Increasingly negative service experience with pickup and delivery orders. Food spoils a lot faster than before (fruits, bread and meats) and we are consistently missing items that we have paid for. And on top of all of this we are getting charged $10 per order now on top of the obligatory tip — which is on top of our Prime Subscription? Lastly the online experience is very, very slow. How un-Amazon like…is this the product of an emerging monopoly? I’m done with this service.

High quality products, but it is incredibly expensive. There also is no wine selection at this store (there is a liquor store next door, but going into two stores is a hassle). The parking lot is a bit of a nightmare and the checkout process took way longer than it does in other stores. Were happy with the quality of our groceries, but probably wont shop here often - we can purchase many of the same products for far cheaper online, so we just cant justify it.

Food is good that is the only reason I am givin them 2 stars. Lines are wayy to long, not enough registers. waited 20-30 minutes in line to be rung up yesterday. Use to work here at the cheese and coffee section. I forget why they let me go but it broke my heart cuz I loved working there. I am a hands on person, Always ontime and a good employee. It made me feel so hopeless cuz another job let me go before they did over something silly! everyone deserves a second chance! I struggle with mental health issues and I adddressed that. I felt discriminated. Food is good though but I am bummed out with how I was let go and this was 7-8 years ago and I still dwell on it.

The food is great must go to the Butcher department and get a stake soon.

Produce tends to be good. Prices are wacky to high. Ive seen them sell the same things that are on amazon for cheaper? But the stores clean and I get in and out fairly fast

I always love shopping at Whole Foods. They have a wonderful selection of healthy food unlike any other grocery store. I even worked in the meat department. This lasted 4 days before the manager of the Meat Department, Dan O’Brien told me “He didn’t care that my 13 year old cousin died.” This has forever cost them my business.

Prices have come down some since Jeff took over, and the meats and fish are great, but the prepared food selection looks sorry these days. Pandemic problems?

This location is smaller than some of the other suburban Whole Foods stores, but I’ve always been able to find what I need.

I have been visiting the store for a couple of years at this point. Everything you get here is high in quality, however, last night it took me by surprise that I bought a cheesecake and the moment I opened it (about 26 mins later) it tasted like expired milk and cheese together. Highly dissatisfied. Quality control gotta review the bakery section more often.

This is a truly baller Whole Foods. They always have awesome pizza and a great selection. Never have I been disappointed in the stuff I bought from there. All the employees are super friendly, especially Mariah in the flower department. She helped me when I was super duper lost looking for Amazon returns. She helped me find some flowers for my mom, then I saw her very politely deal with a mega Karen who was apparently the most important person in the world. The only issue I have here is it can be a little crowded with so many people ordering online, but thats just a symptom of Covid life. Overall, whole foods, you got my whole heart.

I really like this little store. Great layout, and it seems like they really figured out the COVID flow very well. The frozen section seems a little light on offerings, and I think they could use some lighting improvements. The cheese shop at this one one is quite nice, and while I havent tried anything at the bake shop, thats only through extreme willpower. Sine great decorators are working here!

Hey, whole foods management.. it might be good to train your personnel to understand that the customers keep the store open. I worked in customer service for 20 years so i know both sides and make allowances for that.I would guess that maybe 1 out of every 10 interactions with employees are positive ones. Not great odds. Today was the worst and have decided that unless necessary i wont be going back in. I do like the vitamin quality and variety so Ill prob continue to go in for those but thats it. Theres a nice young man named mark that is always nice but i must be going in when hes not working. The check out girl was too busy on her phone to say hello, good bye and was super put out when i asked how to pull up the scan bar on my amazon app.These days I generally thank store employees because Im grateful for them just being there in the midst of covid.. but to be so rude like super rude, makes me want to drive all the way to Wegmans in Burlington where the people are ALWAYS nice and helpful.

This Whole Foods is always busy, parking can be a hassle. The hot food bar for breakfast has an excellent selection. The staff are kind and attentive. All in all a very good Whole Foods store.

Clean friendly shopping. Love the breakfast bar. Sometimes the items have been sitting for awhile. Need to get there early. As with all Whole Foods store. Expect to pay a little more. But if your an Amazon prime member you do get discounts. Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve in a few larger and smaller with more features. Like a coffee shop and more. But all in all, this location is nice. Wish they had more and easier parking.

Great selection and variety of everyday items, as well as specialty and hard to find items at a reasonable price. I always discover something new to fall in love with when I get a chance to go to one of their locations. I wish that they would build one closer to where I live. 😫

Extremely high prices, decent variety, but be sure that if you buy meat products here you use them pretty quickly after you get them home. We found for a number of visits in the ground beef and the chicken breast turn very quickly in the refrigerator. We simply do not have that problem acquiring meats from regular grocery store chains and you would think with the exurban prices this wouldnt be as much of a problem, but we also have to consider product turnover which with such high prices there is not very good turn over. Not being said their bakery department has the best cakes of any grocery store Ive ever been to hearing it as a matter of fact they have better cake than most bakeries. The pizza is also quite wonderful.

One of the worst shopping experiences out any store let alone Whole Foods. The place is absolute chaos with staff being largely inattentive. While trying to observe store rules on distancing and one directional lines I had 4 people go ahead of me despite protestations to the staff. I was repeatedly ignored in a meat section. After 20 minutes of standing there I just ended up leaving and getting take out for the family. I can appreciate changing needs during the pandemic, but that was just ridiculous. Do not go if you can avoid it, at least for now.

I bought general daily vitamin (Zyflamend Whole Body) from swampscott store and i was not paying attention to the price until i got home . They have charged me $69 . My wife checked it on Amazon and price was $36. After 30 min from buying the product, I went back to the store and i asked them to check the price and they confirmed that the price is right and they would not return it even though the price on Amazon is total different and Manager denied any relationship with Amazon. company :) Crazy. bottom line, prices are outrageous . Check your prices at the register before you pay..

My local market. Smaller than a lot of Whole Foods and it has more of a local store feel than most stores in this chain. The staff are lovely people who really get to know the regulars. They have a good stock though you may need to go to Lynnfield if you want more exotic goods, and will need Lynnfield if you.are looking for beer or wine. The Swampscott store, like most supermarkets, has free parking, wheelchair accessible, and very easily navigated. The fruits and vegetables are fresh and very good. Nice selection of fish and meats though I dont use pork belly (for some reason pork belly comes up a lot in questions!) so I cannot promise pork belly. Nice selection of cheese at the cheese bar and the kids there are great. You can order birthday cakes and they do offer catering. They do have a flower section. Thats all the points I can think of to cover! Hope you stop in.

Love Whole Foods on the variety of vegan slash vegetarian options however their prices are of the highest of grocery stores. With that said I go here occasionally to get some things I cant find it other places that are vegan but I dont go shopping there all the time because I would be spending far too much. But Whole Foods is good and the stories usually kept and they treat their employees decently it seems so other than being pricey I cant really complain too much.

One of the smaller Whole Food locations I have visited. Considering its location (miles from any major road), its a pleasant surprise. Its in an old supermarket building with somewhat low ceilings, making it a little darker than what is fashionable. Apart from a smaller overall selection, its like most other Whole Foods--generally very high quality produce and goods at moderate to high prices. I especially like the sushi/sashimi bar and the sandwich counter. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful. It provides a genuine alternative to the nearby Stop and Shop.

Can you believe the food there?? The atmosphere is like a food hothouse for plants. So scrumpscious. I love the place!

Have always loved the helpfulness of the staff here, but it has recently seemed to change with a lot of new faces and not quite the knowledge and customer service as with the old staff. Not sure why the change out. I have also noticed a decline in the quality of the produce lately...? That said, its still a much better environment to shop in than your average grocery store with a good, diverse selection. Hope they pull it together on the other points!Edit: because the prepared foods have also really gone downhill. Such a bummer! Salad bar used to be awesome, now a wilty mess and not a good selection. Prepared food seems old and uninspired.

The worst Whole Foods I ever been to. The hot bar is full of ground beef, only one chicken option. The fish has an awful fishy smell I wouldn’t eat it. The pizza barely has any toppings. The staff always wiping their noses with their hands, the place smells soon as you walk in. This place is straight up nasty.

Product availability and staff / customer care vary considerably. Many really helpful staff but unfortunately, many more than should be staff - whatever.

One of the best Whole Foods around, and by far the best grocery in the North Shore. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and most have been there for a number of years. Great selection (usually) but like all groceries are subject to what comes in and whats available. The overall store layout is excellent, with plenty of room to get around.Very family and kid-friendly. When our son was younger he always loved to play in the childrens section that looks like a mini grocery. For the quality, the prices are generally reasonable, and whats more if anything ever goes bad they will immediately refund you.The baggers actually know how to fill the bags without crushing everything, a skill which basically ALL other grocery stores seem uninterested in teaching their staff.

Yes, this is Whole Paycheck, but if good food is important to you, you are (mostly) getting what you pay for. The real stars here are the immense number of pre-prepared foods, good sushi, excellent produce, and great fish. Be smart and buy the wild salmon vs. the farm raised here, its much better. The place where things get spendy are in the packaged foods. If you stick to the perimeter youll get some of the best groceries in the area.

I liked Whole Foods in general, but a lot more a few years ago. I find it annoying that they wont price the basic grocery items competitively with stop and shop. I find myself having to hit both stores to complete my list.They also seem to have less and less new and inventive items on their shelves, which was always my main goal here. We need a Wegmans here so I can do all my shopping at one place. Come on now Wegmans!!

The parking lot is terrible it needs to be redesigned. I got hit by someone backing out of a parking spot. People are driving in both directions at accesive speeds. theres no signage to indicate the correct flow of traffic in the parking lot. I talked to the manager on duty to see if he could provide me with video footage of the accident. I gave him the time and date he informed me that store doesnt have video footage outside of the store. The only footage that they have is designated to the cash registers.
