almond milk and I find that the employees do not understand the importance of shaking the almond milk almond milk is not supposed to come out clear. It only comes out clear when you do not shake it. You have to keep shaking it pretty often if youre going to be using it. I have constant bad experiences at Starbucks because of this play.

Ordered a tall caramel brûlée latte. Opened it up when i got home and the cup was literally only halfway full. like they didn’t finish making it & then charged me $5 for it. a y’all is already so small so i essentially got a single sip of the latte because they only filled it up halfway. disappointed

I have been here lots. It always smells and looks good!! Eventually, I will try a nice Mocha if they have it or a Hot Chocolate. Im a big tea drinker!

One of the best startbucks with excellent service no matter the time of day. Been there several times as their first customer as well as last and everywhere in between. Consistent service and friendly staff!

Im sure its a wonderful spot for coffee and interacting with people. But I wasnt there 4 days ago . Have been to one just not that recent

We go to this location about once a week. Baristas are always very pleasant & upbeat.. even 1st thing in the morning. Love the way they work their magic. Delicious!

My husband and I used to come here often. They had good baristas that knew how to make coffee just right. Unfortunately the new baristas are not very well trained and the service hasn’t been as good as it used to.

Jesus, Mary, and Joseh.......these ladies are as slow as molasses. Not only did I wait 5 min for a drink....with no one in front of me, it was then wrong. I told them it was wrong and they just stare at each other and don’t say anything. They did make another one, luckily it only took about four minutes for that one. I always know that going inside versus drive-through is going to be a pain but you would think they would make these a little more efficient than they are and it seems the ones inside of grocery stores are always much slower than a normal Starbucks. It’s almost like they have a Kroger employee running the Starbucks instead of a trained barista. I will definitely try to avoid this one at all costs, unless I’m already in Kroger and have no time restraints. The staff was friendly but very inefficient.
