I went there a couple of times to pick up my wifes prescriptions. Over all CVS pharmacy is a good place to find a few items that you might need.My last trip there was on July 5th, 2021.

The pharmacy is pitiful. I dont know if it is staffing issue or a wider CVS problem with computer systems, but I am often frustrated trying elicit a response regarding prescription deliveries, over the counter medicines/vitamins. Picking up prescriptions is a painstaking process either using the drive thru or going inside. I hope it gets sorted. The rest of the store is great.

This review is regarding multiple instances of bad customer service that a relative of mine experienced with the pharmacists at this CVS location.Please implement protocols that enable more effective communication between your staff members. If a pharmacist calls and says the medication is ready to be picked up, please ensure that it is ready once the customer arrives. Do not call, if it is not actually ready to be picked up. And certainly do not treat the customer badly and in a threatening and confrontational manner regardless of the circumstances, especially, if the fault is that of your pharmacists. There was a bad experience with a pharmacist at just after 12 pm today 06/19/2021.

Left the hospital post op and went straight to the pharmacy to fill my 4 month olds prescription for pain before the anesthesia wore off. The tech told me that the medication would be ready in an hour. I gave them 2 hours to be sure. Got there and waited an additional hour for my sons meds while my husband was at home trying to calm our screaming child, because of his lack of pain meds and swelling. It sucks not being able to do anything for him, but wait while hes in so much pain. I would give this pharmacy 0 stars if I could. I am LIVID !

Our family just moved to the Suwanee area, Ankit, the pharmacist was very patient and helpful. I literally arrived 5 minutes before they closed, and he made sure I had the prescription that I needed. This will definitely be our go to pharmacy. Thank you Ankit!!!

This was the worst experience I have had at a pharmacy. I needed to get meds for after a surgery. I took the copy of the prescription in and said the doctor called it in already. The guy at the counter took the paper to the pharmacist and he said no. I asked why, he said there is no signature. I said I told you the doctor called it in. The guy at the counter came back with I can only do one thing at a time and proceeded to continue with the zero fuchs attitude. I was waiting for the meds to be filled and he answered a call. He was arguing with the woman on the line and when she hung up on him he started talking S@!T about the woman and the other people in the pharmacy were laughing. Really? So wrong and completely unprofessional. Good thing my normal meds arent filled there or I would promptly move them. No stars given if I could

Such a long wait on phone line. They pick up once and put me on hold again for more than 5mins.

My family has used CVS pharmacy for many years. We recently moved and I️ wanted to transfer our prescriptions from one CVS pharmacy to another. I️ contacted the CVS pharmacy and the gentleman was rude and did not want to help me. I️ told him thank you anyway and contacted Publix who was not only friendly but happy to accept our business.

Robin and Nicole were great in helping out with a poster printing mishap. Ended up with a handful of quality poster prints done within around 15 minutes! Impressed and would come here again for photo/ poster prints.

Great place for your pharmaceutical endeavors.

Pharmacy is awful. Wait times are ridiculous and that’s if someone will answer the phone or the wait line. When I asked to speak to a manager, he would not respond. Was the last time I will use this location.

I’ve been going to this place for years and I finally have gotten to the point where im going to let people know I would NOT recommend this pharmacy at all. First off- if you’re going through the drive-thru, be prepared to wait at least 20+ minutes if you’re even only the 3rd car in line. Not sure why but this. Always. Happens. Shocking how much faster it is to actually go in the store. Second- they run out of most popularly prescribed drugs and it’ll take several days to a week+ for them to get more in. I used to have to run around to several CVS’s before I could find one pharmacy 30 mins away with the meds I need in stock. It’s becoming aggravating dealing with my automatic refills. I would say it’s about a 50/50 chance that I get an actual notification letting me know my prescriptions ready. I’ve had issues where they kept notifying my mother of my prescriptions, even when I asked them to update it multiple times. As long as I’ve gone to this place, I can say with confidence I’ve only had a handful of pleasant pharmacists that helped me. It looks like this place has a lot of turnover.

Horrible, seriously, avoid at all costs

Keith was great and helpful he really did an amazing job on our photos I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for prints and pictures. Thanks a bunch my little one was into everything but it was worth it.

I called this store a month ago to ask if I could bring in my vhs tapes to be turned into a DVD, of a video not pictures. The manager said yes I could she would help me fill out the information and mail it off. I came in a few weeks ago and explained what I needed done again, she walked me step by step on the kiosk to complete what I needed, and even helped me check a few boxes and reviewed my order on the kiosk before it was complete. She took my vhs taps put them in the bag and checked off what I needed. Asked me to fill out the top with my information and I did. Received a call today stating my DVD was ready to be picked up. I picked it up and came home and set everything up to play my DVD. The DVD was full of pictures not a moving picture or video like my vhs tapes are. I specifically asked for a video from my vhs tapes not pictures on a video. I know for certain what I asked for. These vhs tapes are very sentimental to me. My father passed away when I was one years old in 1996. These are the only videos I have of him being a father to me. All I needed was for the vhs tapes to be turned into a DVD so I could watch the videos as many times as I wanted. I’m very disappointed because I called the store after discovering that I only got pictures back and the same manager who helped me did not show any empathy about the situation. She stated that’s not our fault if you checked the wrong box we don’t control what happens when it gets Sent off if you got pictures back instead of a video then that’s just what you got . Very nonchalant and disrespectful. I did not ask for my money back not once nor did I blame her or the store. All I asked was if they can be turned into a video if I come back and send it off again. Money is not a setback for me at all. I’m willing to pay whatever it takes Over and over again to see these videos again. I don’t appreciate the poor customer service I received with her.

Have been using this pharmacy for years and always had a positive experience. Yesterday after dropping off an Rx where the Doctor was making an adjustment to my meds, the pharmacy called to clarify and make sure they gave me the exact right thing. I call that great service. I’ve never received rudeness or an attitude from these people. Maybe it’s because I treat them with respect and courtesy.

So many pharmacies to choose from, and a cvs every 10 miles or so, yet I will drive any distance I need to in order to use this cvs. Every single employee takes the time to say hello, or smile, or ask if I need help finding something. Its so nice to have a stress free place to shop after a stressful day at work

I shop this CVS all the time and get prescriptions filled here. Lately, the coupon machine has been broken and I end up missing savings and ExtraBucks rewards on my shopper card. It is getting to the point where I might switch to a different location or try moving my business to Walgreens.Also, their pharmacy seems overwhelmed at times and when visiting in the early evening theres usually a long wait both in store and in the drive thru. You could pay $5 for prescription delivery, but I wish theyd make that free for their frequent shoppers.

This is a great CVS. The employees are friendly and helpful. The employee I would like to really rave about because he always seems to be behind the checkout is, Alioune, #0350572. I had my discounts and coupons but they didnt seem to work and the coupon machine wasnt working for any additional discounts. Without me asking, he gave me an across the board discount for my items without making me feel uncomfortable. Keep him around :)

Nice people and pharmacy are great

I normally love to go to CVS, this one for some reason, I had trouble with the pharmacy, on picking up a prescription. When I asked for an understanding the pharmacist could not explain the reason for the disruption. Every information they asked for, they retrieved yet, I still had to transfer my prescription. Will not be using this CVS facility.

DO NOT GET YOUR PHOTOS DEVELOPED HERE. I had two disposable cameras developed at this location. Each time Ive had to come in to engage with the staff for this one order, they have been confused, slow, and indifferent to my needs. When I dropped the cameras off, it took the staff several minutes to even acknowledge my existence. And when they finally did, they seemed to not even know why I was standing there as I was holding the cameras. I realize developing cameras isnt a common practice these days but if a customer is standing in front of your photo department, an acknowledgment is in order and do not question if they are actually in need of something. Walking back and forth pretending you are doing something else is also unacceptable. When finally helped, the cashier told me it would be about two weeks. I got a call when the photos were done and picked them up. Service was also slow on this day but didnt make me cringe since I now had my photos. When I got them home, one of the CDs in my envelope didnt have the correct photos on them, which was ver unsettling especially since so much waiting has already occurred. The photo quality is also incredibly poor. Ive had disposable cameras developed at Walgreens with excellent quality. And the CD that its supposed to come with. I called the CVS location to ask how this can be resolved. The manager confirmed that I had developed the photos at this store and said he would need to look up the order once I arrived. He said he would need to produce the CD from the order at the store and might need to scan the photos in for me. Currently, Im standing in the store. And have been here about 30 minutes. It turns out, he did not need to look up my order but I will need to be scanning in the photos in myself on the ONE scanner they have in the store which is currently being occupied. Prior to being helped, I was also standing around again waiting to be helped at the photo dept. There was a long line at check out and the manager just kept staring at me. When he finally approached, he asked in a confused, did you need help? Why yes, sir I did. He seemed to remember by call and said Id have to wait for the gentleman in front of me to be done and that I could watch him scan his photos for reference. Im incredibly annoyed and will have wasted a whole afternoon scanning photos at CVS for their mistake.

I went to this store two days ago. I was in the line to checkout my items, the cashier was talking with another cashier while she checkout his item and they were talking for along time. I was in a hurry, so I looked at the cashier and said Excuse me, Im in a hurry. The cashier said We are all in a hurry. His reply was very disrespectful. Horrible service and employees.

Hard to do business when no one ever answers the phone. they just let it ring and ring - i tried 3 times and it became a game for me on the third time. i set the phone down and came bacl 7 minutes later and still ringing.

Last time at this pharmacy. No pharmacist here is on the same page. All of them give you entirely different information and it is very frustrating. Giving Walgreens a try next time.

This is the worst pharmacy ive been to. Sending texts that perscriptions are ready when they are not, therefore always a long line. Be ready to spend 20 plus minutes to get your medicine.

Waiting for at least 10 minutes at the Pharmacy, even nobody was in font of me. Left without getting my prescription.

It says closes at midnight and already closed at 10:30! This isn’t acceptable even for a taco joint, never mind a pharmacy.
